let me explain : -when kakashi was training naruto (rasensuriken) he told him that by the time a ninja become a jounin he knows at least to use 2 chakra natures, so I assume that naruto has more than the wind nature now that he is beyond jounin - in the fight against the juubi, the 4 hokages...
