So Juubidara was not immune to a kamui snipe?

We know know he can somehow go to the kamui dimension as a juubi jinchuuriki so if Kakashi tried to use Kamui on Madara's head after opening a whole in the black shield would it have worked? I'm not sure if he had the chakra for it at that point since he has been just sitting there out of exhaustion but it seems like it was a possibility.
