Description| This sword is call Innocent because of it's powers, the sword name has a meaning. The sword has hidden powers they all call 'Innocent' and they could only be use by the chosen ones. Innocent is extremely sharp and is also, really long. Innocent is for those people who love peace and hate wars. Innocent is extremely strong almost indestructible kunais, shurikens and stuff like that wont work against this sword. Innocent true powers are incredible this sword is able to control weather itself for example, if the user concentrate water chakra on the sword and think about a rainy day, the sword will control the weather and make it rain this power is to be known from the Gods. When, the user focus swift chakra in the sword the user speed increase immediately due to the swift chakra and when the user do this it count as a move due to the power of it. This sword is extremely light and long. The sword has a last, technique is known as the 'Innocent god' this technique is a genjutsu amazingly strong when the user spin the sword the sword will trap the opponent on the genjutsu, when the opponent is caught on the genjutsu the user is able to control the opponent mind and make him think of whatever the user want the opponent to think about.

  • Genjutsu is only usable twice per battle and once use the user can't use any kind of genjutsu next, turn.
  • The user speed can only last, four rounds and is extremely fast i will show an example.
  • The weather control is only usable three times per battle.
  • This sword call 'Innocent' can only be use by Miles "Ichigo"
  • This sword is base on Swift element the user need to know Swift to be use.

The user will first, focus chakra around his whole body and when the user do the 'Bird' hand seal an black arrow will pop out in front of the user. This arrow is able to push the user where the arrow is pointing for example, if the arrow is facing the opponent the arrow will push the user at the opponent at high speed.

- When the user release the arrow and is facing where the opponent wanted to be face the arrow can't move

~Declined~ Seriously, what were you trying to do by making them all C-rank, some of those jutsu are obviously of higher ranking. Make this one A-rank, take out the part about it being immediate, make the saws travel in the ground from your location to your opponent's. Add restrictions.

The user will do the necessary handseals when the user finish that he/she will summon a second version of a Elder Raven this version is stronger since this Raven had live for a long time now, his age is unknown due to his thoughts of ages but people have said rumors that his about 67 year old. This great elder raven is able to use wind up to b-rank and fire up to a-rank but this raven is also, able to get to get contact of the opponent through the ground meaning that this Raven is able to find the opponent no matter where he is for example, if the opponent is underground the Raven is able to find him and tell he/she where he/she is. The size of this elder is the size of Gamakichi.

- Must have sign the Raven contract to use this jutsu.
- This can only be summon once.
- Can only last, on battles five turns
- If the raven uses a a-rank fire technique the contact through the ground lower's and can only be use twice on battle.

This raven feather are way different than normal ravens feather this raven feather are color Bazaar, this feathers are really rare and they have a meaning of being rare. This raven was born on Konohagakure and it has special abilities due to the feathers. This raven is able to do wind all the way up to s-rank and is also, able to trap people on his special genjutsu call 'Bazaar trap'. When Art release his genjutsu he first, has to put his wing up facing the opponent and by the second later, the opponent will be trap on the genjutsu on this genjutsu the opponent see a place where their was war and stuff alike such as his saddest moments on life for example, user one summon's Art to the battlefield as soon as Art is summon he use's his genjutsu and the opponent will get trap at it, when the opponent get's trap he will see many different wars and all his saddest moment on his whole life. While his trap on the genjutsu, the user is able to do what he wish to do with the opponent.

Aero was born on the land of the proud worriers and unknown land located on the Hidden in the Cloud village. Aero is mostly use for defense due to his body which is extremely strong and if Aero collapse it could make a great explosion or destruction and if Aero fall it could take down almost a whole terrain due to his weight. Aero is extremely fat he weight about five thousand pounds. Aero has no special abilities he only has an enormous shield and a sword both of his weapons are on his back. Aero can be summon anywhere on the terrain. Aero is the size of Gamabunta and his really kind with people, he would protect anybody and put his life on the line for anyone also, Aero is able to walk like a human and fight like a human.

I think the technique you're referring to is Faith's CJ which has not yet been approved, but we collaborated and co-created this jutsu.

(Kikaichu Junshuu) – Kikaichu Territory

The result of this jutsu means that the ground will be imbued with the user’s chakra, making it impossible for the opponent to use earth-based jutsus using the earth from the ground in which the user’s Kikaichu bugs have burrowed through for a short period of time i.e. the opponent can not manipulate the earth in which contains the user’s Kikaichu bugs for earth jutsus. After two turns, the user’s Kikaichū bugs resurface and hence the jutsu ends.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

~Declined~ Doesn't make any sense. You'd basically die from chakra exhaustion if you were able to infuse the earth with enough chakra for your opponent to be unable to use it.

While underground, the mass of the user's Kikaichu bugs lay in wait and upon the detection of any foreign chakra i.e not the user's, they will instinctively absorb/suck the chakra (this is what they usually do). The result of this jutsu means that the opponent would not be capable of performing earth-based jutsus using the earth from the ground in which the user’s Kikaichu bugs have burrowed through for a short period of time i.e. the opponent can not manipulate the earth in which contains the user’s Kikaichu bugs for earth jutsus. That is, the opponent can channel their chakra into the ground but it would quickly disappear and thus will disallow the opponent from manipulating the earth due to the absence of their chakra. After two turns, the user’s Kikaichū bugs resurface and hence the jutsu ends.
*Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

I changed the mechanism in which this jutsu works, instead of infusing a huge amount of chakra into the ground, I changed it to using the Kikaichu bugs to suck the ground dry of the opponent's chakra (i.e. foreign chakra, chakra that is not the user's - this is possible since the bugs spend all their lives inside the user so they would be well accustomed to the user's chakra). Anyways, in order to manipulate the earth, one must use their chakra to do so. But if there is no chakra this is not possible. And in this jutsu, the user must send a very large number of his bugs underground hence he can not use any S-rank or higher Aburame jutsus while this is active.

Again, the rapidly spinning dome of Kikaichu bugs is capable of dealing slashing damage and will slice anything that comes in contact with it and serves as an attack and defense; and is able to withstand all elemental attack up to S-rank except for A-rank and above Katon attacks.

He is as tall as Ponta and he bears a large double headed war hammer that has been crafted from chakra metal which enables Thor to channel his elemental natures into the weapon for added power and he carries it on his back. he wields the hammer with his exceptionally large tail. He has an affinity for Lightning Element and Earth Element and can use the techniques up to what the user know's. He is capable of slamming his hammer onto the ground to activate the earth elemental techniques. He is capable of using the Killing Intent ninjutsu by simply inducing it by a roar. He is also the largest Red Panda summoning and due to his size he can travel across terrain quite quickly. He has thick fur that prevents him from being harmed by C rank and below Ice ninjutsu. He also has good hearing and a kean sense of smell allowing him to find hidden targets even when his field of vision is blocked.

He uses Fire elemental techniques up to the users rank, but he is more a taijutsu and kenjutsu user and can use the techniques that the user knows and due to his great physical strength he can increase the attacks by +10 damage. He wields his katana with his tail or bearing it in his mouth. Due to being a expect sword user he is capable of performing the silent killing technique with his sword which is a Odachi. Along with his natural gifts of hearing and smell which allows him to listen for the movement of the enemy and smell them out which aides in the silent killing technique useage when unable to see the target.
Note: Can only be summoned twice and must wait two turns before re-summoning.
Note: Can only remain on the field for 5 turns.

(Doton: Iwa Mage no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Rock Bending Technique

Description: After performing the Ram hand seal the user manipulates their chakra into an existing peice of earth whether it a rock formation or the ground itself and cause a large snaking pillar to errect from that peice of earth. Although similar to some existing techniques it has a major difference in that it is more flexible in bending rather than being a solid object and can manouver around difficult objects. The user can use this technique for various supplementary and defencive manouvers.

Description: The clima tact is a weapon constructed of 3 parts, by putting the 3 parts together in multiple ways the user can create varoius jutsus.
The Clima Tact is a weapon which allows the user to use varoius jutsus for both attack and defence, it is used by sending chakra trough the 3 parts of the clima tact, the clima tact can also be filled with one type of chakra to use a ability of teh clima tact and so it boosts one element +15 for 2 turns(counts as one of the 3 jutsus per move) and it gets another effect depending on the element infused:
Fire: If the Clima tact is infused with fire chakra it can ''collect'' one fire jutsu of A rank and bellow and send it back to the opponent with the +15 boost
Water: If the Clima tact is infused with water chakra the user can start spinnig the Clima tact and release that way a A rank water jutsu which makes several sharp water drops.
Lightning: If the Clima tact is infused with lightning chakra it can be used to send a B ranked lightning towards the opponent from the sky
Wind: If the clima tact is infused with wind chakra it allows the user to create varoius invisible baloons made of wind so that the user can walk on them
Earth: The user will hammer the clima tact infront of him to create a thick wall made of stones which aquals a A ranked earth jutsu
Notes:
-Only usable by Darijan
-Clima tact jutsus can be used up to 6 times per battle
-The elemental boost and effects is usable 2 times per battle
-After using the boosts/effects the user cant use forbidden ranked jutsus for the rest of the battle and he cant use S rank jutsus in the same turn in which the boost/effetc was used

The force of the blast is powerful enough to send an opponent hurtling long distances and destroy most obstacles in the way. ,it can be Countered with S rank and above attacks as long as they would stop the whole attack. E.G couldnt be attacked with a Rasengan or taijutsu attack.

Kyle was a friendly White Tiger who played with his younger sister often in the woods, most of his speed and strength comes from this. From young, Kyle was born with a big body for some particular reason. With this, many feared when he comes in sight but yet, his younger sister is stronger than him physically despite his large body size. Kyle is a smart and tactical type of White Tiger and seldom went into battle. He was the head of research and development of the White Tiger realm, in fact, he was the one who developed and forged Mirana's bow with his bare front legs, thanks to the help of his Fire Release, Kyle is able to withstand the sheer heat of flames from the furnace and is capable to fully perform A-rank and below fire techniques. Like every other Tiger, he himself holds a special ability which would be genjutsu unlike his sister who has taijutsu. After long studies of the ninja way, Kyle is able to utilize the abilities of genjutsu up to B-rank.

This energy and chakra travels into the sky above, hence turning the sky a wee bit darker. This process will take some time and while this is happening the user's limits have been reduced for the time being. After a turn, the user will able to call upon the spirit energy of his tiger who was in the sky to come smashing down into the desired location with the shape of a tiger as huge as Kirin, causing an explosion reaching a radius of short-range.

Description : This technique is nothing but a colorless, inert gas that the user is able to form in the air in front of him first after having clap his hands together. The distance between the target and the user determines when this technique will be able to enter the target body. Once this gas has entered the target body, the effects of this technique will take place. On the turn the gas enters the body, the target's speed has slow down due to the gas relaxing and slowing down the enemy's muscles. The next turn, the target will have his legs, hands and body aching and not allowing them to utilize S-rank or above techniques that requires a considerable amount of concentration such as the rasengan, chidori and others. Finally, on the third turn, the target will fall asleep as the gas has played around with the nerves in the target's brain to forcefully shut down his body and to go unconscious.

Note : Can only be used four times per battle

After doing so, the sand will spread throughout the terrain, crushing the stones, earth, grass as it does, turning it into sand as it does. It will spread all the way to around the battlefield within a turn's time and the battlefield would be covered with sand. As each turn passes by, the depth of the sand grows deeper as it eats more earth beneath it.

For this jutsu the user bites his thumb and then draws blood which he wipes on his palms and then slams the fist together and summons Haruka the ringtail who fancies herself as the mistress of earth. Haruka is an extremely well mannered ringtail and she is extremely skilled in using the earth element. She is twice the size of a normal human being in terms of height and with proportionate other features. She is extremely skilled at burrowing through the earth and moving extremely quickly inside the earth (the speed is similar to that of a shark while it swims) . She is so skilled at burrowing that there are not even small vibrations while she is burrowing and there is no trace left at the point that she burrows. She is able to take one shinobi wrapped in the fur of her bushy tail into the earth to travel long distances her tail masks all the chakra signals of that shinobi.

Description: The user simply makes a total of 5 handseals and creates a giant tsunami of lava which engulfs your opponent it can also bury the user if he/she stands on the ground this jutsu wil kill the user. But if this jutsu is performed in mid-air no harm will be caused to the user. This jutsu can also add a certain twist to the battlefield by changing a rocky terrain to a fiery terrain of a large lava pool which engulfs the entire battlefield.(So no ground is left standing on every thing on the battle field is engulfed by lava).

~Declined~ You need a much clearer description. Where is the tsunami coming from? How large is it, how high is it...etc And why would you need to be in the air to perform this jutsu? For all I care, it's quite the opposite; such a powerful Yoton technique would require you to have a direct contact with the ground.

Description: The user utilizes their fire chakra and using manipulation they're able to form several flame monkeys which are the size of a regualr monkey. They take on the aspects of regualr monkeys; able to climb trees, move at very fast paces, and small. Now when these monkeys gets close or attaches onto anything they can be denoted to explode. When they explode near or on a enemy they can intensely burn the area which was closest to the monkey, they can also be used to cause a quick fire in the forest or on any type of wood. If 3 monkeys explode near an enemy that is capable of causing the enemy much pain and very unlikely of continuing the rest of the battle, If 5 or monkeys explode near or on the enemy the target will perish.

Notes:
- Only 7 monkeys able to be created at one time
- Monkeys only explode on command of user
- Only trainable/usable by Dexter..

(Davy Jones Todana) Davy Jones Locker

Description:
This summon is very similar to "Iron Maiden" summon. The user able to summon a old, sea forged, metal crate that is the size of a human under the enemy at either short or mid range. Once summoned the crate very quickly rises out of the ground and trapping the enemy, the opening in which the target is engulfed is similar to the way a puppet traps an enemy. Once the target is trapped then a summoning of chains even faster wraps around the entire crate just like the "Iron Maiden". The crate has many holes on the top of it. The user can either keep the enemy trapped in the locker or if near water the user can kick the locker into the water up to mid range, causing the enemy to sink very fast because the locker is very heavy and drown in the process.

Notes:
- Trap lasts for 1 turn
- Drowning happens within 2 turns
- Unable to use water and/or earth technique in same turn as summon
- User must have some type of Taijutsu training to be able to kick "Locker" in water
- Only usable/trainable by Dexter..

The ship can be used to protect the user from oncoming attacks etc. Just like the actual "Flying Dutchmen" this replica is able to sink back into the earth and rise where ever the user wishes. One technique that the ship is able to do it send out a great pulse which creates a wave of earth that goes in a 360 degree shape of the ship (basically it goes from all angles of the ship) This is similar to the wave that is sent when the Dutchmen calls the Kracken. The ship can be destroyed by two S-Rank attacks or three A/B/C rank attacks. D Rank and below attacks don't do enough damage to sink the ship.

This technique somewhat is similar to "Chakra Sensing Rain". The user closes both his hands and concentrates his lighting chakra immensely. His hands will not look like it glowing or anything along those lines. The user then opens both his hands quickly and flicks them out. When he does this all the target will see is a quickly jolt from both hands. When the user releases the lighting it's a large amount of lighting chakra that is thinned out and concentrated so much that it spreads on the whole field, just on the ground though. The user is now able to detect where the target is stepping and also able to detect their location if their underground. The lighting only has a lasting effect though and doesn't not harm the target in anyway.

Notes:
- Lasts only 4 turns
- Detects from Short to Long Range (whole battlefield)
- Must have competed Raiton training to be able to concentrate that much Raiton and let it linger
- Only usable/trainable by Dexter..

~Declined do not resubmit~ This jutsu is based on simple assumptions that chakra will stop chakra, which is false. We've seen it times and times again when a fighter would cast a genjutsu on his opponent while this very opponent had shot a projectile between the two fighters (hence creating a barrier for the chakra if we follow your reasoning, considering the chakra would travel in a straight path).

Description: the user will take out a small pill ( with no effects) and put it between his two hands in the tiger hand seal he will focas all of his chakra into the pill and sallow it he will then make 5 hand seals and the pill will expell a larger amoint of chakra then that which was given the chakra will suddenly begin to surround the user the increase in chakra will make the user faster and stronger ( almost like the raikages lighting armor except not as fast) it will also decrease the amount of time it takes to switch elements and to use ninjutsu as the chakra is already flowing out of him. After 4 turns the chakra will implode on the user killing him the chakra will then explode in a shock wave of chakra hitting anything within mid range
Note: can only be used once ( after it wears off user will die)

Description: The user will first, with the use of one hand seal, create a belt made entirely of ice around their waist. From this belt, eleven arachnid limbs will protrude from different parts of it. Eight of these "limbs" will be long legs resembling that of a spiders, four sprouting from one side of the belt and four from the other, while two of these limbs will be in the form of two pincers that will be created horizontally relative to the ground, which will be thicker than the eight legs, while the final limb will be a long tail, which will be similar in structure to the legs but with a finer point for stabbing. Essentially, this will all give the user the appearance of a scorpion, having eight legs, pincers in front of those legs, and a tail that curves up into a large pincer. The belt meanwhile acts as an essentially unlimited ice source, allowing the pincers, legs, and especially the stinger extend and retract to a total of twenty meters. Each time the legs step down on a surface, the ground below them is frozen, each one acting as the center of a 1 meter radius of ice. The sheets of ice are instantly created, allowing the user to walk across, for example, a surface of water and freeze it as they walk, or use this technique to freeze other substances such as the swamp of mud. Every one of these "limbs" have an extremely sharp tip, allowing them to each be used as stabbing tools. The pincers do not have the actual appearance of pincers that close and open, but are rather thicker versions of the thin and sharp legs and tail (they're still straight-edged though). Each of these limbs have joints as well, allowing them to be relatively flexible, and allowing the user to use the legs to jump, which would launch them much higher than a ninja would normally be able to go. Because the belt acts as an unlimited source of ice, the legs, tail, and pincers are all able to be regenerated if they are destroyed, and, at the will of the user, can be retracted to the point that only the belt remains and they can be recreated at another time (but the user cannot make any more than eleven, though they can create less). Finally, at any point, the user can completely shoot off a portion of the belt, launching whatever limb was on that part of the belt toward the opponent as a javelin-like projectile. If this is done, however, that limb cannot be regenerated because the portion of the belt that it was on comes off with it.

Note: The regeneration ability can only work four times. After that, any destroyed limb is completely gone. And the belt itself cannot be regenerated at all, so if a portion of it is destroyed, it is also completely gone.

~Declined~ OP. 20m range, immediately freeze whatever it touches while regenerating? And you can use it twice? I'm not even sure how long it last for 1 time (until it's completely destroyed?). Lots of work to do with this one.

However, the major drawback of this technique is, that it drains the users life force, greatly harming. The user has also stored even more raiton chakra into this blast than the regular "Tri beam" technique meaning it takes a greater toll as they draw out as much raiton chakra as they can get leaving great force on their body as they gather the chakra and double when they release it causing soarness. The user will then shoot a giant blast from their hands that can destroy everything on the field (in front) of them as well as it crashes 20ft into the ground and covers mid range of the opponent. The user will then fall to their knees immediately after releasing this blast.
