Naruto was an outcast who got attacked only one time by Mizuki... Gaara was treated even worse and attacked by his own father on multiple occasions... Minato was a better dad than Gaara's, infact Gaara's birth and Jinchūriki transfromation killed his mom... after part one Gaara moved on, yet...
