Most likely Naruto's chakra surged before he blitzed Kaguya. Not sure, but Naruto might have used the five tails ability to build his chakra to the boiling point and release it at once in order to rush Kaguya without her knowing.

Actually, it looks like Sasuke blocked a chakra fists there is something that looks an explosion while Kaguya is jumping away. She would have flown straight if she were hit.

The only way I can see that happening is if Kaguya comes. ( Can't fight while carrying her and Obito can escape to Kamui)Him giving her to Obito would be like him, but I think its more likely that he will give her chakra so she can get around on her own.
