In the Kabuto vs. Itachi and Sasuke fight, Kabuto was able to counter Sasuke's katon and force him out of rib-cage susano'o here using daibakufu no jutsu with his mouth:

Do you think daibakufu no jutsu with a water source will be able to force someone out of susano'o

My guess is that the water pressure knocked down his ribcage Susanoo and swept Sasuke off his feet. Once Sasuke was already underwater, he saw no point in maintaining Susano'o so he dispelled it.

I would guess susano'o is hard to maintain underwater. What if a susano'o user is in Kisame's dai bakusui shoha?

If you haven't notice it already...the reason why that happened is because the front of the Ribcage Susanoo has an open spot(which allowed Kabuto to fish Sasuke out Susanoo)

The water pressure would outright crush a ribcage or V1 Susano'o. V2 and up would probably be able to withstand it, but they wouldn't be able to maintain it for long because the water pressure would put their Susano'o under enormous strain.

The ribcage susano'o shown in the panel I provided has chakra surrounding him all around. Are you saying someone can throw a kunai at sasuke in that state and it would go through?

I have been using this premise ever since I made that Tobirama thread. Yes it should (depending on the caster's skill) the proprieties of Suiton should be able to temporary use enough force to do this.

My guess is that the water pressure knocked down his ribcage Susanoo and swept Sasuke off his feet. Once Sasuke was already underwater, he saw no point in maintaining Susano'o so he dispelled it.

That doesn't make sense dispelling a technique and putting yourself at a disadvantage for no reason.

The force of the water already knocked over Sasuke's susanoo. Now the Susanoo is filled with water, since a ribcage Susano'o is legless. Sasuke then dispelled Susano'o or else he would drown in his own ribcage. At least that's how I interpreted it.

Nope... That Susanoo is far to durable for a Suiton techs to blow it down... Sasuke was washed out of the rib cage because it has plenty openings in it as the guy above stated(FTG V2)...

The water source it created wasn't enough to drown Sasuke[ ]..

Perhaps not after the water dispersed over the area. But look at the scan the OP posted - Kabuto spat out a large quantity of water and Sasuke is seen struggling to stay afloat. The initial blast was probably enough to submerge Sasuke for a moment.

A full upper body Susanoo wouldn't be flooded like the ribcage. I don't think any water gun could get in.

It still shouldn't get the job done in your premise as a moment of submerge shouldn't be putting him in that much stress to maintain it. This is the same case when Mei use Water Dragon to gulp down Madara[ > ].

Damn everyone seems to be talking about HxH. I hear the mangaka is lazy as fk though

Of course, get wit it
