Yeah, no, I didn't reply seriously since you didn't even read my post. I never said Marco's Haki>Jozu's, or vice versa.
1. They singled him out because he is the strongest just like Shanks singled Marco out to join his crew, just he singled out Marco once again to stop his men(Jozu included) during the war, just like it's Marco who was alongside Shanks during Whitebeard and Ace's funerals and so on.
2. Funny when you first said he was one shoted Lol. Anyway doesn't change the fact that Marco was portrayed in a better light and we don't know if Marco could have managed to evade or break free or not.
3. Doflamingo just asked Crocodile to join him and the chapter later we see them on the same position with Crocodile replying that he won't and just threw his sables attack. There was just a small room not allowing to know whether or not he could have broken free if he wanted. And no, i don't believe Doflamingo could block Jozu for long because if he could he would have done it. Why don't use/kill an enemy if you can? He obviously couldn't
4. Yes he is and denying it is stupid and laughable at best
5. Haki just allow to touch a logia as if he is tangible. It doesn't nullify devil fruit powers like kairoseki. Not to mention, how do you know Shanks' haki superior at Jozu's. For all we know, Jozu's armament haki is stronger. It seemed beasty to me and definitely more impressive than what Shanks displayed so far. All what is impressive about Shanks is his conqueror haki something useless in battle against strong people. So no, Shanks breaking free is just in fanfiction if Jozu or Marco can't
1. Like I said, he was singled out because he was WB's right hand man. He was the most notable. Shanks asked him to join his crew as a joke because Marco called out to Shanks. Marco was simply the one that stood out most, doesn't make him the strongest. Key example of this, Usopp stands out the most to Doflamingo right now, due to having that immense bounty and all five stars. Does that mean Usopp>Sabo/Zoro/Luffy/Law?
2. Yeah, they were one-shotted, as in, both were put into critical condition because of one hit. Marco was able to continue fighting due to the fact that the attack he took was limited to the two wounds on his chest and back, which healed. Jozu on the other hand took a more devastating attack. If Marco was frozen, he'd have been out of commission as well.
3. It still makes no sense. Jozu has been portrayed as a no-nonsense guy, there's no way he'd let himself be stalled while his friends die around him, even for brief moments of time, because his enemies are having a conversation he has no interest in. Let's use your logic, if Jozu could have broken out, why didn't he?
4. Still failed to supply irrifutable evidence that indicates this.
5. Because Shanks is a Yonko, while Jozu isn't. His Haki plus diamond coating his fist wasn't even enough to put down Crocodile or do significant damage, but it's gonna be on the same level of a Yonko's? Please. Jozu breaking out is the true fanfiction, he was unable to do so.

That vein on his head is an indicator of effort, meaning despite effort, he was still restrained by Doflamingo.
