Custom Jutsu Submission
I learned shadowless flight can be used from short to long range as said by wiki and I asked one of the wiki mods about why and he said that "hiruko used it to move from the large hill he was on to behind naruto which was over a distance of 15 meters." So I thought I'd make a custom with that logic.
(Hayaton No Jutsu)- Swift Release: Greater Swift Technique

Description: The user through the use of swift release will perform the "Boar" handseal and move from Short to long range. This technique is similar to that of shadow-less flight.

~Declined do not resubmit~ You do realize that such a technique is in many way OP, whether it's cannon or not. Also, if it is Cannon then you can't submit it. If it's custom, I won't approve it. Sometime, even logical jutsu needs to be declined for the sake of our RP. Considering what Swift release can do, you're basically giving yourself a way to escape many if not all techniques in our RP. I'll be much more strict with Swift release from now on, to everyone.

Description: The greatest jutsu of all swift techniques, the user floods their entire being with the most possible amount of swift chakra, something that can only be accomplished by complete will power to force out as much as they can, the user then enters a state where time appears to have changed speed altogether, a kunai speeding toward someone would appear to be standing still, a bolt of lightning would be inching forward over a very long period of time, the user is then able to move freely and interact with the world around them, the kunai can be turned around so that it flies back toward its thrower, a comrade can be moved out of the way of the lightning and replaced with an enemy, the user is able to stay in this mode for a very short amount of time as it takes so much toll on their chakra, beyond limits of average ninja. The reentry to normal time is a painful one, the users body is no longer able to handle the strain and completely collapses, the usual result of performing this technique is total unconsciousness for three days and three nights, but if completely necessary this technique can be used to save many lives on a battlefeild, however if the user has used more than 5 swift jutsus before using this technique during the battle, it is certain death for they will be so drained of chakra and there body so damaged from strain of using so much chakra that they die. 3T is capable of tracking the user when in this mode, however, their actions will not be able to keep up with the user if they are not skilled at all in taijutsu meaning they must be a taijutsu specialist and time their moves perfectly using their sharingan to the fullest to counter effectively. During this mode, the user can't use any jutsus at all and they can't use any techniques in the same turn before activation either. Afterwards the user still cannot use any jutsus for the rest of the battle and will hardly be able to move, it basically leaves such a big opening for them because they are too worn out to even raise a hand to defend. This mode lasts for for 1 turn.
- Only lasts for 1 turn.
- If the user has used 5 swift techniques before this they die after the mode is over.
-No jutsus at all for the rest of the match.
-No other jutsus can be used in the same turn as activation.
-No Jutsus during this mode can be used.
- The user takes 50 damage due to so much strain and chakra loss.
-Usable only once per battle.
- User feels worn out, as if he was beat with a base ball bat for an hour straight after this and thus movements are restricted to being barely able to move at all.
- Only able to use if you haven't used S rank on the previous turn.
- Must not have used Basic ninjutsu for 2 turns before this jutsu as well.
- Being in any other modes while using will kill you in this state.
- You die after 1 turn no matter what if you have used 5 swift techniques before using this.
- This restriction will defeat any hope of being alive after the 1 turn is up no matter if they use a jutsu that will keep them alive or not. After 1 turn the user is paralyzed from strain and can't use any jutsu as they have no chakra at all and that's also to eliminate any chance of using a jutsu to keep yourself alive after this.
- This is not necessarily a "mode" that you can deactivate. Meaning once you use this there is no going back.

(Butai Ryou Giryou) Elemental Enhancing Skill

Description: Elemental chakra can be infused into kunai's to increase their abilities. For instance, infusing a kunai with wind chakra would increase the kunai's cutting power to not only stop an incoming kunai attack, but would slice through the kunai easily along with increasing the speed of said kunai. Infusing a kunai with doton chakra would increase the kunai's force tho this is done by the user using doton to increase the strength of his arm when throwing the kunai. Katon chakra would increase sharpness of the blade by heating it up and allowing it to cut through objects easier. Now you can do the same with pushing a certain type of chakra to your feet to increase speed or sending it to a limb to increase it's ability. What this technique is basically the user will send out chakra throughout his body infusing the chakra in his muscles/limbs to increase their abilities depending on the elemental chakra they used. Tho, they can only use one type of chakra for this.
Earth enhancing skill: If the user sends out Doton chakra throughout their body infusing it with their body, they will gain increased strength by 2X, being able to lift boulders and crack concrete with their fists.
Wind enhancing skill: If the user sends out Fuuton chakra throughout their body infusing it with their body, they will gain increased speed by 2X of what they had before.
Water enhancing skill: If the user sends out water chakra throughout their body infusing it with their body, they will gain increased stamina. Scientifically, muscles rely on water to work for longer periods of time and this reduces the build up of certain acids that makes your muscles feel as if they're on fire when working out too long. This gives a good performance boost making it harder for the user to tire out.
Notes:
- Can only use one element enhancing skill once per battle and the enhancing effects only last for 3 turns.
- Can only use one element enhancing skill at a time.
- Each enhancing skill counts as one of the users 3 jutsu per turn.
~Declined~ Considering you're saturating your body with said elemental chakra, I'll only accept it if you can only use jutsu of that element while this technique is active. So, if you use earth, then you can only perform earth techniques for 3 turns.

certain attacks by using swift release to quickly move out of the range of the attack similar to how other jutsus like Doton no jutsu let's you escape certain attacks by moving out of range or out of the way of certain jutsus. This can be preferred over other jutsus that can allow this due it's much faster and is still pretty basic.
The user can escape attacks that for one, he can track, attacks that are projectile-ish but not huge attacks like kirin. The user could dodge an attack like fireball jutsu however, the attack that the user dodges cannot be wider than 10meters in circumference. Otherwise the user would still be hit due to the user can only travel by 10meters since this technique is short to mid range so this cannot be used to dodge large scale techniques. This would allow someone to dodge Amaterasu at a split second due to this being a variation of shadowless flight which has incredible speed, as well as attacks that are like blasts as long as they aren't large scale as said before due to his has a 10meter range limit.

The reason I said it could dodge Amaterasu is due to wiki actually saying it's instant speed while still being able to be tracked by 3T due to current rp rules. It can be tracked by 3T but it's still instant which leads wiki to believe that swift release may consist of the body flicker technique and some other element manipulation to push it further and seeing as Raikage could dodge Amaterasu with body flicker + his armor which I think that this would give a similar result as it's not as fast as raikage armour but it's still extremely fast. But If you think that part should be deleted, feel free to ^^
~Declined~ First of all, you were referring to diameter, not circumference. Secondly, while swift was said to make the user virtually invulnerable to taijutsu, I think the applications to ninjutsus are being grossly misused.
I've had a talk with both Cali and Zen and since we want to avoid people abusing Swift as an alternative to the gates, anything that we judged to be slightly OP will be declined. With or without reason (it pains me to say that).

(Fuuton: Uindo No Mai: Uindo Souran) Wind Dance: Wind Control

Description: After making a single hand seal the user will perform wind dance on themselves which allows the user to push their opponent in any direction gathering fuuton chakra around them and releasing it. Except, this is a more advanced version of that jutsu and with this the user will gather fuuton chakra around them and release it, making a strong current in any direction that can seemingly give the user the ability to fly by simply using wind currents to keep them in the air and move them in any direction.
- User can only stay in the air for 2 turns with the ability to move around freely in the air through the use of wind currents.
- User can only use 2 jutsu per turn while this is active.
- User cannot perform earth or wind techniques while using this jutsu.
- Usable 3X per battle.
- Must know wind dance which is a cj created by Yard and Sado.
- No A rank wind in the same turn used.
- Can't be used on others, only on the user.
