My theory as to why Obito, Shisui, Itachi and Sasuke are the strongest Uchihas

Well as we know Obito, Shisui, Itachi and Sasuke are incredibly strong Uchihas so this is why i think they could be so skilled

Obito and Shisui could come from Madara's Lineage
And Itachi and Sasuke could come from Izuna's Lineage.

I think this because Sasuke looks quite a bit like izuna

Maybe that could explain how Susanno (sorry if i've spelt that wrong) has been passed down through Sasuke and Itachi.

I also think that Obito and Shisui are from Madara's lineage
That could possibly explain why Madara chose Obito of all people especially when he hated the Uchiha clan. Plus Obito and Shisui both had quite strong dojutsu: Kotoamatsukami and Kamui, and Obito could possibly have had mind controlling powers as shown when he controlled the mizukage.

Woah Nice theory I doubt Obito is from Madara's side though U_U I mean the only reason why Madara chose Obito was cause Obito sunk into his underground cavern, it's not like Madara had a choice of whom he wanted to be his successor Madara was hooked up to a giant tree thingie so he couldn't even leave ._. Just sayin, But sasuke could be from Izuna's side, it would be epic if Sasuke joined the fight and Madara's like " Wdf , Is that you Izuna?" or somethin like that

I don't agree. Of course, genes matter a shit load in Naruto, but I doubt that's why those guys are powerful.
IMO...
-Obito is now powerful because of his trainging under Madara and the urge to complete his goal has driven him to become the badass that he is.
-Shisui possessed the most powerful genjutsu due to luck and intelligence. The smarter the Uchiha, the better his genjutsu. Also, his wanting to protect Konoha is what made him more skilled than his fellow, fodder Uchiha. Remember, in Naruto wanting to protect your loved ones gives a shinobi strength.
-Itachi was a gifted prodigy. Again, he possessed top-notch genjutsu due to his intelligence.
-Sasuke is also a prodigy. Plus, his drive to accomplish his goal(s) and have vengeance is what makes him as strong as a shinobi as he is now. Also, plot plays a big part in his strength as well, obviously.

I think that Kishi will explain what Zetsu meant by "I see why Madara chose you". I think it's as simple as Obito being able to survive half of his body being crushed, Madara must've seen that as a rare feat. Itachi didn't know about Obito, I don't see how he would.
