Not quite, Naruto was only able to bring him back to life, but from the looks of it it isn't permanent, that is y he said he doesn't have much time. Naruto also said that he was able to heal him, but...............
So anyway it is heavily hinting that Naruto is only alive temporarily.

The correct terminology if he was dead would be : I revived you, not healed you ; you can't heal death.
Seems like the side effect of him using Rinne Tensei was delayed then by Naruto ?

Yeah, I am a little glad that Naruto wasn't able to completely nerf the affects of RT. He just delayed it.
