Description: The user concentrates a large amount of water chakra into their hands (or feet) as they perform two handseals (Tiger -> Snake) and then proceeds to strike them onto the water source they are standing on, creating a large amount of water to burst vertically upwards towards the sky. This large burst of water is essentially a large stream/blast of water that travels in a straight line up vertically from the water source. Depending on the user, the amount of water in this blast of water may vary from a small-size lake worth of water up to a medium-size lake worth of water (the maximum volume -100m3) - all of which always takes the same amount of time to happen (a few seconds). Furthermore, the force behind this blast of water is sufficient enough to knock an opponent unconsious.
Note: Requires a water source.

Description: The user will concentrate a large amount of water chakra as they performs two quick handseals which they then proceed to release the chakra into the water source they are standing on. This jutsu is used to alert the user about the location and presence of any nearby chakra on the battlefield (must be on the water source though), it works by applying one of the most basic principles/techniques known to shinobi - "water surface walking" which requires one to constantly emit a stream of chakra from the soles of their feet in order to be able to walk on water. Because of this, any being that is walking on the water's surface can be detected through this technique (due to the hige amount of chakra used for this jutsu), alerting the user of the presence of other people/beings walking on the water. This jutsu can also detect the presence of chakra hidden within the water (i.e. ninjas swimming in the water) purely due to the fact that ninjas are large "containers/vessels" of chakra.
Note: Requires a water source.
Note: The opponent must be touching the water.
Note: No S-rank water jutsus in the same turn (turn of activation).

Description: Beta is a relatively young, caramel Civet about the same size as Gamakichi who exhibits bright yellow markings around his eyes and mouth. He is a very fast and agile Civet characteristic of his natural affinity for lightning (Beta is capable of using lightning jutsus up to the user's rank). He wields a wide range of weapons such as chokutōs, katanas and sickles which he grasps and swirls around in his paws, mouth and tail infusing them with his lightning chakra. Despite his affinity for lightning, he prefers to use taijutsu and weapons play while in combat and also has good hearing and a keen sense of smell allowing him to track targets much more effectively even when he is unable to see the target.

Description: The user jumps into the air and whilst in the air quickly uses his right foot to slam against the bottom of his left foot to suddenly increase his speed and land within touching distance from his opponent, leaving his opponent very little time to react. (If however the user is facing his opponent with the right side of his body (right shoulder basically) then he would have to slam his left foot against his right in order to speed up)

Kyuusho Mahi Waza: (Secret Paralysis Technique)

Description: The user throws a normal kunai at his opponent however he secretly also throws small needle like projectiles in between his opponents leg joints preventing his opponent from moving that leg once it has been hit without his opponents knowledge, unless the projectile is noticed and removed that leg will remain paralyzed. Due to the thinness of the projectile it is not noticeable whilst it is getting throw and the opponent feels no pain when it pierces their body, however once it has hit the opponent and his leg is no longer able to move, should the opponent look down at their foot they will easily recognize that there is a needle and so can remove it in order to be able to move their leg again.
Note: Can only be used once.
Note: Must throw kunai in order to hide the presence of the small needle like projectiles.
Note: Due to the thinnes and sharpness of the projectile, it can easily peirce throw an opponents shoes, but because the needles are long, they'd be pocking out of the shoes still remaining easily noticeable.

(Soshi kishimu Kuchiyos) - Elemental summoning gourd

Description: The user will peform 2 handseals slamming their hands down performing a summoning. The two handseals will depend on the element they choose. The user will summon a gourd that they have prepared before the battle. Each gourd was prepared with a barrier in it and will contain one of the 5 elements that will be infused with the users chakra. The element will act as an extension of the user. The user is able to control the element on their back with their chakra, much like Gaara can with his sand just not as fast. The way the elements are released in the gourd, is that the gourd is filled with fuuin seals which contain the desired element, like a scroll can contain fire. The use will release that seal releasing the element with each gourd.The elements are:

Katon: This gourd will have special flames sealed within it that were created by the user and are infused with the users chakra. The user can control these flames with hand movements or special handseals.

Suiton: This gourd will contain a portion of water infused with the users chakra allowing him to control it and bend it into shapes. The user can control the shape of the water and movements by moving their hands or using handseals.

Fuuton: This gourd will contain spiralling, violent winds that are visible to everyone and are infused with the users chakra. The user can control these winds for attack and defence with their hands or handseals.

Raiton: This gourd will contain pure lightning sealed within the gourds barrier infused with the users chakra that the user can release, bend and control, reshape, attack and defend with using their hand motions or handseals.

Doton: This gourd contains mud infused with the users chakra. This Mud can be controlled through hand motions or handseals or handmotions. Upon performing 1 handseal, the user can harden the mud to solid stone.

Each gourd has taken a long time to be created and only the user can control the contents due to the amount of chakra infused within the elements. If the use is using their hand motions to control the shape and motion of the elements, they are unable to use other jutsu. All the gourds have the same one ability, the user can perform the snake handseal and the element from within the gourd will surround them in an orb creating a protecting barrier.

Note: Only one gourd can be summoned by a person or clone at at a time and only one gourd can be present in the battlefield at a time.
Note: Each person or clone can only control the one gourd at a time.
Note: Once the element has been destroyed it can no long be used. An exampe would be if the fire was overpowered by water, it would be gone for good.
Note: The gourd only lasts on the field for 4 turns

Note: Controlling the movement of the element counts as one of the users 3 jutsu per turn.

(Jūho Chikarar No Ken) – Gentle Step Taking Control

Description: As the hyuuga user is known for the disruption of the chakra stream, and hyuuga member may exert a line chakra, line like stream from their palm, the hyuuga member has learned to take control ti'll some extent of the opponents jutsu. The hyuuga user will first have to either use a chakra burst, or the chakra stream exerting from their palm, in order to take control of the jutsu. As the hyuuga's arm movement are close to the speed of 3rd gate, he'll be able to take over the jutsu within that timeframe. The user had to go through extreme training of Gentle Fist, streaming chakra, and this technique has to be taught.

To take control over Solid like Earth/Ice elemental:
As the Solid based jutsu is coming into the user's way, the user may channel a fine chakra steam from their palm, as the chakra stream will impale the jutsu and make cuts where the opponents jutsu is controlling the very element. Thus cutting off the enemy's chakra control from the jutsu, the hyuuga user may take control of the jutsu, and re-direct the jutsu onto any way they're want it. Since the enemie's chakra control was disrupted this is possible. As the chakra line had made cuts into the very element, it may be possible for the hyuuga member to re-figure the structure of the earth jutsu. the hyuuga member has to constantly emit the chakra line, because the very element stands together with their chakra.

To take control over Gas forms like Fire/Wind/Steam elemental:
As the fire/wind jutsu comes in their way, the hyuuga user will expel a serious amount of burst of chakras from their palm at high speeds, as these bursts reach the jutsu, it will disturb the momentum of the chakra, and the very chakra of in itself, and as the user is exerting chakra, he will disturb the chakra within the jutsu, and as the momentum goes the opposite way, the very element (meaning wind/fire) will follow the path of the bursts of the chakra.

To take control over liquid forms like Lava/Water elemental:
This is the most difficult of all, because the user has to perform a spin, which will re-direct the flow of the element. As The user starts spinning from left to right, (this barrier is not intended to protect up fully, but to take control of the enemie's jutsu) in order to create a spinning barrier, as the liquid had made a contact with the barrier, as the barrier spins, instead of having razor sharp dents on the barrier, it will have blades like dents like water turbine, and it will re-direct the water straight back to the enemy. As it makes contact, the barrier will channel chakra (disturb enemies chakra within the liquid) into the liquid (the very element) in order to re-direct it into a direction of the user's wish. If the liquid has taken a form and as it makes its impact, the jutsu will be re-directed as a wave. As the user begins to spin, the barrier will reach onto mid-range, since it is intended to re-direct a jutsu, and not completely deflect it, like the original barriers, which is for defending. As it is connecting, the barrier will absorb the chakra of the enemie's chakra and replace it with his own as the distruption of the enemie's chakra happening, thus regenerating the user's any minor injuries and chakra.

(Jyuuken mōdo) – Jyuuken Mode

Description: As we know, Hyuuga users are famous for their very own unique techniques, the Gentle Fist. Gentle Fist as we know, had to do with exerting a serious amount of chakra, which will either way disturb or cause several damage to the user, or the user's techniques. While the Jyuuken Mode is on, similar to (Jūho Sōshiken) – Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists where the user's arms are covered within chakra due to the constant emit of chakra over his arms, but in this technique, the user's whole body will be covered within that type of exertion of chakra. As this Jyuuken is active, all of the Jyuuken techniques' abilities will increase +15 in the view of damage points, due to the exertion of chakra being already implemented, and the chakra which has to be used in order to perform the technique itself. The 80 damage point is because it is made of similar technique like the (Jūho Sōshiken) – Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists, the user's whole body will be covered within the exerted chakra, and will cause damage when the hyuuga user is implementing its attacks. As because the hyuuga's user most complemented abilities is to disturb the chakra flow, once the hyuuga master has made a physical contact with the enemy, the chakra being exerted from the hyuuga master's body will disturb the enemy's chakra flow. The enemy will become paralized for 1 turn upon touch. As because of this, the user's reach will increase 3 feet. Because of this extreme exertion of chakra, the user's heart rate will increase, and because of fast blood flow, the user's reaction will increase +1, their speed will match to 1st gate.
Notes:
~May be activated 1x, but lasts 5 turns.
~After 5 turns, the user will feel -50 damage because of the over exhaustion of themselves, and will be hardly able to move in the turn when the jutsu has been over and for another 2 turns.
~When this jutsu is active, only one jutsu may be performed during the turns.
~No clones can be active, only Kages may perform this, Masters of Jyuuken.
~Due to the excessive useage of Jyuuken, the user won't be able to perform any tai moves, nor any Jyuuken styles in the same turn when this mode was over and for another 2 turn.
~If the user de-activates this before the 5 turns had been over, the user will feel -30 damage and for the same turn and next turn will only be able to use 2 jutsus, barely be able to move for the same and next turn, won't be able to use any jyuuken for the same turn.
~In order to perform this, the user has to first activate (Jūho Sōshiken) – Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists and (Juho Tsuin Raino no Ashi) Gentle Step Twin Rhino Feet in the same turn (They're basically an exertion of chakra from arms and leg, therefore the user shouldn't have a problem using these two at the same turn), and the next turn he may activate this Mode.
~While this mode is active, jutsus which require handseals or something that may be exerted from the body like Nagashi won't be able to use.
~Can be taught only by Dr. House

Description: While the Land of Iron developed and perfected several anti-Ninjutsu devices and generally flourished technologically, the Hidden Villages continued to use terribly outdated technology, focusing their funds and time on developing their abilities with chakra control and Elemental Ninjutsu. While the vast majority of the Shinobi Nations were content with this arrangement, a small group if Ninja, mainly Yukigakure and a few collaborating corporations, sought to better the general effectiveness of their soldiers through the usage of technology. After many years of research, experiments and adjustments, the T-51b Power Armor was finally developed.
The initial form of the T-51b is dozens of metallic rings placed almost everywhere on the users body, thought not hindering his movements in any way as the rings are quite thin and small. The rings are all very light-weight and made from a special metal that is created and compressed by masters of the Earth element, and constantly fed with chakra for many years. This special metal reacts very uniquely to chakra, inflating rapidly outwards while hardening when exposed to it. As long as the wearer is actually channeling chakra through his body with the intention of upholding this armor, the rings will remain inflated and hardened. The durability of the metal is about as strong as titanium diboride and it is capable of absorbing great amounts of kinetic impact. Furthermore, the metal is very resistant to temperature changes, as the suit basically uses the wearers’ body heat and small, one-way vents to regulate the temperature. While extremely expensive and complex, the creators of the T-51b succeeded in controlling the metals’ inflation-process, allowing them to shape an armor of the metal when it reacts to chakra. Of course, the metal alone serves nothing more than a defensive purpose and its inflated form is extremely heavy, creating the need for a system that could aid the wearers’ movements. As such, the wearer will be equipped with more than just the rings in the initial form.
In addition to the rings, the wearer will be equipped with a small, hollow and circular device that is connected to one of the rings and placed on the wearers back. The small device is coated with the chakra-reactive metal on the inside, which inflates, like all the other rings, when the user channels chakra through his body. The difference between the metal rings and the metal coating is that, instead of inflating only outwards and hardening into armor, the coating inflates both inwards and outwards. The outwards inflation opens several perfectly circular holes in the device, but leaves the general structure intact. The inwards inflation crushes some thin containers that contain the wearers’ blood. While the weak containers seem like an obvious fault in the design, they are reinforced by metal on all sides except a small opening, allowing only the chakra-reactive metal to crush them unless the entire device is subjected to great pressure. The blood released from the crushed containers will immediately cover several summoning seals, and because the chakra-reactive metal acts as a conduit for chakra, the seals are all activated simultaneously. Since the inflation process happens simultaneously for all the chakra rings, and therefore also for the coating, the entire summoning and armoring process happens in perfect synchronization with each other.
The summoning seals will call forth a hydraulic frame, a pneumatic frame and a helmet. The perfect design will ensure that the whole inflation and summoning process will happen so that all summoned components settles perfectly with the armor itself, allowing the combined result to function perfectly immediately upon activation. The pressurized gas and liquid that is used to power the pneumatic and hydraulic frame respectively, is placed in the frames themselves. While such a placement would normally expose the machinery to damage, the perfect design ensures that the armor itself protectively covers all vulnerable parts. Both frames are also extremely resistant to electricity-based attacks, ensuring that such disturbances does not compromise the system or the wearer.
The hydraulic frame is used, mainly, to support the users’ movements, enabling him to actually move around in the suit. The massive power of the hydraulic system ensures a speed almost similar to the users’ original speed, but his maneuverability is worsened severely. The hydraulic liquid and the pressure itself are controlled by the user through chakra-receptive points in the armor, allowing the user to distribute the pressure and thereby adjust his speed as he see fit. One great advantage of the hydraulic system is its ability to transfer vast amount of power through a small frame, this allows the user to jump much higher than he normally would and travel with insane speed in a linear motion, though his already limited maneuverability is almost voided if he does that.
The pneumatic frame is used mainly to support finer motions and aid the user on points the crude hydraulic frame does not cover. The pneumatic frame functions as an invaluable assistance in regards to the users balance. It is almost impossible to fall or lose your balance while wearing the T-51b. The arms, legs, elbows and knees of the frame slightly differs from the rest of the frame, in the sense that the pneumatic system aids the users movements much easier and much more refined when it comes to these points. The extra assistance allows the wearer to move his arms and legs freely, without losing speed or flexibility. Furthermore, the pneumatic system aids the wearers’ offensive movements, offering a boost of power by using the pressurized gas as propulsion. The pneumatic frame is, like the hydraulic frame, controlled through chakra-receptive points in the armor.
The helmet that is summoned alongside the two frames are made from the same chakra-reactive metal as the rest of the armor, only that it is made specially to maintain its form. Since the helmet is still chakra-conductive, the chakra flow through the suit of armor is not disturbed anywhere if the entire set is equipped. The helmet consists of a dual layered air-purifying respirator, a wireless radio and tinted eyeslit.
The entire machinery functions on a mixture of chakra, gas and hydraulic fluid. Should the user already be wearing a suit of armor, the rings will simply destroy it from the inside out as they inflate. Finally, the complete chakra-circuit ensures that the wearer has a certain feel as to what happens on the armor, meaning that if he’s hit in the back, even if the damage is minimal and he wouldn’t notice under normal circumstances, the disruption in the chakra-circuit warns him of the attack immediately after it has happened.

±± Declined ±± I understand liking to put some background and story in a jutsu but this is just too much Zero. The description of a weapon should contain its look, size and abilities. Not its story. Unless that story is like 5 or 6 lines. not 50. Its too dense and you've hidden key aspects of it inside the giant description. You can add this background to your bios. Resubmitt in a more readable version. And yes, i read it all. The concept needs a bit or working otherwise it will escape the concept of Narutoverse.

The User Gathers the best possible mineral-rich sand and then constructs the sand into building, much like the ones in sunagakure.

Using the chakra that is spread throughout the clouds, the user will then bring down the rain clouds in the form of a vortex that surrounds the edges of the entire battlefield, leaving both the user and opponent inside of the vortex. Then the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction. This technique is very similar to Vortex Storm Technique to bring down the rain clouds. The falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses allowing him to sense any chakra source they come in contact with.

Description: After performing a series of five hand seals, the user will concentrate all of his/her doton chakra and slam their hands onto the ground. By doing so the Straw Hat Pirates’ full size ship the “Going Merry” will be created made completely of earth from the ground itself. As long as the user is aboard the ship his/her earth style techniques will require three less hand seals to perform. The ship itself is able to float in water sources(The ship will not turn into mud unless it is on that water source for longer than two turns) and mud itself (for ex. Swamp of the underworld). Depending on the elemental advantages the ship can block B-Rank and below techniques but the part that was hit will crumble afterward. If any attacks are coming from above, the user can walk inside the “meeting room” of the ship for cover. The unique ability of the ship is that it can shoot A-Ranked cannon balls made of earth from the ships main cannon in the front. The ship has a stock of five cannon balls. Every cannon ball has multiple explosive tags attached to them that can be detonated with the use of a single hand seal.

Description: After performing the Ram → Dragon → Dog hand seals the user will clap his hands. Thereafter a portal will open up in the sky above the user following the same principles of Earth Lid & Mud Fall. Out of the portal there will be three human sized Gargoyles that will glide down towards the desired target using their lightweight earthen wings to keep them airborne. Due to the their weight and the gravity pulling them down, their velocity is equal to that of a thrown projectile. The Gargoyles are flying down in a V formation with an explosive tag already pre-set on each of their backs. Upon using a simple hand seal to active the desired tag the Gargoyles can blow up. If detonated, the explosion will cause the spikes surrounding the Gargoyles' abdominal and chest area to be released outwards towards the target they were already heading to.(There are six spikes all together with each being three feet long and two feet wide.) Each individual Gargoyles is evenly spaced apart so that the detonation of one of their tags doesn't set a chain explosion. The Gargoyles' flight path can be determined once the portal is open. However, once the path is chosen it can't be changed due to the fact that the Gargoyles are gliding down and not flapping their earthen wings to fly.

±± Declined ±± To make the water thinner you need to make its molecules become further apart (much like it happens when you heat water) so you'll be expanding the water. By doing so your opponent is bound to note something is wrong beneath his feet as the increase in volume would leave some indication. Also, its an S-Rank. You need one more additional restriction.

Description: This technique is an advanced variation of the Iaido technique and Samurai Sabre Technique. Through combining both concepts, the user is able to apply a chakra coat to the inside of their scabbard (used to reduce friction and increase the speed of the blade), chakra around the blade (released in the form of a crescent wave of chakra from the blade as the user draws it), chakra in the wrist, forearms, biceps, triceps, and shoulder of the user's dominant hand in order to increase their speed of draw and cause their muscles to be relaxed for maximum speed, and chakra around the tsuba, or guard of the sword, and scabbard's top so that when it makes contact with the scabbard, it bounces off and uses that momentum to strike again. When using the chakra around the guard and the scabbard's top, it will cause a near fully elastic collision that will transfer the majority of momentum in the opposite direction so that it can be used again. This process can be repeated 10 times in a consecutive barrage. While drawing the sword incredibly quickly, the user will release a heavy crescent blade of chakra, as sharp as the Samurai Sabre Technique (Not as strong). The speed of the strikes are incredible as they use the Iai method and an elastic bounce to speed them up. Their draw speed is much faster then a ninja's hand seals, Iaido proved this, and the speed of the released blades of chakra are even greater as they combine the speed of the draw and their natural speed.

Description: By putting the Hydration Technique into practical use, the muscles in the user's entire body are temporarily enlarged to the same size as A and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from an outside water source (small lake at least) and focused into the muscles. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is extremly high even more so because of enhancing the entire body. This jutsu gives the user superhuman strength and speed,capable of smashing through Earth jutsu of B rank and below with their fists and C rank and below with their legs, dent earth based elements and obtain enhanced speed.
However due to the body and chakra strain and intense control of Water while fighting the user is left exhausted after this technique.
Note: Must use Hydration Technique before hand and have a Hozuki bio.

±± Declined ±± Its a water jutsu...why do you only refer that it will enable you to overcome earth? It escapes the basic nature of the technique. Also, the beneficts are too big. And modes (which is what this is) are currently very very unapprovable as they all exist in excess. Try toning this down, making it S-Rank and more approvable.

Description:

Arkana is a chain which became legendary when it was used ages ago to capture a bijuu. Its creator also tried to replicate the Yata Mirror’s ability by endowing the chain with all nature transformations, such that it changes its own characteristics and becomes impervious to the characteristics of the attacks it receives. This was successfully achieved and as such, the chain has an aura similar to that of the Yata Mirror which gives it a somewhat spectral form, and prevents it from suffering from elemental weaknesses as well as conducting electricity and/or heat from enemy attacks.

Many fought over the power of Arkana and it was therefore kept hidden for decades, until recently when it has been finally passed down for combat. When in dormant status, Arkana is wrapped around its wielder’s left arm without affecting his/her mobility. The wielder can use it to block attacks from edged weapons, whether or not these are enhanced by wind or lightning chakra.

In active mode, Arkana will adopt its “spectral” form and the wielder will be able to use his chakra to manipulate it around, making it crawl in mid-air in order to reach and pierce through opponents and concrete techniques with its edged end. Description: This technique is solely used by Crows with no exceptions, The Crow that's utilizing this technique opens his mouth while concentrating a great deal of pure chakra into his belly, forming the chakra into a large number of feathers which attain a solidified form through the concentration of chakra making it as hard as Iron, the Crow releases the feathers at the target through his beak, these feathers are pitch black colored attaining the same color as the feathers which are covering the crows body from the outside, the feathers range depending on the size of the Crow that is releasing the feathers, the bigger in size the bigger feathers released from it's beak up to the size of a normal sized Katana which is the biggest size the feathers could get and classified as an "S-rank", for this size of feathers the Crow that's releasing the feathers must be at least half the size of Gamabunta or bigger, any smaller sized crows than that release feathers that are the size of a kunai, if the Crows are normal sized the feathers they release are going to be the same size as a needle, having the size of a needle up to a Kunai is classified as a B-rank version of the technique.

±± Declined ±± Well, the idea is cool. However, look at the bolded part. An S-Rank fire either concentrated or big enough could overcome this wall of ice. Ice is strong against Fire but strong fire can still overcome it. Reword it a bit. Also, add one resctrition more like "Can't perform any other Ice Techniques in the same turn" or something around those lines.

Description: The Devils Threads is a weapon that was made by an old semstress and her husband a black smith, they both worked on the Devils Threads for many years only to have it stolen from them, by -Tauburn-. The Devils Threads are wrapped around the users wrists and fingers under the users gloves or around the gloves, the thread are very flexable and cant be broken from use of any other weapons. The Devils Threads is a shape tranformation weapon, given enough chakra will harden into a solid sheild like shape, or a weapon of any kind, even into indiviual stradess that will bind the opponent. The threads are only able to channel Fire and Lightning chakra thoughout the thread, if any other element is used the threads wont even respond to the users chakra. The threads themselves are made out of a thin chakra absorbing metal, that will give shape to the users will, The threads also have silk braided into the chakra absorbing metal threads, giving the thread a greenish tint from the silk.

C -Rank - 20 chakra/30 damage: Will create shapes out of the threads to make a strong defence/offence againist attacks, while giving the threads shape for a extended amount of time.

B -Rank - 25 chakra/40 damage: The user will channel chakra into the threads and munipulate them into a weapons shape Meaning the weapon will have the same weight of a weapon and the same sharpness of a weapon.

A -Rank - 30 chakra/ N/A damage: The user will release chakra into the threads, then control the threads to wrap around the opponents body restraining him. (Arms, legs, neck, wrists, figers, and ankles.)

S -Rank - 40 chakra/80 damage: The user will channel lighting or fire chakra through out the Devils Threads and use them to attack the enemy. Lightning will hit the opponent and give them a numb feeling for 30 secs, while if the user channels fire chakra throughout the thread the opponent will receive critical burns if hit by the thread.

Description: This sword is made of chakra absorbing metals. The sword makes any wind jutsus A-Rank and down have no handseals. every time a wind jutsu is used 10% of the chakra is saved within the sword so that when the user preforms a wind jutsu the wind chakra absorded by the sword can amplify any fire jutsu B-Rank and down by releasing a wind gust, which once its released will keep going untill the fire is extinguished. The sword can be used to defend againist C-Rank wind jutsus and down and by doing so the sword absorbs 25% of the chakra from that jutsu.
Note: Absorbing tech can be used 4 times per battle
Note: Wind jutsus A-Rank and down do not handseals
Note: Fire jutsus B-Rank and down, damage is increased by 5
Note: sword has to wait untill the first wind jutsu is used (by user) to be activated.

(Kaze Katto)- Wind Slicing

Kaze Sai Katana stays transformed for one turn then shifts back to its original form.
Note: Only B-Rank Wind, Lightning, and Water can be sliced with this jutsu.
Note: Other elements of A-rank used againist this jutsu cancel the jutsu out.
Note: Tranformation lasts 1 turn then must wait 2 turns to activate again.

On his left hand he molds the Fūton chakra that is more solid and on his right hand he molds Fūton chakra that has properties of cutting. Then, he thrusts his palms forward and discharges a massive amounts of Fūton chakra into his palms creating a swirl of wind. The more solid wind is in the middle while the slicing wind is in the outer. The user releases the wind in a beam like effect. In the center is wind that will knock the opponent back, on the outside of the wind "beam" is the slicing wind. This wind will rotate and expand slowly like a tornado and thus make it impossible to just dodge the jutsu, even with a jutsu that will make the opponent move out the way etc. pillar from ground or fist hurricane.

Description: This weapon is a staff, origins unknown but its unique material makes it able to expand and retract into any size. In fact, when Majuub found this pole it was a pillar supporting an ancient temple. Thus the material is also indestructible. This staff also combines with the user and can use wind chakra to coat around the staff to make it cut through, even though its a pole. Even though the pole can expand to long range, it is not instant so if the user tries opponents could easily dodge it.
-The user can use this without activating the wind coating, but it won't have the slicing effect of wind chakra.
-(+10)Up a rank, to Kenjutsu techniques when used with this staff.
-Can only be activated once per battle, but can be used diffidently.
-The coating can only be activated for 5 turns.
-Expanding/retracting the staff doesn't count as a turn.
-The staff can only block 3 times with S rank wind coating

Description: Soul reapers collection is set of swords, spears and axes, the primary weapon is a sword named Mephistopheles which retains the weapons most abilities. The set is a Caelum family treasure and thus can only be used by the current head of the family (being Leaf), anyone else to wield it is instantly electrocuted. To indicate the swords abilities are in effect, the sword turns the user’s eyes to red from blue. To ensure the users ease, he only needs to keep the Mephistopheles with him at all times, other weapons can be summoned at any time in the battle with a single swing of the sword which materializes a weapon from thin air and can then be launched via telekinesis (though the ability is limited to launching to only weapons that are part of the set).

Mephistopheles: Weapon appears to be a falchion fashioned with an engine at the hilt, this is the primary weapon. Its abilities include: Being infused with lightning release(effectively allowing it to cut through tough surfaces unless the surface is hardened with chakra) and thus being able to cancel out other jutsu of Earth and lightning nature (Up to B rank) and other technique (Up to C rank). Summoning other weapons of the set and controlling them via telekinesis.
Other weapons: includes Single handed and both handed swords both double edged and single edged, Spear and javelins and battle axes. Up to 6 weapons can be used at a time (including Mephistopheles) and each weapon can attracts a unique value of voltage which user decides while summoning them (it cannot however attract an opponent’s jutsu as it is literally impossible to calculate the lightning technique’s volts in midst of battle)
Note: Can only be used by Leaf.
Note: Only the sets weapons can be used with telekinesis and requires Mephistopheles to be in users hands.
Note: Weapons don’t attract opponents lightning jutsu.
Note: Other restrictions are stated in the description to keep it clean.

To ensure the users ease, he only needs to keep the Mephistopheles with him at all times, other weapons can be summoned at any time in the battle with a single swing of the sword which materializes a weapon from thin air and can then be launched via telekinesis (though the ability is limited to launching to only weapons that are part of the set).

Mephistopheles: Weapon appears to be a falchion fashioned with an engine at the hilt, this is the primary weapon. Its abilities include: Being infused with lightning release(effectively allowing it to cut through tough surfaces unless the surface is hardened with chakra) and thus being able to cancel out other jutsu of Earth and lightning nature (Up to B rank) and other technique (Up to C rank). Summoning other weapons of the set and controlling them via telekinesis.
Other weapons: includes Single handed and both handed swords both double edged and single edged, Spear and javelins and battle axes. Up to 6 weapons can be used at a time (including Mephistopheles) and each weapon can attracts a unique value of voltage which user decides while summoning them (it cannot however attract an opponent’s jutsu as it is literally impossible to calculate the lightning technique’s volts in midst of battle)
Note: Can only be used by Leaf.
Note: Only the sets weapons can be used with telekinesis and requires Mephistopheles to be in users hands.
Note: Weapons don’t attract opponents lightning jutsu.
Note: Other restrictions are stated in the description to keep it clean.

Description: The Kinshou Getsuei was crafted by McKnockout many years ago shortly after his return from the Land of Iron and creation of his own element, Platinum. Kinshou Getsuei is a large Japanese war fan or Tessen similar to one that Temari wields. However, unlike Temari’s fan, the Kinshou Getsuei is a Tessen made from hardened, light-weight Platinum which is highly infused with his chakra – so much so that it can only be wielded by him and starts to emit a bright, shining glow/light akin to that of the Moon. If any other person picks up the fan, they would not be able unfold the fan and as result, use any of its abilities. The Kinshou Getsuei is a folding fan with 10 ribs that are in fact blades of Platinum disguised to look like a normal, harmless fan. The fan itself is about 3/4 of McKnockout’s height and has countless engraved kanji inscriptions all over it. The fan itself, when collapsed, can also be used as a make shift sword and is able to deflect kunai and shuriken when opened and/or planted into the ground. This suggests that the fan is entirely made of Platinum rather than paper.

Like Temari’s fan, the wielder of Kinshou Getsuei is able to call down a variety of wind-related jutsus as well as some other unique abilities. These are:
  • Indestructible (though it can't cut through anything)
  • “Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Barrage Technique” gets 2 Ranks in strength when used.
  • “Wind Release: Severe Hurricane Wall” gets 2 Ranks in strength when used.
  • The engraved kanji inscriptions are in fact summoning seals and when chakra is channelled into them allows the user to summon various things.
  • By channelling wind chakra into it, the user can dispel up to B-rank lightning jutsu by hitting into the jutsu or releasing an appropriate gust of wind (two times per battle). And an A-rank lightning jutsu using the same method (once per battle).
Note: Must have mastered Wind element.
Note: Can only be wielded by McKnockout.

Note: To use the fan’s abilities, the user must have it in his hands or strapped to his back.

~Declined~ Very well made technique, the abilities are ok, my only problem is the restrictions. You have none O-o. While being a weapon, it still release S-rank jutsus, and hence need to be restricted.

A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.
