Senjutsu shouldn't be a problem for Juubi Madara because of Preta path... Preta path can absorb Nature they just can't control the Senjutsu they absorb... Madara has sage mode so he should be able to control any senjutsu he absorbs... He clearly absorb Sm his body couldn't control the...
