I'm going to warn now, this jutsu shows up a LOT (unless they've fixed that since I've had training) and is very hard to properly research. So, if you can't find something, to stress out over it, and just let me fill in the blanks.

Advantages to the technique: It blocks the enemies view. Blocks projectiles and enemies. As said in the description, can be offensive with Hurricane Fist.

Potential Strategies: As said in description, can be offensive with Hurriicane Fist. If used by a Byakugan user, the can see through it. Can use time bought for Mist, Black clouds, or Fire mist.
How the technique is preformed (in detail): I would take out a lighter. Light it. Send chakra into it. Toss it in front of me. (If handseals are required then will be performed while the lighter is in the air.) I then would, in a sense, exolode the chakra in the lighter to make a wall of flames. Had a little trouble with this one so Id like to see what I did wrong. ^_^

I don't believe this jutsu requires handseals.

And using this jutsu is useful (in occasions), in creating a source of standing fire, if you want to combine it with other Fuuton jutsu, not just Hurricane Fist; however, the speed at which Hurricane Fist is preformed is one of the reasons as to why it's preferred.

Disadvantages to the technique: In order to be used successfully, the opponent would NEED to be trapped.
Potential Strategies: Have multiple cords around to make a field of flames. Sorta like claymores with fire. Can use a wind jutsu to power the flames and since the cords would be metal, lightning can be coursed through it.
How the technique is preformed (in detail): I would throw out kunai with cords attached to them. The end of the cords would be in my mouth. Throw them into trees around the opponent. Whilist the kunai are in the air, I would perform the handseals. As soon as the kunai hit the tree I would send fire out my mouth and onto the cords. The fire would get to the kunai and trap the opponent.

VERY nice. ^_^ And your right, the need for cords make this jutsu...undesirable. It's very difficult to actually use this one.

And nicely done. ^_^ Remember, though, that when you use this jutsu, you'll most likely want to create a net or web; meaning you'll be using multiple kunai and cords. Perhaps throwing a kunai with the cord in your mouth, using the Shadow Shuriken jutsu, and then this technique, would be a viable tactic.

Disadvantages: Short ranged at probably wont do much if not a direct hit. (Assuming)
Strategies: If the opponent is trapped or attacked in a blind spot this is perfect. I can use Kirigakure no jutsu to get behind them and use this to directly burn them and make them faint.

Alright, nicely done. However, I feel I should mention that just because this jutsu says it can make the opponent collapse, doesn't mean it will. While this may hold true for a lot of opponents, when you get to Kage rank and such, most fire jutsu burn much, much hotter than this one, so it wouldn't cause the immense heat-stroke, though it would definitely still burn them.
