Description: Once foreign chakra had entered the user's body, he may hold his finger up to wherever the foreign chakra resides/takes affect, thus letting out a sharp condensed chakra into the chakra point through the chakra system, around the area in order to discharge the foreign chakra out of the body/to disturb the chakra flow in the area for two turns. As this happens, the chakra points on the opposite side of the limb/body will discharge the foreign chakra. This jutsu is also good if the foreign chakra has entered the user's body, but if the user has a direct contact with the enemy, he may discharge this foreign chakra back into the opponent.
Note:

~Harmless to the opponent
~Can be taught by Dr. House
~No S-rank or higher elemental chakra for the following turn

Description: Using the abilities where a hyuuga member is able to emit a sharp chakra line through his palms, he'll be able to access one's chakra system. As this sharp chakra line had impaled one's body, the user will be able to access the enemies' chakra system as the chakra from the chakra line has infected the system, by sending chakra/going through the paths of his chakra system. As the chakra spread through the chakra system, it will completely stun his body/disturbing chakra flow for a turn, or ti'll the user is connected to the opponent.
Note:
~It won't hurt the opponent, only paralyze him for a turn or ti'll the user is connected to the opponent.
~The chakra line is just as fast as hinata shown using it to create a barrier.
~Can be used 2x in a battle.

Description: The hyuuga member will focus his chakra throughout his body, thus using his excellent chakra control over his body, turns his whole body into raw chakra. In this state, he is able to be one with his jutsus and is able to take any physical damage. While active, the appearance of the user's chakra system can be seen and the shroud of chakra which makes up the body. The user may use his elemental chakra affinity while this is active. The elemental chakra affinity can only be used in the way of shaping the raw chakra which makes up the user's body. To go into more deeper, the user won't be able to make any techniques which is only the affinity the user has, but only to use it as a shape manipulator of the raw chakra.
Note:
~Can only use his elemental affinity and no other elemental techniques.
~Two jutsus in every turn while this is active
~Only kages or higher
~Can be taught by Dr. House

Description: The user concentrates his Fuuton chakra into the air surrounding his opponent which allows him to manipulate the air around his opponent. By using their mastery of chakra control and Fuuton Release, the user is able to create up to two dozen of highly pressurized air bubbles (about the size of tennis balls) that glisten in the light and have a prismatic rainbow effect on any light that passes through each bubble (this is just for cosmetic effects and allows the opponent to recognize the jutsu). Each bubble will detonate on contact with the target or at the user's will. That is, each of these bubbles contain a humongous amount of pressurized air within them and when the film of chakra enclosing them is disrupted, the pressurized air is violently released outwards in a large explosion (to fill the void created by the pressure gradient i.e. the pressurized air inside the bubbles rush outwards into the atmosphere to balance out the difference in air pressure). The pressure/force resulting from each detonated bubble is enough to blow a significant hole out of a large building. However this jutsu requires a very large amount of chakra to be used which has unwanted effects on the user.

Amount of hand seals you need to perform? Add that the spheres appear at 10 meters distance from the opponent and that you need to perform one more hand seal to detonate them. Remove the +15 damage caused by a fire technique. Define that mental strain. Which is the radius of the explosion of each sphere?

~Declined~ You still did not clearly specify the explosion range of the bubbles, "Several meters" is too vague. As far as restriction goes you pretty much sugar coated them. You and I both know 25 damage to the user in our RP is nothing, neither is stating that mental concentration. If you can't utilize techniques above S rank for three turns after usage, why did you include that last note of not being able to perform S rank or above wind techniques for the next two turns when you weren't going to be able to either way?Sugar coating isn't going to work on such ranked techniques.

Description: The user performs two handseals (Horse -> Monkey) to use Kanchi O-ba-ro-do.
Kanchi O-ba-ro-do is a powerful and surprisingly simple technique which allows the user to alter the target's ability to sense external stimuli in quite a unique manner. Under normal circumstances a person is unable to detect a stimuli until it has reached a certain intensity referred to as the absolute threshold. It is the body's natural mechanism to allow a person to block out unnecessary stimuli that would otherwise be distracting and preventative to accomplishing a focused goal. As such the body constantly sends a multitude of sensory signals that aren't registered by the brain. That is, the absolute threshold is the lowest intensity at which a stimulus can be detected; stimuli with intensities lower than this threshold are not registered by the brain. This technique effectively removes the mind's ability to block out these sensations i.e. removes the absolute threshold. This means that target(s) under its effect has all of their senses magnified/sensitized to all stimuli in and around him to the point that it clouds/completely engulfs their mind's ability to focus on anything but what they are sensing. In most cases this will immediately cause a target to fall into a comatose-like state due to the mass of information that is being channeled from every single one of their nerves. However, these effects are only temporary as the target's mind will eventually reestablish the sensory limitations over the course of roughly five minutes.

(Kadou Mizu Norimono)- Water Release: Mobile Water Vehicle

Description: First off, the user focuses chakra through their feet, before materializing a huge spiraling stream of water from under their feet, forceful enough like a huge tidal wave beneath the user's feet, to launch them into the air. Furthermore, the wave can be rode easily. The stream of water allows the user to ascend high into the air, a dozen or so meters that can be used to avoid primary attacks. Once in the air, the stream of water, unlike Exploding Colliding Wave, the stream is like a torrent of water that can be controlled and manipulated at will, like a huge animal carrying a person wherever they want. The user can ride this wave to anywhere in mid-range, at high speeds. The wave impact itself, when crushed upon an opponent, can be devastating, carving the earth. Aside from that, the user, can, jump off the stream of water, and make the water particles separate into multiple water pellets that are shot individually and controlled at the opponent, they cover an expansive range that is not easily avoided.

  • Second action, the water pellets, can only be done once the entire battle

(Kyodaina Mizu Hanmā)- Water Release: Titanic Water Hammer

Description: The user jumps into the air, and materializes a huge mass of water in his hands. He then molds the water into a gargantuan water hammer, with both weight and density. The water's manifests itself as a single elephantine and hard entity, in which the user, carrying the Titanic Water Hammer with great effort, slams the Titanic Water Hammer down on the opponent, like someone batting a fly. The immense power and weight that the hammer holds crushes the opponent, and smacks them silly including death possibly. Also, the descend of the water hammer is extremely fast, with its great weight with gravity's aid, giving minimal time to react. After using the technique, it leaves the user slightly fatigued and their hand seal speed is slower, given that he used much strength in lifting the water hammer.

~Declined~ Exactly how big is the hammer? And remove the possible death/giving minimal time to react. We all have different biographies with different abilities, there is no way for you to know how much time they have to react whether it be a lot or not. Also I'd like to you clearly specify the "Leaves the user slightly fatigued, because as it stands it is merely a sugar coated restriction.

Description: The user infuses and mixes his own chakra with the water vapor and moisture in the air all around the battlefield. With his chakra mixed with the entire battlefield, he commands the water at his beck and call. Within moments, the user can materialize a sudden flow of gushing water, a spherical shield, or a projectile for attack. This forms of water can be used to attack, defend, or support. The water can be created anywhere on the battlefield, to attack the opponent, or to create a water source, or to suddenly defend against an attack quickly. The user can basically do 'anything' with water on the battlefield, for whatever purpose. This volume of water that is materialized can be directed and molded into specific shapes as well. Of course, this materialization of water, or so to say, cannot be created within a five meter radius circle of the opponent. Also, the water can be manipulated freely as well. It of course comes with heavy recoil.

Restrictions
  • Can only be taught by me
  • Only usable 1 time per battle
  • No more S-rank and above Water techniques for the rest of the battle
  • No water techniques at all for the next 3 turns
  • No water techniques the turn before using this technique
  • The volume of water cannot be too large, and must be reasonably sized (Eg. a cube of water roughly 5 meters in height of so)
  • 2 times a turn, a volume a water can be materialized on the battlefield.

(Takamagahara: Antacchaburu) ~ High Plain of Heaven: The Untouchable One

Description: The user will flow some chakra through Takamagahara to activate its chakra disruption abilities. Takamagahara will then start to emit chakra all around the user, forming a cloak of chakra around the user. This cloak disrupts any chakra other than the user's chakra signature to act, short range from him. This technique cannot prevent the user from being harmed, as fire, lightning, wind blasts, etc, will still damage him, but it will mess up any kind of chakra manipulation short range from the user, being an extremely effective technique for close range combat. It renders any kind of taijutsu involving chakra enhancement or manipulation useless, leaving the user vulnerable only to the physical damaged caused by kicks and punches.
- Usable twice per battle
- Lasts three turns
- Takamagahara cannot use any other technique or ability while this technique is active. Doing so will immediately cancel this jutsu.

Description: Takamagahara is a large living sword comparable in size to the Kubikiribōchō. This sword was created before Samehada, but soon abandoned and sealed away when Samehada was created, as it was significantly stronger than Takamagahara.
Takamagahara is very similar in appearance with Samehada, the only difference being that the actual blade is covered in needles instead of scales, which can be shoot to inflict damage. It is also covered in bandages and inflicts shredding or shaving damage rather than cutting what it comes into contact with. While it ordinarily remains rigid, Takamagahara is able to stretch and bend to a great extent (the same range Samehada can extend), allowing it to be used like a flail.
Takamagahara has the ability to disrupt chakra and it can be used in two ways: to disrupt the chakra of an incoming technique and disperse it (mostly energy based techniques like fire, lightning and wind) and to disrupt the chakra flow in the opponent's chakra pathway system.

Note: All of the sword's abilities will be submitted as custom techniques techniques, which obviously will count towards one of my three moves per turn, except the ability to shoot needles which is part of the sword. The sword can shoot needles up to three times per match, and every time it does it count toward the user's three moves per turn.
Note: The sword can disrupt mostly energy based attacks since that energy can be disrupted and dispersed. Solid attacks, like water or earth, can also be cancelled, but it depends on the attack itself. If it's a rock or wave of water coming at me, i can't cancel that, but creatures made of water or earth for example, can be cancelled by disturbing the chakra which is maintaining them ''alive''. This way they loose their form and turn into rocks or a lake, depending on the element they are made of.

Amaymon is often refered to as the Earth King, Amaymon.

Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on a body part and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary and mighty , the sky empress, Lilith is a fairly large gryphon and is able to carry a total of three people on her back, she is the exact same size as sasuke's hawk, but the thing that makes her special is her looks, her fur is completely sky blue, with the tip of her feathers colored light orange-blue, and her eyes are the color of the skies resembeling her elemental affinity, she has a very interesting bone strucutre which is hollow from the inside and very thin, thus it makes her lighter allowing her to be the most fastest gryphon of her kind to ever exist, a normal ninja could easly loose track of her in the skies, and she is also very hard to spot due to her effective camouflage. Lilith has the manipulation of the wind affinity, from her birth she trained to master the wind element and thus she became more accustomed to it, therefore she can use the wind element upto S-rank (counting towards the users moves), without the use of any handseals. Lilith is often refered to as the Sky Empress, or simply Sora.

Description: By releasing a decent amount of wind chakra through the whole body, the user will clap both hands together, by using circular, evasive movements, the user builds up massive momentum; this build up of all the wind chakra is released as massive powerand literally push of the wind of the skin of the user, the wind chakra is released through the skin, from every direction the wind body is pushed of till medium range and then it'll disolve. This technique serves to counter seals, paper bombs placed on the users body by enemies, or to even counter small weapons, such as needles, kunais or shurikens. Anything bigger than those particular ninja tools will break through the wind body. This jutsu can also be used to push of any sticky substance of the users body. It can also be used as an offensive type of jutsu.

Note: I searched this jutsu up in the old CJ thread, but i couldn't find any technique's like this.

Because of the various water jutsus the opponents reaction in reality will depend on the water jutsu used. For example should they use water gushing imprisonment they will think they are stuck in the water and drown as they struggle to disrupt the water, but in reality they will just stand at a point and later fall unconscious should they not figure out it's a genjutsu and get out of it. Drawing it horizontally in reverse grip using it for extra speed and power the user puts all their might into this blow. the speed of the draw is incredible, while the Samurai focuses their chakra into their blade to enhance it. It unleashes a devastating cut exchanging accuracy for speed and power, however the size of the cut is massive and horizontal therefore accuracy is unneeded anyways. The speed of this strike and power are both devastating, it being incredible thin able to slice through most like it was butter due to it's thinness.

Description: A Bow forged in the ages of the First Great Ninja War. It was a magnificent weapon used by only a few who had enough chakra to use this beauty. It was a black bow made out of carbon fibers flexible enough to fire arrows far distances. The Bow was never alone, it always was with it's quiver making it a set. The Quiver was what made this weapon fearsome, the bow alone could only fire powerful arrows really far however the Quiver was filled with different Fuuinjutsu sealing tags rolled up and fit to an arrow. Each arrow's with a different Fuuinjutsu seal holds a different fletching allowing the user to distinguish the differences. The Quiver holds a great deal of arrows and at the bottom is a generic seal to let out more if they user runs out. The Quiver holds 20 arrows as it is each Fuuinjutsu seal is placed on a maximum of three arrows. Their is a Fuuinjutsu seal for each element on three arrows within the quiver and when the user flows his chakra through it from any distance they blow up giving off the equivalent of an A ranked blast. However doing so cost an extra 10 chakra to do so. After every three arrows shot the chakra amount enlarges by 5 extra until it reaches thirty. The last five arrows in the quiver without elemental seals contain generic seals for splintering shots, rope on the arrow, paper bombs, flash bombs and stun bombs.

If you have seen the film iron man this is very similar.To move forward in the air they must have there palms open behind them aswell as there feet and if they wont to go back they must have there palms forward and feet or just turn around.

When the rain drops fall of the opponent they release small charges of shocks on the part it touches making it extremely hard to channel chakra because of constant small shocks. The Jutsu is also powerful enough to help the user escape Genjutsu. If exposed to the Jutsus for more than 2 turns the victim will be paralyzed. It can be canceled with a Tiger hand-seal changing the rain back to normal.

The Fangs were considered to be super natural weapons, recorded by earlier generations that they were bestowed in the ninja world to keep balance in power. The legend continues to state that each of the sword was sent down to one of the country in the ninja world, some people trying to attain the power ended up slaughtering innocent people for their evil purpose. The Fangs were then sealed in an stone located in middle of those countries. Over the time the seal broke, once again revealing the power of legendary fangs to the mere humans. The elemental nature of each sword helps the user to channel that chakra (once; not constant supply) and increase the sword's range to 2 foot in length and 12 inches to the sides providing the user more cutting ability than normal.

I was actually confused since you are asking me to make a basic set of swords with fusing together ability to make it more complex, like i stated in the previous post that the chakra was just to add uniqueness to the sword, but now i am putting it to use with a limitation.

Description and Background: Bisons are highly strong, bulky and large animals. They don't have the much of the swift capabilities like other summonings but they hold immense powers by using the firm footing of earth and incredible strength of their horns. Most of the Bison summoning animals are able to carry a lot of mass and withstand tremendous blows. Bison being in the bull family were also worshiped for many years, with this they developed a religious values in their own kind. When a contract with a Bison is signed, the owner of the contract develops a black tattoo on their skin, which is the head of a bison explicitly showing the horns. They are also very loyal to the summonings and from the very beginning were used as a sacrifice for human lives to protect them form natural disaster. Many Bison's capabilities comes from witnessing these sacrifices which made them strong, Using their bulky bodies they are also able to swim and face large waves of water with no trouble at all. Apart from the loyalty, A Bison can be merciless if denied its existence. They belong to the Ivorian Plains where a group of Bison have been living for centuries and developed their skills to suit the era.

~Declined~You're making it sound as if Iron Sand is an element of its own. The element that controls iron sand is magnetism release and even then you can't make the iron sand explode. However you can make it compress and then release outwards, but not explode like a tag or all those exploding elemental techniques.

Ogar, the Strong is a Easter Grey squirrel (4ft and 40lbs). He has predominantly gray fur with brownish colored spots all over his coat, he also has a white underside and a large bushy tail (6ft long and 3ft wide).
Like all squirrels, Ogar shows four fingers on the front feet and five on the hind feet allowing him to be able to hold and use ninja tools as well as peform jutsu. His foot-pads often leave not visible tracks, when bounding or moving at speed. His strideds can be upto two or three feet long.
Ogar has excellent vision and well-developed senses of smell and is an experianced tracker. He has sharp, curved claws which enables him to climb and descend broad tree trunks, thick branches and even house walls. His strong hind legs enable it to leap gaps between trees.
Ogar has an affinity for Suiton chakra which allow him to perform Water style jutsu up to A-Rank with relative ease using squirrel hand-seals (3 fingers and a thumb on each forefoot). He is also very addapt at swimming.

Using his Katon chakra Zalog can see heat signatures as well as heat waves flowing through the air. He cannot be harmed by any B-rank fire jutsu or lower that doesn't burn hotter then 105°F.

Description: The User will click their fingers, causing a large amount of lightning beams to sprout from the ground around the opponent, the beams having a radius of about 3 inches each and ascending several meters into the sky. The beams travel straight, but rise from all different angles, some rising just centimeters away from the opponents body. Ultimately this creates a maze of laser like lightning beams that are able to slice through human flesh like butter and radiate a fair amount of heat. As such the beams trap the opponent in place, as if he were to move, even to do handseals, he would inevitably move his body into a path of one of the various beams and damage himself severely as he does so. Alternatively, the user can form a underground network of these beams. Preventing the opponent from using earth jutsu that require contact with the ground while its active, and preventing them from going underground.

Description: The user, having The morning star in a Naginata, or spear like form, immediately begins a series of extremely fast thrusts, pumping chakra into their arms and into the spears blade with each thrust. The thrust however, are exceptionally faster than anything that could be achieved ordinarily even with ninja enhancements, as with each thrust, the user shortens and legnthens the stiffened chain that is acting as the shaft, effectively making the thrust much much quicker and expodentially more powerful. With each thrust a large amount of pressure is generated, as the pressure is generated, the user releases the coating of chakra on the blade, before retracting the spear, changing its position slightly to once again re-peat the process. This effectively creates 100 chakra spear heads comprised soley of chakra and pressure. Due to the speed of the thrusts, the 100 spear heads are released seemingly in more or less unison, the spear heads travelling forths and covering a fairly wide expanse, pulverising the opponent and slicing and piercing into their body. Each spear head having enough power to punch through concrete. Although this technique is made up of soley normal chakra, due to the level of shape composition and speed of the technique launch, the technique as a whole compares to a S rank elemntal technique in terms of power. The user, by sacrificing an extra 40 chakra, can activate the element of the blade that makes up the spear head, creating a forbidden rank elemental technique.

Description: The user bites his thumb smearing the blood onto his palm. He then performs two hand seals (Ram - Snake.) By doing this he summons 1000 small blue flowers, from the Kite Nesting grounds. These flowers are called "Thunder Lilies" due to their ability to create small amounts of raiton chakra they are considered to be extremely tasty and a favorite meal time snack to King Kodak. As the flowers grow they store raiton chakra all throughout their life storing small amounts, until the day they bloom. Once they bloom they release the small amount of raiton chakra they have stored causing small pulses of raiton that can stun small animals (1 flower has enough raiton chakra when bloomed to stun small animals such as rabbits and snakes). Usually the flowers don't bloom all at once so the damage is minuscule (While not being forced to bloom). Once the 1000 flowers are summoned through the use of raiton chakra and the Ram hand seal they can all be forced to bloom at once, this forces all the flowers to release their raiton chakra violently shocking anything in range of the flowers. Each flower creates a small pulse and when combined they equal a strong S rank attack. The electric field is enough to stop the human heart as well as tear through the ground leaving decent sized craters.
Notes:

-Must have signed the Kite Contract to use
-Must have mastered Raiton (To use the ability to force bloom the flowers.)

In Blood Prison it is shown that flowers can produce chakra natures. This is shown when the flowers from the Hidden Grass Village release small fire balls that are similar to the jutsu the Hidden Grass Nin use called Demon Latern. This is a variation of flowers that store trace amounts of chakra. This is best seen at 6:20: This is also backed up by the fact that not only can animals be summoned but it's been shown that just about anything can be summoned.

Description: Jūgo after many years of soft reflection and meditation has found out how to control himself while in his Second Seal State. Spending many years alone in caves with animals basically becoming a Hermit, he has found a way to sense the energy his body absorbs thus maintaining the flow of energy absorbing only that which his body can handle. Communicating with animals while unaffected by his Murderous side helped with this greatly as they were able to explain to Jūgo what this energy is and how it works. While in his Second Seal State Jūgo maintains the flow of Natural Energy into his body thus keeping a sane calm demeanor he does this by releasing the excess Natural Energy through vent like appendages he forms on his back thus maintaining a more stable amount of Natural Energy to Chakra ratio. He gains an increase to strength, speed, reactions and reflexes. This is because he has found a way to use his chakra to maintain the flow of Natural Energy and a way to balance it with his own chakra through the use of the vent like appendages that basically releases excess amounts of Natural Energy that would usually send Jūgo into a murderous state.

Perks:

-+5 to all Ninjutsu.
-+5 to Taijutsu.
-Increases base reaction speed to that of 2T sharingan.
-Increases Speed to that of his second state which could keep up with Raikage in Lightning armor

Description: This jutsu is both a Genjutsu and a deception jutsu. The user performs three (Boar-Dog-Snake) and sets the opponent into a genjutsu. This genjutsu effects multiple senses in different ways. It alters the opponent's sense of sight making it seem as if a large field of bright red roses have been summoned below him these flowers are merely for show and do nothing to the opponent in all reality. The rose petals appear to break off from the roses and fly around the opponent the roses also appear to be releasing pollen into the air around the opponent. The user then alters the sense of touch making the opponent feel as if the thorns on the roses are slightly cutting his ankles as well as makes it feel as if the pollen is entering his nose and mouth. The user also begins to make the opponent feel as if he is tired relaxing his muscles and slowly putting him into a trance. This trance almost immediately transitions into a sleep state where the opponent is out cold. The user also adjusts the opponents sense of hearing making it sounds like the petals and pollen are dancing around the opponent as if the wind was only blowing it around his area and no where near the user of the jutsu. The user also alters the sense of smell making it smell like a field of roses. If the genjutsu is not broken the opponent will fall asleep in the field of Roses much to the same effect as Temple of Nirvana. This jutsu is fully immersive and is a deception tech as it lets the user make the opponent believe (through the use of deception and not genjutsu) that the sleeping effect is created by the flowers when in all reality it's created by the effects of the genjutsu.
Notes:

-Can target a max of three people at the same time
-Must have mastered basic Genjutsu to use
-No other Genjutu this turn or the next turn
-The opponent will fall asleep by the end of the turn if he doesn't break the genjutusu

~ You make no sense in this technique. For one, it doesn't appear different from Temple of Nirvana at all, except for petals instead of flowers; secondly what exactly is this "deception" you keep talking about, and say that it is deception and not genjutsu ? Through reading the description, it's clearly a genjutsu, un-necessarily complex, but essenially similar to others. ~

Once this is done, the targeted clay figurine will rapidly dissipate into an invisible cloud of nano-sized explosive clay bombs, similar to the bombs present in "Garuda". The nano-bombs form a large cloud and travel in the direction originally intended by the clay figurine. However, due to the large amount of clay required in the clay figure, this technique can only be used on larger clay creations. Due to the danger of the nano-sized bombs, the user is not capable of using this technique in short range. Anytime after the clay figure has turned into a cloud of nano-sized bombs, the user will perform a single hand seal, detonating the bombs.

Changed it to 5 seconds. And I think 5 seconds are more than enough time for someone, to stop me from using this (or to kill me). Also just b'coz I said that "if opponent gets caught in it, then the match would result in draw", I think you are assuming that whenever I will use this and explode, then opponent will not be able to block it? Although its a F-Rank, but it can also be blocked like other F-rank jutsus are blocked. I mean, even if I explode (die), then also my opponent can block the impact of the explosion.
And I have to stay still for 5 seconds (before using it), and thats no joke.

As the moment electricity is passed into the metal through the insulated copper wire, it starts behaving like an strong electro-magnet, which is way much powerful than a normal magnet. It can attract/repel other metals (within range) depending on direction in which electricity is passed.
Note: -The metal can by any sword, kunai, shuriken or any other metal.
-The metal should either be wrapped with insulated copper wire or should be connected with iron shaft, in order to act like magnet.
-As soon as effect of electricity is over on metal, it stops behaving like a magnet.
