Well as we know Obito, Shisui, Itachi and Sasuke are incredibly strong Uchihas so this is why i think they could be so skilled Obito and Shisui could come from Madara's Lineage And Itachi and Sasuke could come from Izuna's Lineage. I think this because Sasuke looks quite a bit like izuna...
