i enjoyed the invasion with the zombie towns people with asumas old 12 guardian ninja teammates but out of the 3, pains

Pain solo'd the whole Leaf with Almighty Push, then killed more than Half the Villagers, THEN brought them back to life ...
That just shows how powerful Pain was.
...While the Sand and Sound (Two Nations w/ Their own Military) used all they had and still lost -_-

Meh i didn't particularly like how they did it, it made it seem as if the sand and sound were complete fodders compared to the leaf xD

2. Sound and Sand...practically an ambush war....felt like it fit the concept of Ninja.

3. Obito's.....he did nothing, but take a baby and summon Kurama to do his dirty work...in the end he failed...

I personally liked Obito's the best because of the Minato and Obito clash and later Minato's sacrifice, but Pain's invasion comes in at a close second due to all the battles and the village's actual destruction.
