The Fang can be used from any large Iron Sand construction. The fang can bust through A-Rank Doton defenses but fails when pitted against S-Rank defenses.

~Declined~ since when does Iran sand is the elemental weakness of Earth? Fix your jutsu.

Description: The user quickly creates a construction out of their Iron Sand and builds the Iron Sand steadily up into the form of a large man. The user can choose to construct him in pieces with only his chest, arms, and head exposed and have that attack the target. The construction is about 12 feet high and 12 feet wide. If he is able to grab onto the opponent, he can use Iron Sand burial to crush them into a pulp. The man can be used as a medium for Iron Sand jutsu below S-Rank.
Restrictions:
~You can create his arms, both, two times. Lasts 3 turns (Part of a whole body creation.)
~You can create his chest two times. Lasts 2 turns (Part of a whole body creation.)
~You can create his legs, both, two times. Lasts 3 turns (Part of the whole body creation.)
~When used to create his fully body, you can not use this jutsu again, for the remainder of the battle. Lasts 4 turns.
~His chest can be used to block B-Rank or lower jutsu, his fully body can be used to block A-Rank or lower.

~Declined~ Restrictions are way off. Lower the number of turns every limb can be on the field or make it last 4 turns for all but once per match (if you choose that option, make it 2 turns for the whole body). Are there any drawbacks? Fix that.

(Jiton: Kyanonboru) - Magnetism Release: Cannonball

Before melted metal falls above the user, the user will swing both arms downward, liberating the giant ball with two hands. The ball will destroy anything within its path and after crashing will make a big crater, leaving nothing behind. The effects will be the same as a meterorite crashing on earth. If the user is within mid-range of the explosion, he will suffer -20 of damage

-hail can be shot early and if done the attack will take the rank of what it can defend against

~Declined~ "destroying everything in it's part"? It's hail, we're not talking about Lava here. I know it'll cause physical damage to the opponent, but I just don't see hail cutting down trees and destroying hills and rock formation. Also, the bold part doesn't make sense. Restrict the number of turn the vortex can be kept active.

Description: this form of taijutsu is a offchute of drunken fist, drunken parkour combines the unpredictable movements of drunken fist with the environmental usage of parkour and alot of doton jutsu to manipulate the environment to the users advantage the biggest difference between drunken fist and drunken parkour is the use of chakra (both doton and normal) the user uses normal chakra to help with there agility and speed and uses doton chakra to help with strength and defence
-while in this mode must take a drink of alchole every 4 turns this doesnt count as a move (could mess up time frame so its a negitive) unless you use another form to get in a drunken stat I.E genjutsu
-can only use drunken parkour justu and B ranked doton jutsu that doesnt require handseals
-as long as your drunk you can stay in this mode

He can de-activate the dome anytime he wants. It takes up so much chackra because of the amount of chackra you are putting into the dome to make it so thick.

Note: Can only be used 3 times in battle.

Range: Mid
Description: The Hammer is of unknown origins. The wielder of the Hammer feels as if the hammer weighs 10g to others it feels as if it weighs 3tonnes. Being struck by it is the equivalent to a punch of this weight. It can be thrown by the user and called back thanks to a seal on the hammer and the user. It has the ability to cast lightning from it that is similar to a chidori spear that reaches mid range and does not require handseals. If the user strikes the earth it will cause an earthquake that goes to Mid range causing nearby enemies to simply fall over and negates their current jutsu. If spun continuously it will also cause a hurricane to mid range and throw opponents to long range and disperse any shadow clones.

Restrictions:
  • Can only cast Hurricane once per battle
  • Hammer is not indestructible
  • Can only cause 1 Earthquake
  • Using Lightning from Hammer counts as a turn
  • Can only be wielded by Thor

If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.

Note: Needs to have a weapon such as sword,katana etc.

Its been a complete week and few hours since my last

(Buki: Oni Subeta) - Weapon: Demon Sword
Type: Offense/Defense

Description: It is a special sword named Demon Sword and was wielded by a true shinobi named Dante and it was passed down to his brave family member i.e. Enzup, after many hard works. This Sword is 1.5 m high and 15 cm broad. The Sword has its affinity towards lightning and can use upto A-rank lightning. And also the Sword can protect the user from any lightning jutsu as the user will intake the lightning jutsu of the opponent in his sword and will pass that lightning to the ground by stabbing the ground with his sword, or that lightning can be used in combo with combining it with other element like water, but that jutsu (which has to be combined with the opponent's lightning) has to be used instantly after intaking the opponent's lightning.
And also this Sword is mainly popular due to its shape and structure i.e. it has a trigger beside the handle of the sword, which can be pulled and then the sword bends by making a right angle to the blade and the handle, then the blade of the sword starts spinning very fast in clockwise direction, then user can fly by facing the sword in upward direction, just like helicopter's blades.
Note: ~User can block any lightning jutsu by passing it in ground. User can do this to all lightning jutsu because he is not absorbing it, he is just simply passing it underground.
~Can be put in bio, or if summoned then lasts for 4 turns.
~Can only be summoned 2 times per battle.
~Can only be taught by Enzup.

(Oni Subeta: Herikoputa- Ken) - Demon Sword: Helicopter Blades

Description: User pulls the trigger and then the sword bends by making a right angle to the blade and the handle, then the blade of the sword starts spinning very fast in clockwise direcion, just like helicopter's blades, which can block any jutsu upto B-Rank within its size.

~As this is simply spinning of the sword, so it can be done any no. of times.

~Both Declined~ Don't know what's up with that sword but it's been submitted 3 times by 3 different member lately. I think the first one was named "red queen" look it up. I can't accept this one because you both use that "trigger" ability of the sword. Similar technique already exist.

Description: The user creates a chakra manipulated king like creature made up of pure chakra that surrounds and protects the user as it can act on his own. The chakra king always remains with the user. The chakra king has a sword in his right hand and chakra claw in his left hand, which can be used to attack or defend. This chakra king has a total of 200 health, so in order to destroy it, one must give him 200 damage points, and also chakra king can cut through some earth techniques using his sword.
Note: ~One must have a sword in his one hand and should make a rasengan in his other hand to activate the Chakra King.
~Does not have any effect of ninjutsu.
~Can't use any ninjutsu for next 2 turns.
~Lasts untill destroyed.
~As the moment the chakra king is destroyed, user gets exhausted and fatigue due to which his speed decreases by 1 level for next 2 turns.

(Myou Mo-Do) - Dark Mode

Description: When user receives injury or gets hurt in the battlefield, then user closes his eyes and memorizes all the bad things happened in his whole life, all the pain, sadness and darkness of his life. Due to which he user gets very angry and a few drops of tears is seen in his eyes and wants to kill everyonw who comes in his way. A dark chakra is observed around his whole body. Due to the wrath and the dark chakra the user gains +15 speed, gives extra 50% damage points and receives 50% less damage points to any jutsu. While in the dark mode genjustu upto A-Rank have no effect on it. Also in this mode, he can sense the chakra and the danger.
Note: ~This mode can only be used once per battle and lasts for 4 turns.
~ Before entering in dark mode, user first has to be injured for awakening his feelings.
~After the dark mode is over, the user gets very exhausted and fatigue due to which the speed is decreased by 5 levels.
~Cannot use any jutsu above B-Rank.
~Gives less 20 damage points, receives 20 more damage points and requires 25 more chakra points for any jutsu.

Description: The user will excute a little chain of hand signs Consisting of three. A Haxagonal formed plate will appear on the users chest with a seal in each corner, which a seal in each corner. It's seal have each special ability and marked with a special Kanji, representing what they now stand for. The top left one is marked with the Kanji which represents fire, top right - water, middle right - lightning, middle left - wind, lower right - earth and lower left wears the kanji for illusion. By tapping their hand on one of the seals, the favoured seal will be activated and it's effects will be put in place. Once all seals are tapped and drained the Hexagonal plate will crumble.

Upon activation it will in an instant release a light amount of wind chakra through the users entire body and kills off anykind of foreign lightning/lightning chakra that shoulda been within his body and woulda paralyzed him or given any further harm to the user.

If you read the description of Nagashi on wiki, you see that the paralyzing effect is caused by the sudden contraction of the muscle, it's not related to any remaining lightning chakra left in the body. It's more similar to a cramp.

If you are to keep it a Forbidden rank technique, work on the restriction to fit such rank. Add drawbacks.

Description: This technique offers the user both offensive and defensive capabilities. The user forms the necessary handseals and, by focusing his chakra, creates a pair of rings of electricity around himself, that spin about like a gyroscope, maintaining a constant electric field throughout its rings, which is 1.8m in diameter & the user is at the centre of it. If anything from outside attempts to enter these rings, the rings will shoot a blast of electricity strong enough to knock back a person and completely deflect any projectile. The shield will effectively block taijutsu attacks and ninjutsu attacks. An attacker using a strong taijutsu will be able to enter the rings of the gyroscope, but will still suffer an electric shock as he/she enters, which paralyses him/her for few seconds. The user is able to move around while the shield is active, however at a slightly slower speed.

Due to its sheer size, it can over come smaller weapons such as Katanas, staffs, nunchucks etc. unless it has special properties. The weapon also has a special ability called "Wind Scar" where the user releases a blast/wave of yellow lightning that levels almost anything in its path. The weapon itself can absorb lightning of B-rank and lower to add to the power of Wind Scar.

Description: L.O.D Reach is actually a full body armor that can be summoned through a seal tattoo on the user's back. The armor itself is made of a special alloy built to be light so that it does not effect the user's mobility. The armor itself has no special properties about it but it is capable of enduring small impacts that could come from normal punches, kicks, kunais/shurikens (small amount up to 10 at once), etc. that do not have special properties. When the armor is released, it is equiped with a lance and an oversized shield which each have different abilities and are connected to the armor.

So far so good...

-L.O.D Shield: The L.O.D Shield has a special barrier made from 4 kanjis that are capable of blocking and dispersing incoming chakra based techniques with no definate mass up to A-rank meaning it can block any incoming jutsu with no particular solidness such as lightning, wind, fire, and other elements with no definate mass and can block anything up to D-rank, even other weapons with no particualr special abilities. The shield is practically big enough to cover the entire user's body so even full scale jutsus of B-rank wont affect him.

...try and slip in some drawbacks in there. You can't make it so easy as to be able to block 4 attacks up to A-rank without having some sort of restriction of drawbacks put on you...

-L.O.D Lance: The L.O.D Lance is an advanced piece of equipment capable of converting chakra into the wind element to enhance it's piercing power being able to pierce through other armors and rock and can also be used as the medium for some wind based techniques that require a sword. As it is a lance it can only stab and not be swung as the point of sharpness is at the tip. Its special ability known as L.O.D Shot is when a large amount of chakra is channeled into the lance and is compressed at the tip of the spear. when released, it sends a shot of compressed wind at the opponent equal to A-rank with enough force to break bone and send them flying. This technique is clearly visible giving off a yellowish hue.

...Take out the ability to shoot blast from your spear, I don't care what you change it for but I've had enough of all those chakra blasting swords.

Restrictions:
-The armor is unfit for earth and water ninjutsu so these techniques do less damage than normal
-The L.O.D Shield is only capable of blocking and dispersing 4 techniques in battle
-the L.O.D Shield can't block incoming jutsus with a particular mass such as water, earth, or other elements with a definate mass besides D-rank
-The L.O.D Lance can only shoot 4 L.O.D shots in battle
-While wearing this equipment, the user is slowed in movement due to the heavy weapons but not drastically... ( I cannot match the speed of someone my rank who is a taijutsu specialist) Although, the giant shield and spear make up for that.
-Once their abilities have been used up, the armor is reversed summoned back into the seal
-The user cannot perform hand seals unless it only needs one hand while using the equipment
-Can only be worn by Taiketsu Yagami

If the user were to send it down on top of the enemy, the impact would be strong enough to form a small crater in the floor. 2.) It could be used to block incoming jutsus from anywhere but the ground. 3.) It can be used to propel the user to any location above ground as far as long range. (Mid-range if used on water) The funny thing about this technique is that it has the force of wind and solidness of water making it stronger than wind based techniques alone but due to this, it is easily visible having a blue hue to it.

-Usable 4 times
-Can still be stopped by A-rank wind or water
-Must be a ice user or have yin/yang training to use

Description: Freestyle art is a completely supplementary Taijutsu style, which is specially designed to supplement almost all forms of Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. Shinrai Kaika is one of the more defensive-based techniques in Freestyle Art. The user covers himself in a thin layer of wind and chakra. The layer is made especially to prevent electricity and lightning based techniques generally from electrocuting the user, though focused attacks will easily pierce the armor. By using Shinrai Kaika along with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique, the user is able to increase his own chance of survival even if faced with an advanced counter-attack. Shinrai Kaika mainly improves the footwork and perceptive ability of the user during a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu attack. By using an advanced form of the half-step, Shinrai Kaika supplements the users footwork vastly and enables the user to avoid almost all incoming attacks, in terms of reaction-time and flexible escapes. The half-steps can also be used to supplement the offensive part of any technique, as a half-step can be used to put ones whole bodyweight behind an attack, without losing any ground, balance or flexibility. Shinrai Kaika is also an alternative meditation art that can be applied during battle. When utilizing Shinrai Kaika along with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique, the user carefully controls his breathing, and with many years of experience in meditation, the user is able to activate both parts of the brain at the same time and for a few vital moments use 100% of his brain capacity. Description: The Elementalists form is one of the only purely chakra based Taijutsu forms that centers around the deflection of elemental techniques. Erementa-Kata requires in-depth understanding of the element you wish to defend against by the usage of this style and as such, if you’re not a user of that particular element, you cannot use Erementa-Kata to defend yourself from it. Erementa-Kata revolves around finding weak points in a jutsu and instead of spending huge amounts of chakra on absorbing or negating the whole technique, which would quickly tire the user out, this style revolves around destabilizing a technique by finding a weak point in it, or simply deflect it by changing its trajectory slightly. Of the two solutions, deflection is the easiest to use. By focusing great amounts of pure chakra into his hands or feet, the user is able to make a thin transparent shield of chakra; there is no limit on what form the shield can have. When a technique collides with the shield, the smooth surface and nature of the shield simply causes the technique to move along the surface of the shield. Depending on what form the shield has, the technique can be directed anywhere, though advanced techniques cannot be guided back towards their original user. Destabilization is a bit trickier and is usually used against larger scaled techniques, which cannot be directed back towards their user. By compressing pure chakra in their hand and using the rotation aspect of the Rasengan, the user is able to send a shockwave of chakra into the targeted technique. The shockwave causes a great destabilization in the opponents chakra inside the technique, which in turn causes the technique to revert back to its original, harmless form.

~Declined do not resubmit~ Hear me out, this jutsu looks good on paper and maybe even in the Narutoverse, but it simply can't be accepted for the sake of our RP. You're basically making yourself invincible to anyone who's can't use S-rank or won't use S-rank because he doesn't want to spam powerful techniques. Also, raw chakra is naturally weaker then any elemental chakra. Think about it, there are two manipulation you can do with your chakra; shape manipulation, and elemental manipulation. Hence, an elemental technique which is manipulated to take form will always be stronger then an equally ranked chakra manipulated jutsu.

Description: Kanjō Kyūsai is a technique based on the principles of killing intention and the ability to exude feelings and emotions. By focusing intensively on a strong emotion and exuding it into the immediate vicinity like normal killing intent, the user is able to induce the feeling or emotion in the target. This is merely the first stage of the technique. When the appropriate emotion or feeling has been chosen, the user focuses a large amount of pure chakra near the targets position. By compress-ing the chakra exponentially, the user causes a large amount of effects to occur. Kanjō Kyūsai gives the target a feeling of being crushed by the users chakra, it forces suicidal thoughts onto the target and induces a feeling of absolute fear and paralysis. If used correctly, Kanjō Kyūsai can give the opponent a feeling of having their very soul and life squeezed by nothing more than the users Ki. By compressing chakra near the opponent to such a level that the chakra becomes almost solid, the user is able to turn the feeling of being crushed and squeezed into reality. The compressed chakra will follow the rhythm of the exuded emotion or feeling while it crushes the target.
-This is an extremely advanced version of Killing Intent.
-A-ranked version can only be used tree times per battle. S-ranked can only be used twice.
-No S-ranked or above non-elemental Ninjutsu during the next turn.

~Declined~ OP. You cannot force emotion into your opponent or predict how they will react. You need to create a situation and let it develop itself. Actions, reactions. Also, the restrictions are off for such a powerful technique. Lower the abilities of this technique.

Makyo no Gyakuen | The Demonic Mirrors Edge

Description: The Demonic Mirrors Edge is a gigantic Zanbatō. The sword has the ability as to grow to fit its master. The blade itself will always be as tall as the user and it will be just as broad and the handle will be as long as one of the users arms, from shoulder to fingertip. Makyo no Gyakuen was forged in the flames of music and determination, and as such, it will never break or shatter before its master’s life ends. The blade is sharp like nothing else and has the ability to cut through anything, except other indestructible items. The ability to cut through anything is sadly not able to save the wielder from Ninjutsu, since a thin cut in a fireball or something similar would be all but mockery. To the user, the Makyo no Gyakuen feels extremely light, but it will crash unto an enemy with the force of a thousand hits even with the slightest power behind it. Makyo no Gyakuen can only be wielded by the one it finds worthy, anyone else whom tries to use the blade will be unable to even lift it.

~Declined~ What's with those OP submissions. Ability to cut through anything? Take it off, the ability to cut is dependent on both the durability of your sword (which isn't made of diamond so it's breakable) and the strength used when cutting an object. Graphic example; if you drop your sword on the ground, will it cut through it endlessly? (This is an exaggeration to make myself clear). "Crush the enemy with the force of a thousand hits with the slightest power behind it [...]", my precedent example is still valid. While this is narutoverse, some basic physic laws still applies. Btw, your sword sounds like an transformed version of Mjolnir :p

There will be no evidence that the affected has been placed under a Genjutsu, even methods and techniques that usually release a being from an illusion without fail will be useless against this technique. The only way to escape this technique is to inflict pain in the affected beings ears. This illusionary technique is the perfect counter-measure against affected beings who would try to block their hearing to escape the effects of Melody Art techniques. The illusion makes the affected firmly believe that they cannot hear anything, it is possible to use this Genjutsu to block out specific sounds. But even though the affected feels as if they cannot hear and even if they actually can't hear, they’re still affected by Melody Art and other sound-based techniques because of this illusion.

Description: The user focus solely on his spiritual force and will then increase its levels. The bigger the user's chakra pool the more effective this technique is since chakra is composed by both spiritual and physical energy.
Opponent's with less will and spiritual force than the user will feel the pressure on their own spiritual energy and their will, will be overpowered. It will feel like the user's spiritual energy is crushing the opponent's. One can be so overwhelmed by this technique, it can be left on his knees, grasping for breath or even unconscious. On other cases, if the difference between spiritual energies is not that big, one with a lower level can be left paralysed for a few moments. Also, the closer the opponent and the user are, the more the opponent is affected. If he manages to increase their distance to long distance, the opponent simply feels a shivering and may feel intimidated.
This technique can be used in multiple people at once. With mastery, the user can select his only targets, out of a great amount of persons, without affecting the rest.
One rank lower: No effect.
Two ranks lower: Target is left paralysed for a few seconds [4-6s].
Three ranks lower: Target can be left on the ground grasping for breath [1 turn].
Four ranks lower or more: Target can be left unconscious for a few moments [1 turn]

Restrictions:

Description: This is a gengutsu made specifically to be used on a Jinchuuriki. The user will use the heightened prowess of his Sharingan to enter the opponent's subconscious (like when Sasuke did the same with Naruto and encountered the Nine Tailed Fox).
Both the user and the opponent will continue doing whatever they're doing, because the user will only use some chakra and spiritual energy to do this technique. The spiritual technique will then materialize in his form inside the opponent's subconscious. Then the user will remove the seal which will cause the opponent's bijuu to be released. The opponent will then enter in his complete bijuu mode two turns after this technique is performed.
This technique is considered kinjutsu because if someone cannot handle the bijuu once released, it will roam free trough the world.

(Gengutsu: Fuude no Bakuyaku) ~ Illusion Technique: Explosive Arm Seals

Description: The user will perform a row of three hand seals or can opt by making eye contact using the sharingan if he possesses it, in order to use this technique.
The opponent will then be put inside a gengutsu where he will think the use has used a sealing technique and will have one of his arms covered in multiple glowing seals. The user will then taunt the opponent, saying the seals will explode and saying they are impossible to remove. Using the powers of his gengutsu, the user will make the opponent feel extremely paranoid and will feel an immense urge to cut his arm off in order to save himself, ending up doing so.

Restrictions:
  • Usable three times per battle if used with hand seals
  • Usable two times per battle if used trough dojutsu.

Chameleon's, being experts in camouflage, can turn invisible and even suppress their chakra, turning completely undetectable by chakra sensors. Also, since they're so skilled with camouflage, capable of turning the same colour of their surroundings, they're very good at performing sneaky attacks. Some have specialize in gengutsu, which in the end is quite similar with their ability to blend with the environment (deceive their enemies).

The origins and creation of the sword is unknown, only rumored to have been wielded by A demon king known as Nobunaga Oda, who ruled in a distant reality....Long with the swords mysterious exterior, powerful chakra lie on its interior. The chakra inside the blade alows the user to not only absorb fire natured chakra, it also allows one to mold it and shape it to their liking once absorbed.
