Well, Sasuke did push Itachi to use the Susanoo, but if Itachi wanted to he could have ended right there. TBH, looking back on it that Sasuke vs Itachi was just Itachi testing Sasuke's strength.

Actually, Sasuke can use black flames without Amaterasu. He generates black flames with his susanoo as well as when he turned the black flames into a sword to save Sakura both without Amaterasu

He could have used them seperately instead of putting them all inside his body. Naruto would be too preoccupied with them to pull off the FRS I doubt Naruto could have taken out 4 seperate hearts and Kakuzu
