Despite it being roughly the same size as himself, the user can wieldwith a single hand relatively easily. just be swinging the blade, the giant axe absorbs their chakra and releases highly condensed chakra at the tip of the blade, magnifying the slash attack and then flies forward. This slash takes the form of a crescent moon or in the shape of a red wave.
Note1: cannot absorb elemental chakra

Note3: All abilities of the blade count towards the move count and don't require hand seals

Description: This User gathers a great volume of Gold Dust and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defences with one hit.
Because the weapon is made out of Gold Dust , the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Iron Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools.
Giant Spear: by forming the Gold Dust into a triangular, spindle-shaped object (much like a pyramid) and tapering it into a sharp point at one end, the user creates a giant spear. The pyramid can also spin like a giant top.
Giant Hammer: by forming the Gold Dust into a large rectangular shape, the area of contact is increased greatly, creating a giant, hammer
Giant box: by forming the Gold Dust into a large cylindrical shape, the user uses this to distract the opponent while the hammer or sphere attack the opponent

Description: A technique created by the first kazekage and renewed and refined by gaara. It Is said to be the jutsu that create the hidden sand. The User will preform the following hand-seals Snake → Rat → Ox → Ram → Snake and then sends their chakra into the ground, Then Breaks down the earth minerals in the ground to make more sand. The User Gathers the best possible mineral-rich sand and then constructs the sand into building, much like the ones in sunagakure.
Note1: The User Can Only create One House per turn
Note2: The User Must Wait one turn before being used again
Note3: Can only create up to three houses
Note4: The user can manipulate the sand to create sofas and such on the inside, and make things light or heavy to make comfy beds or steel bookcases

But, they soon developed a countermeasure that helped them combat the ever-growing amount of Ninjutsu users: infusing their armor with their own chakra. By releasing their spirit into their armor (400 chakra), Samurai infuse their armor with special properties, dropping all energy based damage by 25% and all physical damage by 50%. Shinobi also quickly learned the power behind the spiritual armor and stole the technique. However, while it did indeed grant them *Once used, this technique is irreversible.
*This technique only last for so long, regarding this formula: [400 – x], where “x” is the chakra cost of the jutsu that hits the user. The resulting value will continue to have (x) subtracted from it every time the user is hit. When the value being deducted is greater than or equal to the amount of remaining chakra, the jutsu will end.
*Keotsu and those who know this technique whom he gives permission to are the only ones who can teach this.
*Shinobi who use this technique lose their KG and the ability to use Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, leaving only Taijutus and Kenjutsu.

There was some confusion as to how this actually worked, so I elaborated on that. I also granted a small boost to Ken and Tai, as I removed completely that it as useable by Shinobi.

Description: More of a skill than an actual technique, Dead Man’s Volley is a “game” forced upon the user and the opponent. When a non-Doton technique approaches the user, they will focus a large quantity of chakra into their blade, creating an effect that causes the oncoming jutsu to condense itself into a sphere no larger than four feet across – however, as the jutsu is condensed, there is no loss of power, only area that it affects. However, the drawback to this is that the condensed energy is accelerated towards the user – thus initiating the game. The user can strike the energy sphere with their blade, causing the energy to rebound towards the opponent, also at high speeds; like the user, though, if the opponent has a sword, they can slash the energy orb to redirect it back at the user. The orb of energy can be reflected endlessly, until someone slips up, “losing” the game, and thus becoming the “Dead Man” as they take the full brunt of the energy sphere.
*The user must have stated in their bio that they know the rules of “Dead Man’s Volley” to be able to use.
*Once activated, this technique lasts the rest of the match; however, there are several stipulations, which are as follows:
[1. Only one technique can be transformed into the “ball” for Dead Man’s Volley in a turn.
[2. While a “ball” remains active until its round is over (that is, until the ball is destroyed), another “ball” cannot be added within five turns of creating one “ball.”
[3. Dead Man’s Volley must be initiated by the sword-wielder.
[4. The opponent is not required to wield a sword; they may chose to cover their hands in a chakra reflecting the nature of the ball to reflect it if they so chose; likewise, the user can "shield bash" to reflect the ball as well, but cannot use the hand method mentioned above.
[5. Creating a “ball” counts as a move-per-turn, and costs 10 chakra.
[6. The reflecting of the ball does not count as a move-per-turn, as it is an action forced upon both parties.
[7. The ball has the same “power” as the technique that it was created from; therefore, if a ball has 60 power (crafted from an A-rank attack), and is struck by an attack with 61 power (an attack of equal or greater power), the ball is destroyed, and the game is considered a “draw.”
[8. The ball is imbued with the properties of the technique it was created from; if the user failed to volley a ball crafted form a A-rank fire justu and was stuck, they would take the same amount of damage in from the ball as the technique used to form the ball would have inflicted.
[9. A “ball” cannot be crafted from a technique whose power exceeds 120 (the chakra required to activate Dead Man’s Volley in a match.
[10. With the very first use of Dead Man’s volley, it must be posted as a move, which subtracts the 120 chakra, the 10 chakra required for creating a ball, the move-per-turn of creating a ball, and the move-per-turn of creating a jutsu; therefore, the first time Dead Man’s Volley is used in a match, it has a collective chakra cost of 130, and two moves of a turn.
[12. Due to the fact that the “ball” must have an energy-like, or semi-energy-like composition, earthen techniques (be it canon or CE) cannot be crafted into a ball. In fact, any technique that is “solid” cannot be crafted into a ball; the technique must be energy, gas, or liquid (i.e. Wind, Fire, Lightning, etc.)]

I know the concept of "Forbidden Rank jutsu = self-damaging" but I've never seen a F-ranked Defense (nor can I imagine how it would harm one's self...), however, though this technique doesn't outright harm the user, there is a self-damaging aspect if the user fails to preform properly.

My one jutsu for Bakusaiga

"Bakusaiga" Demonic Blessing of Taiketsu Yagami

Description: The Demonic Blessing of Taiketsu Yagami is when Taiketsu releases all the chakra within Bakusaiga at once and channel it into his body. The over load of chakra causes Taiketsu to take on the demonic features of the Yama of which the chakra was taken from. While active the user's pure chakra techniques become enhanced and Taiketsu grows chakra wings with serrated edges not only giving him flight but having the ability to cut through rock. These wings are extremely durable also being able to endure the impacts of almost anything up to S-rank making the user virtually indestructable for a moment. Although while this is active the user is unable to use anything but taijustu, kenjutsu, and pure chakra techniques as the user loses the ability to swich chakra natures. The wings are very strong but they can only take so much as after being hit by techniques with the euivalent power of an S-rank technique, they brake off and disperse.
Notes:
-This mode lasts 2 turns
-Must be used in the same turn as releasing the seal of Bakusaiga
-After deactivation all granted abilities of Bakusaiga disappears and the user gets paralyzed through out his entire body
-The wings cannot block cannon techniques such as amaterasu, Kirin, etc. (One hit killers that are unblockable or unavoidable)

~Declined~ Flight and invincibility (even for a short moment) are a very bad mix from my point of view...lol. Take both those out, we have enough techniques that grow wings already to make any new ones a rip off. About the invulnerability part, I think you know exactly what to do.

Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable dome of fire. The user will gather his fire chakra in his hands, slamming them into the ground forming a spark of flames that travels to the opponent at high speeds and apon reaching 3 meters close to him/her, the fire expands into a ring around the opponent which then rises into a dome of fire trapping the opponent inside. Not only will this trap the victim but it will burn the oxygen inside so if the opponent doesn't escape in three turns, he will run out of breath and die.
-Jutsu can only last for three turns
-While keeping this jutsu active, the user can't use any other jutsu or remove his hands from the floor as the jutsu will cancel, although clones could make up for that
-Can only be used or taught by Taiketsu Namikaze[/I]

Description: "Bakusaiga" the weapon of legend that gave the holder the supposed power of a tailed demon. Whoever held this weapon would get a very dense chakra so ominous that they were put into legends and folk tales. Taiketsu Yagami found this sword and the truth behind it came with a tablet only readable by those combatible with the chakra. The sword's abilities actually come from a monster known as "Yama" A artificial chakra monster with chakra levels so dense and high, it was considered a 0 tailed beast. The Sage of Six Path's decendent was able to kill off the monster and seal his chakra into the sword while engraving a seal that allowed the chakra to mix with the person who held it if compatable. When the user releases the seal, they become infused with the chakra making them a monster in a sense by giving them demonic chakra with very high chakra levels.

~Abilities:
-This sword syncs with the user making the user's chakra become very dense and demonic while taking on a green hue, increasing the power of non-elemental ninjutsu[+5] aswell as making all chakra based techniques to be equal to an elemental technique of the same rank.
-The amount of chakra being channeled causes the user's chakra levels to rise substantually. (They can be considered a tailed beast without a tail like Kisame)
-When a foreign object touches the user's chakra, they get burned in a similar manner to Naruto in his incomplete form since the chakra is so demonic.
-The sword itself is virtually indestructable due to alloy it is made from and can stand very high temperatures.

~Restrictions:
-While using this sword, the user can only use techniques that require creating the jutsu or element itslef since this chakra can't be channled into foreign objects.
-The sword's granted abilities last 5 turns after activation
-The user suffers in a similar manner to Naruto while wielding it after activation. (After 5 turns of using this chakra, the user's body begins to shut down starting with right arm, next turn left arm, next turn legs, and then next turn body making them completely paralyzed and in need of medical attention.
-The user is limited to only two moves a turn while this is active
-Can only be wielded by Taiketsu Yagami (Anyone else, the chakra would severly injure as it can't mix with theirs.)

My one jutsu for Bakusaiga

"Bakusaiga" Demonic Blessing of the Crown Clown

Description: The Demonic Blessing of the Crown Clown is when the user releases all the chakra within Bakusaiga at once and channel it into his body. The over load of chakra causes the user to take on the demonic features of the Yama which looks like a demonic Clown. While active the user's non elemental ninjutsu skills are amplified to the point where they can over power the same technique while still retaining the natural abilities of Bakusaiga. The sword itself turns into a claw around the user's left hand capable of leaving marks on dense materials and being able to channel the dense chakra as a medium. The user grows a chakra barrier that looks like a green mist 2 meter around his body (mist isn't thick enough to not see through it) that helps the user's natural instincts as the barrier acts as a substitute for sensory where the user can feel the disturbances and act accordingly. Even when attacked in blind spots, the user can still can still counter effectively. Although while this is active the user is unable to use anything but taijustu, kenjutsu, and non elemental ninjutsu as the user loses the ability to swich chakra natures.
Notes:
-This mode lasts 3 turns
-Must be used in the same turn as releasing the seal of Bakusaiga
-After deactivation all granted abilities of Bakusaiga disappears and the user gets paralyzed through out his entire body for 2 turns, and if able to survive, unable to use ninjutsu in general.

Description: Kei Sekken Mubyoshi is actually a move created from witnessing 4 different martial arts and packing them together into one technique. When the user is grappled or very close to the opponent, they place their fist one inch from the opponent's body and perform a very swift, yet very strong punch capable of seriously injuring the opponent using the principles of Karate (moving the punching hand and the non-active hand at the same time as if "connected behind the back through a pulley"), Juijutsu (as if using a sword, by throwing ones body weight into the opponent to cut through a person),Chinese Kenpo (surpassing the limit of the mind with the feeling of sending your hand flying out), and Muay Thai (hit the enemy as if you're punching through him).

Description: The user bites his thumb, and begins to slams both of his hands onto the ground to call forth Suijin the younger brother of the boss of the Blue Jays. Suijin is around half the size of Gamabunta, and can travel up to 100 miles per hour. What makes him unique is his incredible manipulation of the water affinity, from his birth he was training to master the water element, and after 5 years of training he has completely mastered the water element, a goal most cannot accomplish. Therefore he can use the water element up to A-rank techniques without the use of hand seals, in order to perform the water techniques. He also has thick blue, white, and black feathers that makes him immune to water techniques from B-rank and below. Whenever Suijin performs a water technique it gets enhanced by +10 additional damage points due to him using more chakra in order to perform the water technique required.

- Can only be summoned once per battle
- Stays on the field for 5 turns
- Must have signed the Blue Jay contract

Description: An adaptable field of wind chakra is created around the user that is completely transparent except for a pattern of swirls moving across it. At will, the user can release continuous streams of wind from the field in any direction which gives this technique many possible uses. Depending on where the wind is released it can be used to hover over the ground, keep back enemies and attacks, or help increase the speed at which the user travels. Another advatage to this technique is that while wind is being released from the field and a projectile or jutsu from the user is sent through it, the projectile will suddenly accelerate until it leaves the range of the wind. If this is done using a water jutsu, the wind will be combined with and enhanced by the water which increases its power by one rank. An S-rank jutsu would not increase in rank but would still be combined with wind.
-Usable twice per battle
-Lasts for 4 turns
-While active, no fire or lightning techniques may be used
-A B-rank fire technique can burn up the field and any wind coming from it

±± Declined ±± too many abilities stacked in it. Look at the bolded part. Accelerating all projectiles and weapons? A bit too much. Also, 4 turns is way too long for this. Tone it down and remove some of the abilities.

Description: Hebi No O(Short version:Hebi) was after Dei Dei made is stretchable scarf. He made this sword whip out of the same material just more stronger. Hebi is a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. Hebi's segments grow in number almost without limit. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

Description: This mode was created for the user to become similar to a dog. It isn't like Sage Mode or anything like that. It is just sealing and lightning. When the user first goes to Mount Fang they get a seal placed on their stomach that says "Lightning". When the seal is activated it seals away everything expect Lightning chakra. The seal is activated by four hand seals. Lightning shoots out their body forming an aura shaped like a dog(tail, ears, face and paws). The user speed, reaction time increases by +5 each. The user skin starts getting burned from the over amount of lightning. The damage from the burns is +20 per turn. Once the seal is activated it lasts five turnsi but once it ends the user dies from the aura of lightning shocking their body the whole time.

-Trained by Dei Dei
-+5 speed and reaction time each

±± Declined ±± This has many things wrong with it. Its a Raikage's Armor based mode. The fuuin needed for this would be beyond A-Rank which means that you need to have mastered Fuuin, medical included. Also, the +5 part is a reference to the speed chart right? This is my first CJ or rather CW, that i really wants to get approved, as i worked on it so heartedly.

Shinigami Reaper | Death God Reaper
Type: Weapon

Description: Once the two Giant Death Gods, one from Heaven, and one from Hell were fightning for a holy sword named "Shinigami Reaper", since it was sword who stated that the winner will be the weilder of it. So even after their 100th fight, the result was the same, Draw. Since none of them was the winner and they do not wanted to give it to their opponent. So they, along with the sword decided to give the sword to someone else. And than they met Enzup, both of them tried to kill him, but couldn't be succeeded. So they liked his true braveness, skills, and mastery in fightning. So they bestowned the sword on Enzup, in hope that he is the one capable of holding it, but the sword was the one who had to chose his master himself, it was upto the sword that it would accept him or not, but the sword was the one who liked Enzup the most and decided to help him conquer anything he wants.
Since the sword was of those Giant Gods, so its size is also very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total lenght of 5m, and its cross guard is of 1m length, while the blade is of half meter. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. It also have a very long chain tied to pommel part. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it. Its original weight is 1 ton but for user its only 1 kg, superlight weight that allows him to use it more fluently and reaction time of user while using the sword is much more fast than of anyone else using a sword.
It is considered to have life of its own just like samehada. This sword is indestructible by all means and considerd to be sharpest in the whole world, and even in hell or heaven. Thats the reason, user must wield it very carefully, or else he'll just cut himself off. User can also pass any of his chakra to change the shape of its blade and creates a thick layer coating on sword.

Abilities:
-The sword can anytime increase or decrease its weight from 10 ton to 10 Kg.
-This sword is indestructible and have enormous amount of chakra.
-It can react on its own when required. Can also sense chakra.
-It can cut and slice through anything just like butter.
-When Chakra is passed to the sword, than the hilt remains the same but the blade transforms to |Fire- Phoenix|, |Water-Shark|, |Earth- Dragon|, |Lightning- Snakes|, |Wind- Porcupine|

Restrictions:
-As this sword was of those Giant Death Gods, which is very heavy and big in size and have some incredible powers, so it is forbidden to use this weapon.
-Passing any chakra to the sword, counts as a move, which is equivalent to S-rank offense/Defense/Supplementary.
-Can channel chakra to the sword only once per turn.
-Must be kenjutsu mastered, as it requires great skills in that.
-Can only be used if user is of atleast Kage Rank.
-The sword can only be wielded by Enzup. If someone else even touches the sword or any part of it, than it will paralyze him completely for one turn.

~Declined~ 10 ton is unacceptable, you could easily destroy anything on the field with such a heavy sword. No shape shifting, unless the shapes are pre-determined and well explained. I saw that the shapes were animals, but can the weapon shape at will into anything? Why is the damage 100? Does it damage you opponent just by being in your possession? We don't put damages to CW unless they have a special ability that triggers and attack. Sensing abilities are forbidden from the CJ thread (Or so I heard from Cali). Lastly, the restrictions are almost non-existent for such a weapon, you need to fix that.
Reduced the weight, No it can't transform into anything, only which are classified and not on its on (added a restriction about it), removed the DP. The Sensing abilities are forbidden, but only for elemental jutsus (i think so), so this rule does not apply on my CW. And if you think it still is forbidden, than plz remove the line "Can also sense chakra." , Btw here is the link where Zen announced the rule. Also added restrictions.

±± Declined ±± Sensing weapons are banned from submission. Only sensing weapons to be accepted are the NB's 7SM. Also, why is this weapon forbidden? Too many abilities stacked into it. Its basically a mash up of several existing concepts, but cannon and custom. I'll give you one more try before DNR.

The fluffy soil (when beneath the target) can be used as soil mist, by passing wind chakra quickly into it and forcing the soil to go upto 3m height instantly and thus dust particles goes into the opponent's eyes and also blocks the vision of him, as the dust particles are all around him.
Note: ~The soil mist automatically settles after 1 turns~
~As the opponent eyes are filled with dust particles, he can't see and perform the jutsu properly for one turn (more time will be required to perform any jutsu)~
~The earth technique(which has to be converted in soil) should be in contact with the earth(base, on which user puts his hand) to be converted into soil~

~Declined~ You never take control of your opponent's jutsu, take out the part where you turn it to soil. Why wouldn't your opponent be able to perform chakra if he can't see clearly? Either take that part out or explain it better. Take out the part where you say it's an advanced form of the submission above; it was declined. I only consider approving this one because the whole jutsu doesn't revolve around converting earth to sand/soil/dust.

Description: User passes his chakra to each cell of his body and expands the size of cells and thus user's body also gets expanded by almost double size. So that he looks like a monstor and his power and physical strength becomes 10 times then a normal shinobi. And after that he passes doton chakra to make his body even harder than diamond and because of physical strength and hardness he does not have any effect of earth techniques.
While in this mode he can take instant jumps upto 30m height and moves to any range and when landing from sky, he can destroy everything on earth's surface by punching it, within its range. His speed increases tremendously which is comparable to the raikage's speed while lightning armour activated. In this mode user can't use any of the basic 5 elements except earth and lightning (hardness and speed). He gives double damage points to any taijustu move and 50% more to other moves, and receives 50% less damage to any jutsu and does not have any effect of jutsus upto C-Rank due to the toughness, power, physical strength and hardness.
Note: ~Can only be used once per battle and lasts for 4 turns.
~Biggest demerit of this mode is that after entering in this mode, user can't use basic 5 elements except earth and lightning.
~After this mode is over each and every cell of user's body starts paining him very hard for next 2 turns.
~User gets exhausted and fatigue due to which his speed decreases by 2 levels.
~User can't use any jutsu above B-Rank for next 2 turns.
~User gives 20 less damage points and receives 20 more damage points and requires 20 more chakra points, for any jutsu.
Just try imagining him in skin color, instead of green color.

Although the power which is granted to the user are extremely good, but after this mode is over, the user comes to his normal form and dies due to extreme amount of chakra and cell size increased.
Note: ~Can only be used once per battle and lasts for 5 turns.
~Every jump of the user counts as 1/3 move and from every jump the user can change his range from short to mid, mid to long or vice versa.

Description: Ransōtengai was created by Sellanes, he was Mathias' grand-father. Sellanes was the first and only bow master of his time. During the first great ninja war, Sellanes created the technique so that he could continue fighting and shooting arrows while having dislocated and immobilized limbs. This technique has been passed down from generation to generation between sniper prodigies. The technique involves pushing shape manipulation to its absolute limits. The user will gather up and release pure chakra outwards, coating his immobilized limbs and dislocated joints with a web-like effect, to forcefully move them. However, it does come with some drawbacks. The user will only be able to use Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Sniper Arts, and Regular Ninjutsu while this technique is active. This technique does not enhance speed nor strength.

Note: Can only be used once per battle

~Declined~ I have no trouble with the actual technique (though I have my doubts on whether or not it was already done), but the restrictions are off. -5 doesn't mean anything in a fight, and such a technique should come with some form of drawback other than no sniper arts for 2 turns. Let's face it, all the other restrictions don't affect you since you couldn't move your limbs to begin with before using this technique.

This technique has been passed down from generation to generation between sniper prodigies. The technique involves pushing shape manipulation to its absolute limits. The user will gather up and release 50% of his chakra reserves. As the chakra is pouring out of his body, it will manifest a very bright blue angelic web-like cloak that coats the immobilized limbs and dislocated joints to forcefully move them. However, it does come with some drawbacks. The user will only be able to use Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Sniper Arts, and Regular Ninjutsu while this technique is active. This technique does not enhance speed nor strength.

Note: The technique lasts for three turns
Note: No Sniper Arts for two turns after the technique ends.
Note: Due to forcefully pushing the bodies' limbs/joints to their limits and releasing so much chakra, the user will receive -40 damage at the start of the activation.

I'd like to apologize for the first time I submitted this technique, as you mentioned it had no real drawbacks. And I also made it forbidden due to all the drawbacks, but you could change it back to S rank if you'd like. It really does not matter as I'm not gaining any damage or anything.

You don't need to make it forbidden however you do need to make it logical: if you can't run or walk what is the point and how can you use taijutsu or kenjutsu without actually walking? Think about what you actually want from this technique.

To indicate the swords abilities are in effect, the sword turns the user’s eyes to red from blue. To ensure the users ease, he only needs to keep the Mephistopheles with him at all times, other weapons can be summoned at any time in the battle with a single swing of the sword which materializes a weapon from thin air and can then be launched via telekinesis (though the ability is limited to launching to only weapons that are part of the set).
Contents:
Mephistopheles: Weapon appears to be a falchion fashioned with an engine at the hilt, this is the primary weapon. Its abilities include: Being infused with lightning release(effectively allowing it to cut through tough surfaces unless the surface is hardened with chakra) and thus being able to cancel out other jutsu of Earth and lightning nature (Up to B rank) and other technique (Up to C rank). Summoning other weapons of the set and controlling them via telekinesis.
Other weapons: includes Single handed and both handed swords both double edged and single edged, Spear and javelins and battle axes. Up to 6 weapons can be used at a time (including Mephistopheles) and each weapon can attracts a unique value of voltage which user decides while summoning them (it cannot however attract an opponent’s jutsu as it is literally impossible to calculate the lightning technique’s volts in midst of battle)
Note: Can only be used by Leaf.
Note: Only the sets weapons can be used with telekinesis and requires Mephistopheles to be in users hands.
Note: Weapons don’t attract opponents lightning jutsu.
Note: Other restrictions are stated in the description to keep it clean.

Description: Sode no Shirayoki or literally meaning Snow-white sleeves, Sode no Shirayuki is a long white Katana with a long white rippon that's attached to the back of it's handle, This is a special Katana forged in the the Yuki clan only to be used by Ice release users who were mostly associated with Ice release techniques, the Katana is made out of a special metal that utilizes the Ice release chakra, whenever the user injects Ice release chakra into the Katana, the Katana releases cold air around it that looks like a faint white transparent aura, allowing the user's Ice release techniques to gain more power, and helps the user perform Ice release techniques with one less handseal than it's normally used to perform Ice techniques and is performed faster than normal whenever the user is wielding the Katana in one of her hands, the second special ability is that the Katana uses the Ice as means to attack, to activated the second ability of the Katana the user concentrates +30 chakra to Sode no Shirayuki and points the tip of the Katana towards her target, releasing an enormous sized wave of Ice that's at the size of the Gold dust wave technique but with Ice instead of Gold dust this wave hits the opponent crushing them due to the pressure of the wave of Ice, the wave of Ice is equal to an A-ranked Ice release technique and is a long ranged technique.

Description: Sode no Shirayoki or literally meaning Snow-white sleeves, Sode no Shirayuki is a long white Katana with a long white rippon that's attached to the back of it's handle, This is a special Katana forged in the the Yuki clan only to be used by Ice release users who were mostly associated with Ice release techniques, the Katana is made out of a special metal that utilizes the Ice release chakra, whenever the user injects Ice release chakra into the Katana, the Katana releases cold air around it that looks like a faint white transparent aura which is considered the sword's first special ability, The first ability is freezing ability which the sword has utilizing the cold breeze that's released out of the sword when the user injects the blade with Ice release chakra, making anything that the sword comes in contact with turns into Ice as the freezing aura of the blade freezes the cells and atoms that it touches, but only fully destroys B-rank and lower techniques, it only decreases the heat of the higher ranked techniques than B-rank and weakens them, but for the freezing aura to take effect the sword must have a physical contact with the target excluding B-ranked fire techniques, as the freezing aura decreases the temperature of the air drastically causing the fire to be put out by the cold air when it's at short range from the user. whenever the user is wielding the Katana in one of her hands, the second special ability is that the Katana uses the Ice as means to attack, to activated the second ability of the Katana the user concentrates +30 chakra to Sode no Shirayuki and points the tip of the Katana towards her target, releasing an enormous sized wave of Ice that's at the size of the Gold dust wave technique but with Ice instead of Gold dust this wave hits the opponent crushing them due to the pressure of the wave of Ice, the wave of Ice is equal to an A-ranked Ice release technique and is a long ranged technique, The Katana also allows the user to perform techniques only restricted to the Katana's style, which are called "dances" (custom techniques in which will be submitted later)
Note: The freezing ability of the sword counts as an A-ranked Ice release technique technique.
Note: The freezing ability can only be used three times per battle.
Note: The wave of Ice can only be used twice per battle.

±± Declined ±± The ability to freeze the cells and atoms? just by touching it? Too much. The way its worded and the lack of limit makes it so that you can state it can freeze a person completely by simply one touch, making it one hit knock out which is not acceptable. Also, simply the description. Its too long. No need to make it that big unless there is some content to it. Also, a sword that shoots a wave of ice? why is it different than a sword that shoots a wave of lava?

Description: This technique is an advanced Hyōton technique that's used like Sai's ink ninjutsu techniques but with the usage of the Hyōton chakra, by changing the moist in the air or adding Hyōton chakra to form transparent animals made out of the structures of the Ice release, the user can form the shape of various animals of Ice and have them to perform tasks like animals that crawl and wrap around the opponent binding them, flying animals that can be used to fly on top of it, large structured animals that can be used to defend from incoming attacks, or powerful animals that can cause blunt damage to the opponent. these animals are transparent and the user can see through them but not a clear vision, due to the Ice's structure the user's vision is distored when he's looking through them, the user is able to manipulate the animals movements through the usage of his chakra but he can't manipulate and change their shape once he finished forming them.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.
Note: Only a fixed number of 4 animals can be formed at a time if the animals created are earth based animals "doesn't have wings"
Note: The user can only form 2 flying animals of Ice, each animal can hold one person on his head.

Description: This is one of the dances of Sode no Shirayuki, to use this technique Rukia releases a large amount of Hyoton chakra into Sode no Shirayuki as she proceeds to call out the name of the first dance, while holding her Katana out in front of her and turns it in a circle counter clockwise While she is turning it, the blade, hilt and tsuba turn completely white. The tsuba becomes a hollow snowflake-like circle with the white ribbon extending from the pommel, after turning the blade as it's upside down infront of Rukia, the blade of Sode no Shirayuki glows with a white aura surrounding it as Rukia performs a slashing motion when her target is in position, a large ice circle forms around her intended target which freezes everything that touches it. The circle not only freezes the ground but everything within the circle's influence including anything above it up in the air, creating an extending pillar of light that then freezes all within in the circle, though it can be countered with an A-ranked fire technique or higher.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

±± Declined ±± Restrictions? :| And btw, this technique would need some kind of delay from the point were chakra pools beneath he enemy and the point were the freezing occurs. Also, short to long is too much.

The object/puppet gains that elemental affinity of the chakra string they are attached with. Each element gives the strings different abilities. Declined. Even though you took its duration from 2 turns to 1, you still have 5 uses of the technique. A technique of this rank typically gets 1-3 uses even with a waiting period between each use.

The outside is made of metal and the inside is lined with an insulator to defuse lightning techs. The hands have slight holes in the fingertips so the user can control other puppets from within. After Dragon Knight’s use(5 turns) the armor becomes unusable and falls off the user but the wings can later be merged into a smaller (5ft) bladed puppet(C-rank last until destroyed) called Blade (can also be used before DK’s end).

±± Declined ±± 2 A-Rank attacks is too much IMO. Also, since this is a puppet and we are on a description based forum game, you need to actually describe the size, shape and some details of the puppet so that your enemies know what it looks like and how to counter it. Relying on a picture isn't the best way. The picture should be a supplement; an aid. Not the primary source of information on what the puppet is like.And btw, i almost forgot...wings...can it fly?

±± Declined ±± First thing, don't add useless restrictions just to add up. Being only usable by Kage ranked and above is useless for the restriction of the technique itself. Second, describe the bold. If you mean you can freeze an enemy completely by simply touching him then its a no no...I guess you can figure out why.

±± Declined ±± Again with the useless restrictions. Off course he has to have mastered Lava...its an S-Rank. Don't add restrictions just to seem the jutsu is restricted when its not. And the boulder size is too much. And a boulder of scolding rock sent towards the enemy? were did i hear that...I wonder...
