Description: After Performing the serpant, dragon & tiger handseal the user takes in a deep breath as they bring about the ideals of most fire exhaling jutsu into play. Than the user will inhale some air and concentrate his/her chakra into the lungs and exhale a swirling roar made out of lava which he/she directs at the opponent this is made out of Volcanic ashes and lava. If, this jutsu hits it will caus you to die in a split second due to the heat of the lava and the flying hot ashes in the air. This jutsu can melt earth in a split second.
(This jutsu is similar to fireball jutsu)

.Note: Can only be used twice per battle.
.Note: Can only be used if the user has mastered Earth & Fire.
.Note: The user must be at sage lvl.
.Note: After this jutsu is used the user can not use fire techniques for two turns.

~Declined~ Poor description and either change or take out the bold part. What is this jutsu? A roar, a lava shot or volcanic ash? If it's not clear to me it certainly won't be to your opponents.

~Declined~ Look at the bold part. Even if Lava can kill on contact, we never approve techniques that specifically says it's lethal if successful (we're simply trying to apply the damage point rule even though it isn't being used). Also, even if it is hot, melting rock in a split second is OP. Such temperature would cause the air around the lava to rise to such temperature that you'd kill yourself just shooting it (your throat may be coated with chakra to protect you, but the rest of your body can't be protected from heated air). If you need an example, look back when Sasuke was training by the lake when he was a kid, trying to learn the fireball no jutsu. He would come home at night with burns on his cheeks and lips, hence it is possible to get burned by our own technique.

Description: After Performing the serpant, dragon & dog handseal the user places both hands on the ground and channels a portion of his/her chakra into the ground and creates real deep cracks in the ground whih causes the lava to rise up and erupt with a very high force it explodes (so, if the user is caught up in the lava explosion the user will than most likly die due to the lava) creating a lava eruption and many dropplets around it the lava rises up to 35 meters. (Like in the real world)

Description: The user focuses raiton chakra into his legs to stimulate the muscles in the legs . It speeds the user up by a lot but only for a brief moment , allowing him to maneuver and evade better as well as to be put into use on the offensive . This jutsu can be cancelled by the user on whim .

- No suiton jutsus while this is active
- Lasts for 2 turns
- Can only be used 3 times
- Can only be taught by Rokusho

Description: Connor is thee oldest Orangutan and is an expert in Lightning Jutsu and can use all up to A rank. He cannot perform any Taijutsu as he is too old but is the same size as Gamabunta but much slower. Another advantage of having Connor on the field is he acts as a catalyst for Raiton chakra and powers up any Lightning jutsu if the user is within short range by +15 damage. He also increases the speed for all Lightning jutsu as the Raiton chakra is gathered faster the user requires less HS's if the user has a Lightning affinity all B rank or below jutsu require only 1 HS and above 5 maximum. If there is no affinity then all jutsu below B rank will only require a max of 3 HS's and above a max of 7. Like all Orangutan he can harden his hairs as a defense but due to repeatedly doing this and his age his hairs are constantly spiked and act as a constant defense.
Restrictions
  • Can only be summoned once per battle
  • Will stay on the field for 3 turns
  • Can only be summoned if the Orangutan contract has been signed.
~Declined~ Take away the part about the affinity and all, simply make it so all lightning jutsus required 1-2 less hand seals when in short range from the summon. Also, please don't use abbreviations such as HS. Lastly, make it +5 to all lightning in short range from the summon.

I know it'll cause physical damage to the opponent, but I just don't see hail cutting down trees and destroying hills and rock formation. Also, the bold part doesn't make sense. Restrict the number of turn the vortex can be kept active.

-while in this mode must take a drink of alchole every 4 turns this doesnt count as a move (could mess up time frame so its a negitive) unless you use another form to get in a drunken stat I.E genjutsu
-can only use drunken parkour justu and B ranked doton jutsu that doesnt require handseals

Description: by pumping out a extreme amount of chakra the user creates a chakra armor that can brake S rank genjutsu (can only brake a S rank when entering this mode) and while in this mode they are immune to B ranked and lower genjutsu due to the amount of chakra they are constantly pumping out. while in this mode the user can instantly use normal ninjutsu without having to build up chakra (still need to do handsigns if needed) thus making your moves quicker also the jutsu forms quicker thus if you and your opponent did rasengan at the same time yours would be done faster and would land first. the user can instantly transform the chakra there pumping out into any element they specialize in (which must be stated in there bio) which means they can do there moves faster. the user cant change there chakra to any other element type that is not stated as a specialty in there bio. while in this mode with normal chakra the user can block kunai (with and without elements added to them) and up to C ranked procectile attacks and B ranked when in a element (strengths and weaknesses apply) the reseason for this it because as the attack are comeing at you they have to first break through the chakra surrounding you and these low level attacks cant withstand the chakra
-the user can leave this mode early
-must be at least S-Class to use this
-last four turns
-can only use elements you specialize in
-must wait two turns between uses
-can be entered twice per match

It with then errupt out of the end of the blade in the shape of a large dragon head and spin around the user like a vortex of fire and lightning. This will look like a dragon coiled around the user made ofr fire and lighting which the user can use to defend or they can launch the fire/lightning dragon head at a chosen location by swinging their sword.

Description:
Regulus is a type of mostly short-ranged attacks created by the first lions from Šiškovci. Due to this fighting style, the user will get increased Taijutsu skills(+ 10 to Taijutsu), boost his speed and even more (+15 to Regulus attacks) to all Regulus attacks. The user also gets a special ring, forged by the first of the white lions kind. This rings gives you a much better link with the lions, and a much better understanding of their ways of living. the user gets the boosts of power from the ring,but that is not all. It also increases the users fire based attacks, as the white lions have always been fond of the flame as a weapon (+5 to katon attacks)

Restrictions for using Regulus:
-Lasts 6 turns max, and after the it wears of the usercannot use Forbiden ranked jutsus, regulus or fire jutsus for the rest of the battle.
-Must have signed the white lion contract
-Must have a Howaido Raion Ring
-Must be Kage rank

~Declined~ I'm ok for the taijutsu boost, but the rest is a no-go. A ring that gives you power? This isn't LotR. Re-word your abilities with a valid reason for them. Don't stack too many abilities.


Kumoyuki Kichi= Clima Tact

Description: The clima tact is a weapon constructed of 3 parts, by putting the 3 parts together in multiple ways the user can create varoius jutsus.
The Clima Tact is a weapon which allows the user to use varoius jutsus for both attack and defence, it is used by sending chakra trough the 3 parts of the clima tact, the clima tact can also be filled with one type of chakra to use a ability of teh clima tact and so it boosts one element +15 for 2 turns(counts as one of the 3 jutsus per move) and it gets another effect depending on the element infused:
Fire: If the Clima tact is infused with fire chakra it can ''collect'' one fire jutsu of A rank and bellow and send it back to the opponent with the +15 boost
Water: If the Clima tact is infused with water chakra the user can start spinnig the Clima tact and release that way a A rank water jutsu which makes several sharp water drops.
Lightning: If the Clima tact is infused with lightning chakra it can be used to send a B ranked lightning towards the opponent from the sky
Wind: If the clima tact is infused with wind chakra it allows the user to create varoius invisible baloons made of wind so that the user can walk on them
Earth: The user will hammer the clima tact infront of him to create a thick wall made of stones which aquals a A ranked earth jutsu
Notes:
-Only usable by Darijan
-Clima tact jutsus can be used up to 6 times per battle
-The elemental boost and effects is usable 2 times per battle
-After using the boosts/effects the user cant use forbidden ranked jutsus for the rest of the battle and he cant use S rank jutsus in the same turn in which the boost/effetc was used

Description: The clima tact is a weapon constructed of 3 parts(poles): Heat Pole, Cool pole and Electric pole, by putting the 3 parts together in multiple ways the user can create varoius jutsus.
The jutsus can be used for both offence and defence, if the user puts them in the wrong way the jutsus will fail and he would probably hurt himself. The user can aso fill the Clima Tact with one chakra nature so that that eement gets a +10 boost for the next 2 turns(counts as one of the 3 jutsus per turn)
Notes:
-Boost is usable 3 times per battle
-User cant use forbidden ranked jutsus in the turn he used clima tact
-Clima tact jutsus can be used 6 times per battle
-No genjutsu or summoning in the same turn clima tact was used

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused dark energy chakra from their body. Because the energy isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only numbs limbs. The dark chakra can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

Note: Only 3x Per Battle
Note: Can be channeled into a sword.
Note: This technique works similar in the way Nagashi does.
Note: Must Have Permission to use by Madara.. & Nagato..

Because of the spinning it releases waves of dark energy chakra that thrashes everything in it's path(goes in all directions) at high speeds (the same speeds as pressure damage). When the technique ends the entire battlefield is left in ruins.

Note: The thrashing originates from the user giving the opponent time to counter.

The snakes are also strong enough to grab onto things like trees or the ground and pull the user to safety. They can extend to long range in a matter of a second or two

Fire chakra: causes a serious burn

Lightning chakra: causes paralyses and electrocution, depending on how much the opponent is bitten. The opponent could even die should 10 snakes lightning bite the opponent at once.

Earth chakra: creates a dirty wound and causes the opponent to become infected, infection makes the opponent unable to use the body part for the rest of the match, after 3 turns, the body part will actually fully decompose and rot off

Wind chakra: can inject air into the opponents body causing an air bubble in the heart, the bubble travels slowly and will kill the opponent in 3 turns.

Water chakra: thins the blood of the opponent causing them to become dizzy and disorientated, this issue lasts for 3 turns. During these 3 turns, the opponent will mess up every other handseal and have to correct himself. Meaning his handseals become doubled.

Note: Can only be used twice
Note: The snakes shoot out as fast as a kunai is thrown
Note: The have no special health and/or resistance, they are just snakes

Innocent is extremely strong, indestructible stuff like; kunais, shurikens and stuff like that wont work against this sword due to the sharpness. Innocent true powers are incredible this sword is able to give the user to see different chakra of nature for example, the user is able to see if they are being attack by a fire jutsu due to the chakra each element has different chakra here is the different chakra; Fire chakra is red, water chakra is blue, wind chakra is green, lightning chakra is yellow and earth chakra is brown, custom elements chakra are always gray. When, the user focus swift chakra in the sword the user speed increase immediately due to the swift chakra and when the user do this it count as a move due to the power of it. This sword is extremely light and long. The sword has a last, technique is known as the 'Innocent god' this technique is a genjutsu amazingly strong when the user spin the sword the sword will trap the opponent on the genjutsu, when the opponent is caught on the genjutsu the user is able to control the opponent mind and make him think of whatever the user want the opponent to think about.

The user energy will also, increase and be amazingly great this jutsu also, give the user faster speed which only the well known Mangekyou sharingan and the Eternal mangekyou sharingan can track another thing that this technique gives the user is power it gives the user amazingly strength something alike Tsunade strength.

  • If the user surpass four rounds with this technique the user could easily die do to the heart beat rate
  • The user can't use more swift techniques for the rest of the battle
  • This jutsu is only usable twice per week
  • The user can't use wind and fire techniques while light mode is activated
  • The user cannot use Genjutsu techniques

Description: Gama is a relatively young and small civet who is part of the Samsara branch of the Civet kingdom; he is known to be one of the most gifted civets in his generation for having a peculiar resistance to genjutsu (except for S-rank and above genjutsu, and Mangekyō Sharingan). It is quite hard to control Gama as he only helps summoners he respects in battle. However, once on good ground, he becomes rather protective and close to the summoner. When joined with the user’s body, Gama can help the user dispel him from any A-rank or lower genjutsu since he can release chakra into the user’s body.

I changed the mechanism in which this jutsu works, instead of infusing a huge amount of chakra into the ground, I changed it to using the Kikaichu bugs to suck the ground dry of the opponent's chakra (i.e. foreign chakra, chakra that is not the user's - this is possible since the bugs spend all their lives inside the user so they would be well accustomed to the user's chakra). Anyways, in order to manipulate the earth, one must use their chakra to do so. But if there is no chakra this is not possible. And in this jutsu, the user must send a very large number of his bugs underground hence he can not use any S-rank or higher Aburame jutsus while this is active.

Turtle can also destory itself by exploding and sending an endless rain of senbons at the opponent.

~Declined~ Where are the restrictions on some of those puppets? The bear that can create fissure and the Turtle really need to be restricted considering they can attack and defend without it being regarded as a jutsu and without counting toward your 3 moves per turn. Fix that. Also, make sure the turtle's explosion count as a jutsu and needs to be activated by a hand seal. Lastly, once you summon them you have 3 turns before you die right? Can you de-summon them before the end? If so then it's declined because it defeats the purpose of your forbidden technique.

Snake's tail is like Hiruko's, and it has poison in it that it can shoot at the opponent (the poison reach mid-range). Snake can withstand attacks that are C-Rank and lower. Snake is kept in a scroll and can be summoned when the user wants to.

The horse has powerfull legs and can kick the opponent, and inside the horse there's lots of swords that can be triggered and pierce trough The Horse so that everyone near it gets sliced up. The Horse is kept inside a scroll and can be summoned as the user wants to.

Iron Dog is a puppet made by ~The Norwegian~. It is the only puppet that is made of Iron instead of wood so far. The reason this puppet is made by iron is that Sasori used the Sandaime puppet to wrap the Iron around the wood. Iron Dog can withstand attacks that are A-Rank and lower, and it can withstand one S-Rank attack before the Iron cracks and leaves it open for attacks. Iron Dog has very powerfull teeths and can bite of an opponents leg in one bite, same with it's claws. Iron Dog moves just as fast as Hiruko does in his last form without the cloak. When the Iron around Iron Dog is destroyed an endless rain of senbons will burst from Iron Dog and at the enemy before it gets destroyed. Iron Dog is kept in a scroll and can be summoned as the user wants to.

The blade metal blade gives a feeling of ominousness to those who first see it, believing the sword itself represents death. Although the metal alloy of the sword makes it incredibly strong and sharp, it isn't the only asset to this sword. It also has a Wind Element affinity, allowing it to deal razor sharp blows to an human's body.

Ability:
Wind Affinity: In ancient times, it was said that people used this sword to emit howling winds, to bring a razor sharp death to all that opposed them. These winds were so powerful, they wound often break down surrounding trees and obstacles, leaving remains of the enemy and debris, scattered all over the battlefield. Knowing this information, it's easy to imagine it's capabilities when used against a human. The addition of the razor sharp Wind element allows the wielder the ability to cut through Lightning jutsu up to A Rank.

Limits for cutting through Lightning jutsu~
A Rank: 2 times per battle
B Rank:3 Times per battle. If used once already, can only cut one more A Rank.
C Rank:3 times per battle, if used twice, can only cut through one A Rank.
D/E Rank:3 times per battle, if used twice can only cut through one A Rank.

Description: The user of this jutsu starts off by drawing a circle shape in front of them using their finger, staff, sword, etc releasing their chakra into the air in front of them as they do. The chakra released then forms into a visible chakra circle in front on the user, which serves as a protective shield for incoming attacks. The circle will then become larger/smaller in proportion with the size of the incoming attacks, allowing the shield to defend against most oncoming attacks. Upon defending against the move, the two jutsu cancel out with each other.

Its been said that he is the one with most of battle experienced and knowledge wich is true.Gituku is the lightning master and can perform lightning jutsus up to A Rank himself.While jutsus wich are S Ranked need to be performed by the help of the user-in other words user needs to perform handseals for them.With his large paws Gituku is able to block opponents attack wich are up to C Rank and below but it counts as one of users moves.

Note: Gituku's lightning jutsus count as the move of user.
