If Edo 3rd Raikage tanked a Futon Rasenshuriken from KCM Naruto i don't think Minato has any Jutsu that can harm 3rd Raikage.

Minato could replicate Naruto's feat, but instead replacing Frog Kumite with FTG. However, since he has no intel he wouldn't know to use the Raikage's own spear to kill him. Third Raikage wins.

lol, there is no way in hell the 3rd raikage defeating Minato. Unless you see some other manga....

- Raikage has nothing to hit Minato.
- sealing jutsus say hi.
- He does not need them to begin with.
