I can't set this one up for you, since it relies on your chakra, but you've demonstrated well enough so far that I can trust you enough to think that this will suffice for this technique.

Advantages: The enemy cant negate the mudballs becasue there will be fire around it?
Disadv: Requires that I use Earth Dragon thingy jutsu before hand and in conjunction with.
Strategies: I honestly cant really think of any.. :shrug:
How its performed: I would perform the earth jutsu. I would then have the dragon shoot out mud balls and perform the tiger handseal. Once performed, i would send fire chakra through the dragon and out its mouth. This would make the dragon look like its breathing fire onto the mudballs turning them into flying meteorites.

Another disadvantage is one that is shared from all multi-shot techniques; the collective rank of this jutsu is C-rank - each individual bullet put together is C-rank, not each bullet individually.

More or less. However, if one hits them, it'll still burn them; I mean, it IS still a fire jutsu, so it's as hot as fire is. And that's also why Shuriken are used in conjunction with it.

xd And I take it you like the fact that this is Mid-range?

And truth be told, given the simplicty of this jutsu, it doesn't really have any draw backs, other than the need for seven handseals.

As you can see, it doesn't actaully form a dragon, or "split"; it's just a VERY wide wall of fire. It has a rough "dragon" shape, but that's it.

Very useful fire jutsu.

Very good. However, I feel like I should suggest this.

I feel this jutsu is actually better against Doton jutsu than Fuuton jutsu. This justu doesn't actually use fire, per say, but causes orbs of fire chakra to explode. Therefore, it can cause a lot of problems with the structure of Doton techniques, and thus, each individual fireball could be akin to an explosive tag or two.

Just an idea to keep in mind - I truly believe that aspect of the jutsu is both an advantage and potential strategy. Since it requires no chakra, it's just as fast as actually getting an explosive kunai and throwing one - faster, if you fire multiple shots.

Indeed...there's not really much to this jutsu at all. More than anything, it's a good "defensive" fire jutsu, or to fill in a gap if you need a fire jutsu at short range and can't really figure out what to do.
