I say low-mid difficulty but if you remove Zabuza and another guy from the mist, it becomes a much closer fight.

really the guys with the main factor is Zabuza, Jinpachi and Kushimaru but there biggest challenge i believe would be Kimimaro and Tayuya

It took all of Sound Four using CM2 in order to defeat Genma and Raido. And neither of those two are legends like the 7 swordsmen of the mist. So easily the 7 swordsmen, low diff.
