I have been really busy lately so I have kinda laid off of my theories, but I had an interesting idea about Sasuke's doujutsu so I wanted to share it with you guys.
I know that it has been stated that Sasuke's eye is a rinnengan and Kaguya's is the sharingan, but Sasuke and Kaguya's doujutsu is the same........ though Sasuke's may be a weakened form of it
There would be no reason to have a doujutsu with the same color and design, but have them be two completely different things. That would be like saying 2T sharingan and 3T sharingan are two different eyes. Anyway if that is the case then what can Sasuke do exactly.
What Sasuke Can't Do
Well, Kaguya's third eye from what we have seen grants her 6 dimensions. She can slip through the dimensions effortlessly, summon them at will, and even merge with them in order to manipulate the dimension.
1. He isn't going to be able to create entire worlds like Kaguya. Not only would that be In'youton, and require a HUGE amount of chakra, but it would be useless in the current situtation because Kaguya can instantly bring herself back to her own dimension.
2.
Its possible that Kaguya can only do this in the worlds that she has created so the opening wormhole portals is a no as well.

If he can't create dimensions then he won't be able to merge with them like Kaguya.
So what can Sasuke do?
Well Sasuke has the yin seal and his new doujutsu is located on the same side. This could mean that the two work together. IMO this could allow Sasuke to create something like a Dreamscape.
By Dreamscape I mean something like a large area wide genjutsu. Now I know some of you r thinking. Kaguya has the 9T Sharingan and Naruto is a perfect jinchuuriki so they aren't affected by genjutsu.
Well, maybe genjutsu was the wrong word to use
To expound, what I mean is Sasuke should be able to create form with no life and no mass out of nothing using yin energy. By doing this Sasuke should be able to project things from his imagination onto the environment with his rinnengan to create a kind of illusion world.
So What Good Would It Do?
Well, first its genjutsu that you can't break. If the world has no substance then you might not be be able to destroy the things in it. There is also the possibility that Sasuke might be able to give his illusion a degree of substance.
When explaining COAT in this scan behind Hagoromo you see an eye similar to Sasuke's (it even has 6 tomoe) and if you look further down you will see that in that illustration it shows that both the powers of yin and yang dwell within that eye. This could hint to Sasuke being able to utilize a certain degree of COAT on his own.
Summary
Sasuke may gain or have the ability to create an illusion area which he can manipulate at will which only he can dispel and if Sasuke's eye has the powers of both yin and yang as it does in the first explanation of COAT then Sasuke may be able to create things out of nothing to a degree.
