When the mangekyou is activated is the user more resistant to genjutsu and can they perform more powerful genjutsu as well? Obviously Itachi and Shisui have extremely powerful MS techs but I'm talking about regular sharingan genjutsu.

The reason Kakashi's chidori was considered incomplete was because he would get tunnel vision when using it. Without his sharingan this will certainly be a problem to execute his signature move but it can somewhat be mitigated by Kakashi opening the first gate. As mention in this thread...

I have a friend saying that Itachi can solo MS Obito with finger genjutsu and his other techniques without even having to use tsukuyomi which I find ridiculous :p

I want him to swap his eye with Obito's other sharingan to get a single EMS. It most probably doesn't work that way but it would be really cool :p I think its better for Kakashi to have one sharingan and one regular eye, it just fits his character
