Manga Fact - Obito can only become intangible for a consecutive 5 minutes. Doesn't that mean he can only spend 5 minutes in his dimension as he uses that to become intangible? Hasn't he spent more than 5 minutes with Kakashi in Kamui dimension?

Obito stated Izanagi requires both Senju and Uchiha DNA. Itachi said that many Uchiha used to spam Izanagi, so Izanami was created to make people realize what they did was wrong. But, how did so many Uchiha members get hold of Senju DNA when it was clearly stated that Senju >> Uchiha?
