The reason Kakashi's chidori was considered incomplete was because he would get tunnel vision when using it. Without his sharingan this will certainly be a problem to execute his signature move but it can somewhat be mitigated by Kakashi opening the first gate. As mention in this thread ( ) opening the first gate not only removes the brain's natural limiter so the user can use 100% of their muscles (which is obviously a benefit itself) but it also has shown to improve the user's concentration. It might not be enough to make his attack at the same level as it usually is but it would certainly help. Not to mention he can probably use another epic move, the primary lotus :p

Kishi is gonna give his sharingan back to Kakashi in a chap or two.
SO it really does not matter anyway.

The problem is that Kishi barely showed any of his "1000 jutsu" arsenal and now 1/2 his character is gone with that eye :(

That being said I still think opening the first gate can help :p
