Description: Asgaard no Shukufuku, is a very basic jutsu revolving around the five basic elements. The user will make a gesture or form two hand signs, and channel one of the five elemental chakras into a regular chakra based jutsu, and succesfully convert it into what elemental chakra that the user used. The jutsu can only be used three times per battle, and can only be used on regular chakra based jutsus, such as Rasengan. Obviously the user cannot channel an elemental chakra that he haven't been taught yet.

Description: The user will pump his muscles with chakra, strenghting himself, along with covering his limbs in a layer of chakra, enabling to do severe damage on his targeted object. The chakra layer can be used in two kind of ways, ranged and upon contact. Interacting with an opponent in close range, and making contact to his target, the user will release the layer of chakra around the limb which made contact and create an impulsive wave of chakra upon impact with the target, sending him flying back, with severe damage and broken bones. The ranged version works the way that the user will perform a punch(Or other sorts of movements like that.) and release the chakra around the limb, expelling chakra fitting the movement. In this case it was a punch, so an orb having the look of a fist, is released at the target, if it was a kick, it could be crescent formed.
~ Can be used 4 times per battle.
~ Must wait one turn between each usage.
~Both Declined~ Do not Resubmit. Also, were you trying to copy the Kiyoshi Clan abilities with the second one? It seems awfully similar...

Description: The user punch forward and release a blast of lightning. While the blast of lightning travels towards the opponent, the user performs the Horse hand seal, and the lightning splits up in two, and then comes back together, letting it avoid any incoming jutsu that would block it. This, however is a double edged blade as it requires impeccable timing so that the user does not get hit by the attack that was sent out to block it in the first place.
Note: Can only be taught by Wesobi
Note: The user can either split the lightning in the turn used or in his next turn, if the lightning has not hit the opponent yet or if he has enough time to split it Note: Can only be used twice
Note: Each individual bolt of lightning is A-rank, and the moment at which they once again combine forms the technique's S-rank power.
Note: Can not use above S-rank in the same turn, nor can the user use lightning in the same turn or the next.

Description: The user focus chakra that covers his legs before molding that chakra into fire as the user gets down and spins his legs around in a breakdance manner while releasing a wave of fire from his legs that travel. The fire that gets released is about 8ft vertically and covers a wide-range horizontally.
The fire has the potential to take with it the opponent as it travels which lets the target stay in the wave for a short-time before getting blown back, giving the person second-degree burns.

Description: Makarov exudes a constant surge of destructive lightning that surrounds him, which shakes the surrounding environment and destroys stuff within the vicinity, he feels hate and anger running trough his whole body getting the relish to destroy everyone who harmed or attacked his friends, allies or himself, his eyes will become white causing lightning currents surround him and during this state, Makarov will also be able to walk or run around while having the lightning currents cover his body, every earth that touches him get's destroyed in a instant.

Note: Every C-Ranked water technique and below will evaporate because of the high ranked lightning covering him, every Water technique above that rank will be lethal for Makarov.
Note: Because of the high ranked lightning, not even forbidden ranked Earth technique's are able to handle the lightning currents
Note: The user won't be able to perform any Lightning technique's the following turn after dis-activating it

Description: Makarov wears a suit with Kanji symbols upon the goldish shoulders, When having the suit on, Makarov feels the energy of the Kanji symbols flow through him, and when this occurs his wind based techniques have an increase in power by 10+ making him even more deadly as a wind user, when he puts these on, he gains the the power to receive +10 damage points to wind based technique's, warmth and strength will then flow trough his whole body and thanks to the wind kanji's written on his shoulders he gains the ability to only sweep with his hands to perform wind technique's, Makarov already got the ability to use every wind technique with one single handseal, but this also gives him the opportunity to use wind techniques with only sweeping his hands like Gaara does with sand, only related to the part of when he sweeps his hands, when Makarov does so, he will be able to perform a wind technique with only sweeping with his hands. (other CJ'S will get submitted) Inspiration of his guild causes him to have an aura of wind flow around him giving him wind based attacks an additional 10+ damage however, the downside is when he wears this suit, every used Fire technique will become two ranks weaker then the original.

Description: The user offers a sacrifice of blood and then stretches their arm at full length to summon the Flame Guardian Leopon, Ippo. Ippo is the most fiercest of all the Leopons, hence why he is instated the role of the Protector. He is part of the TriGuardian (Consists of 3 of the toughest Leopons) which serve to protect the King. Ippo mane is made out of strong raging flames which can't be doused with water. The Flames signify his life force and determination. His mane's flames can spread out and create wings which he can use for short flights and attacks. Ippo has some Leopon Art techniques that is Unique to Ippo himself, not even Leo could use them.

Description: The user will perform the Snake and Ram Hand sign, and then place both fists onto the ground. Then by sending a massive amount of chakra into the Earth beneath them. It allows them to change the structure of it, manipulating the hard dense structure into that of hundreds of needle-like spikes. This for example, can be used when a person goes underground, to stab them repeatedly with the needles while they are in the process. Or it can also be used even before, so that it will prevent them from going underground in the first place.
Note: Due to the amount of chakra required, this technique can only be used twice per match.
Note: The needle-like spikes will remain in their form for 2 turns.
Note: Needs to wait two turns before using again.

• The user will charge a plethora of lightning chakra into their fist to make their arm shrouded in a lot of lightning which takes on the form of the user's arm but about 6 times larger. They will then slam the lightning into the ground with their fist like it were a hammer. The force is capable of pulverising the ground enough to leave a small crater.
Notes:
• This can only be used a maximum of twice a match. Any more than that and the user's arm will fry from the lightning and is rendered useless.

State that you need hand seals. Explain how the net forms and you trap the opponent? You go around hanging a fire net? A net of fire expands and shoots forward, towards the opponent? Change the range to Short-Mid only.

(Fuuton: Kurushimeru tengai) - Wind Release: Dome of Torment

Description: The user builds up wind chakra then perfoming the ram+bird+boar handseals and claps his hands together, then he forms a cubic dome made of thick dense air around the opponent using the air surrounding him(opponent). This technique traps the opponent and the opponent won't be able to escape until the user releases his hand. The user is not able to perform any other jutsu unless if he already made a clone. The longer an opponent is trapped in the dome the lesser air he had to breathe because of the dense air within the dome so its like a torture chamber.
-This last for 3 turns.
-Can only be used 3 times in battle.
-A duojutsu user except byakugan would be able to attack without a clone
-The wind is made of chakra so a chakra absorber will easily break this jutsu.
-Can only be performed by someone that has mastered fuuton.

Remove the coloured parts. State the size of the chamber as that's important to the quantity of air the opponent has to breath and how much time does it take for the opponent to be completely locked inside it. And what happens to the opponent as the oxygen decreases? Suffocates and passes out, movements get slower, etc?

Lynx (Lynx rufus) are special bobcats that inhabit a range that stretches throughout a large portion of North America, from southern Canada to southern Mexico. Description: The user builds up wind chakra then perfoming the ram+bird+boar handseals and claps his hands together, then he forms a cubic dome made of thick dense air around the opponent using the air surrounding him(opponent). This technique traps the opponent and the user is not able to perform any other jutsu. The longer an opponent is trapped in the dome the lesser air he had to breathe because of the dense air within the dome so its like a torture chamber.
Note: the dome has an area of 37 x 37 inches square and a height of 80 inches which is equivalent to the size of a phone booth. this fits an average person so this take up to 5 seconds before the opponent is completely locked inside because of the small area which gives the opponent no chance of movement. The longer the opponent stays in the dome, he uses up the oxygen content which slows his movement and then he eventually passes out due to suffocation.

-The wind is made of chakra so a chakra absorber will easily break this jutsu.

~ The effect of the "dense" air makes no sense. Also tell me, what in god's name is a "cubic dome" ? It's either a cube ( which it isn't, based on your description) or a dome ( which it also isn't ), so what exactly do you mean by that ? ~

The blades made on the shins are just above the users ankles, and the blade curves upwards blades edge to the user. The blades will begin to weaken the third turn after being molded.

They can locate people, but it's the scout bugs who do that. They are left on a target and locate them through smell or the bugs must come back to the user to inform him. Something you should already be able to do since its one of their abilities. How are you a bug user and you don't even know their abilities?

Description:
Dark Soul Blade was forged and handed down from generations of Kenesu's family so it can only react to Kenesu's chakra alone and no one else's. It is a long curved blade that is Black and has a Blood stained tint to it with a Silver dragon hand guard. This sword has been in countless battles (which is why the blade is tinted red) over the long, long years since it was crafted from a very special dark metal called oujou·metaru (Death Metal) which is a Osmium and Titanium Alloy. Kenesu's chakra is the only chakra that can infuse within the blade itself and to use the swords secret ability. When infused with chakra it will have a different appearance. Kenesu can channel his chakra into the blade and change the shape and form of the blade itself allowing more than just one fighting option. After he does this the blade will bend and straighten into a longer blade with demonic writing on it. Only in this form of the blade can kenesu use the swords Technique. Kenesu charges up his chakra into his hands increasing the vibrations and frequency to form Raiton chakra. Once his chakra is charged to make electricity Kenesu then channels his Raiton chakra into the blade and then slams his sword into the ground blade first. As soon as the blade is slamed to the ground an electric dome forms around kenesu from the blade protecting him from harm for the time being. When something or someone touches the dome it sends an electric current into the object or person shocking them as well as blasting the object or person away a few yards from kenesu.

Because this sword has a high melting point that reaches over 3000°F and has a low ability to conduct heat." because it wasnt needed and also "it is a perfect sword to channel your Katon chakra into it for attacks. Upon taking this stance, the user performs a "Soul Resonance" with themselves, and with their weapon. By focusing chakra all throughout the body, the user establishes an equilibrium between themselves and their weapon where the chakra resonates within , much like what is done with the Samurai Sabre Technique. However, whereas usually the chakra would envelop the blade, this chakra forms a shell within the blade itself, where the chakra can rebound infinitely and effectively resonate with itself; As it forms a shell of resonating chakra within the blade, it allows it to cut through near anything. Description: After the performance of a quick three handseals, the user begins by materializing and releasing a three and a half foot wave of water uniformly in all directions extending as far out as Mid Range, with their body at the epicenter. The water will take on different characteristics than that of ordinary water, having a much higher viscosity than normal, similar to that of 'Starch Syrup Capture Field' only without the sticky qualities. Because of the heightened viscosity, this technique serves as an excellent defense against blunt force attacks, absorbing the blows and maintaining its form without crumbling like an earth barrier. The velocity of the water causes it to deal a great amount of blunt damage to anything hit and being powerful enough to break the bones of an ordinary individual at the point of contact. Once it envelops someone or something, the water mass will pin them down or trap them by flowing over them and heavily restricting movement, similar to the way syrup flows over a square of butter on pancakes, completely covering it-The Syrup of course being the water, and the Butter the target. To add to the damage dealt on contact, one can infuse his Katon chakra into the water to quickly heat it up, stopping just before the boiling point. For self security, there is a 85 centimeter "safe zone" around the user in which no water will take form. Description:The user begins by concentrating their Suiton chakra to the palm of their hands, and causing it to physically materialize as a rather large sphere of water. The water will initially hold no specific shape, but through the use of shape transformation, one will alter the shape of this water to resemble that of a Pineapple. Once formed, it is ideally thrown at the head of an intended target, but is often mistaken for being nothing more than a prank. The deception within this technique is that once thrown, the Pineapple acts as a 'grenade,' and can be remotely 'detonated' so that once it reaches the desired location, it blows out in all directions in the form of fragments of its former self (It will basically blow out in all directions like a grenade does, only in the form of several pencil eraser sized water bullets at the command of the user). The small water bullets act similar to the shrapnel of an actual grenade, and have great piercing power being able to easily pierce the skin of anyone nearby because of the incredible speed at which they move (They so fast that it is hard to keep up with the water droplets with the naked eye, considering their size). The 'shrapnel' hits anything within a 15 meter radius, leaving room for the user to escape the range. Once the Pineapple detonates, the shrapnel moves incredibly fast and is just as hard to avoid as it is fast.

Another use this jutsu has is after its formed the sure can jump on top of it and travel with it riding it like a scooter.

The user will then throw the ice cube at whatever and will then make the tiger hand seal the ice cube will increase in size and become a giant ice cube but is hallow on the inside as soon as it comes in contact with the water the water will be absorbed by the ice cube into its inside and freeze the water making the insides no longer hallow but no filled with hard ice.

note: after absorbing water once it fill up entirely and is able to suck in any more.
note: can withstand up to A rank fire.

~Declined~ I need you to elaborate on the bold part. How big a mass of water can you absorb? Does it need to make a very subtle contact to absorb all the water or only the water that makes direct contact with the ice? Also, re-read yourself, the whole definition is half clear.

The user will then throw the ice cube at whatever and will then make the tiger hand seal And focus more chakra into it, useing his chakra he will release some of the shape manipulation he put into the cube allowing it to grow to the size of The ice whale jutsu. The user will make sure to leave the center of the cube empty but filled with Cold wind chakra and normal chakra so as soon as it comes in contact with the water That all of the water from the jutsu will be absorbed into the cube like a sponge absorbs water. however the ice cube is only able to absorb one water jutsu, and is only able to absorb water up to the size of water crashing wave jutsu. Once the water jutsu has been absorbed into the cube it will freeze the water making the insides no longer hallow but no filled with hard ice.

It has black tribal design traveling up along the blade in a smoke-like fashion. It has the ability to be infused with wind chakara extending its reach even further for attacking or defending.

The hippopotamus is semi-aquatic, inhabiting rivers, lakes and mangrove swamps. The hippopotamus is recognizable by its barrel-shaped torso, enormous mouth and teeth, nearly hairless body, stubby legs and tremendous size, it is the third largest land mammal by weight.The hippopotamus is one of the most aggressive creatures in the world and is often regarded as one of the most dangerous animals.

Hippo's have a natural affinity to either Earth or Water, depending on the element (the element each summon will have as its affinity will be provided) the certain summon can use all of that elements Jutsus up to the rank of the certain summon. (Rank will also be provided).

Hippo's also discrete a red "sweat" which is infused with Chakra, from glades in their skin, the Hippos red "sweat" is a natural sunscreen and antiseptic - thanks to the red and orange pigments. The pigments can absorb harmful ultraviolet rays (290-400 nm). Also, the pigments inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae. The antibacterial role of the "sweat" explains why hippos manage to have scratches and wounds in their skin cured readily and rarely infected.

Description and Background: The Himalayan Monal, Lophophorus impejanus also known as the Impeyan Monal or Impeyan Pheasant or Danphe is a bird of genus Lophophorus of the pheasant family, Phasianidae. It is the national bird of Nepal, where it is known as the Danfe, and the state bird of Uttarakhand.

Traditionally, the Himalayan Monal has been classified as monotypic. However, studies have shown that the male Himalayan Monals of northwestern India lack the white rump that other Himalayan Monals have, and have more green on the breast, indicating the possibility of a second subspecies.

It is a relatively large-sized bird with reference to family Phasianidae. About 70 cm in length, the weight of males and females range between 1980-2380g and 1800-2150g respectively. Adult males possess a long crest, are feathered with multicoloured plumage throughout their body, while the females, like in other pheasants, are dull in colour with the upper parts covered with dark brownish-black feathers. Description: The jutsu that was created to make the best of what others see as a terrible situation, but what he sees as normal. This is done by forcing the users lightning element chakra through their scars as soon as anything cuts their body open, like a small cut, a deep wound, or a cut off limb. This is used as a surprise element when the opponent already thinks victorious, the jutsu itself works as a defense mechanism, it actually brightens up the situation a little when a blade is cutting, it slows down the process and weakens the sword creating a smaller wound than it normally would, but still allows to cut with a reduced effect. Ultimately when a wound is inflicted, the user without preparations or handseals forces out gathered blunt lightning chakra from the scar, almost instantaneously paralyzing and causing severe burns on contact, giving the user time to react and counterattack. The lightning slowly spreads from the wound around the users body and slowly disperses if no contact is made, but the quickest it makes contact with anything in front of from where it came out.
~The technique can only be used twice a battle.
~The damage it deals is mediocre and leaves the opponent standing, if the user hasn't dealt a strike.
~After using the technique, the user is exhausted after the spontaneous burst of lightning chakra and cannot use the nature for the next turn.

~Declined~ I understand what you're getting at here, but the with the way you make light of the technique's strength, I wonder if it should actually be S-rank or not. I think it should be at most A-rank, but also specify what level of damage the user can withstand with this technique. Be specific.

All these armors have each their own special attributes to assist them in combating and attacking with the five basic elemental nature transformations, wind, fire, lightning, water, and earth respectively.

Black Wing Armor

The Purgatory helps and assists the user in combating and enhancing the Earth Element. It is deemed the toughest armor, the strongest, and the most durable. Whilst in this form, the user can withstand all B-ranked Earth Attacks without trouble, and physical attacks are completely useless to the wielder's extremely strong and hard body. Furthermore, physical attacks of lesser density would break upon impact with the armor's hard surface.

Lightning Empress Armor

The Lightning Empress Armor helps and assists the user in combating and enhancing the power of Lightning-based attacks. The armor’s weapon is a long spear, with a very large blade and a decorated circle resembling a shield attaching it to the shaft, which is adorned by a large ribbon. Apparently, the weapon acts as a lightning rod, also, as an offensive weapon, both in physical combat and shooting out attacks. 3 times per battle, it can shoot out a B-ranked blue beam of lightning which can paralyze opponents. Furthermore, this armor allows the wielder to be completely impervious to C-ranked Lightning attacks and below, whilst being susceptible to Wind attacks, which is twice as effective.

Sea Empress Armor

The Sea Empress Armor is a renowned armor known to assist the wielder in combating and enhancing the powers of water-based attacks. The armor comes equipped with a long sword which seems to be made of crystal, with many small crystals jutting out in every direction from the handguard. Whilst within this form, the user gains the ability to breathe underwater. The wielder also gains immunity, letting the wielder be completely impervious and nullify Water Attacks C-rank and below, but leaves the user susceptible to Earth attacks, in which the damage is accentuated to twice as effective.

  • Can only be used|Taught by Titania
  • Each elemental armor form can only be used 2 times per battle, and once activated, lasts for 2 turns

Description: This Raiton technique resembles Sandaime Raikage's technique. The user will channel their raiton chakra into the tips of the index and middle fingers. What differs this technique with that of Chidori and the Raikage's technique is the fact that it doesn't focus on penetrating power rather on extremely high voltages meant to overload the body. The user channels such high amounts of lightning and chakra into their finger tips that the electricity will eventually create a white gleaming light around their fingers. When the user thrusts their fingers, they will released the massive amounts of lightning. Due to the amount of chakra generated into the finger tips, the discharge of lightning will have an effective in length and width. If the users fingers come into direct contact with or they are within close range of their opponent this is a definite kill as the voltage is too much for the body to contain, however if mid-ranged, the user's opponent is mid-ranged this technique will only cause severe shock and cause hindrance.

~The user can either summon the chakra to one or both of his hands. If the technique is used in both hands the release of chakra can be used instead of together, however it looses power in each hand as the distribution of power has to be equal.
