Definitely, Sasuke was at Kage level back at the kage summit so Itachi is definitely way above kage level

that's not proof sasuke was on itachi level when he met the kage's.

Ur right he isnt as strong has so6p and maybe a few others but to say he isnt on the same lvl as Bee and Raikage!!! WOW! Thats crazy talk! Sasuke beat bee without EMS! WTF!!! Plz plz explain how Bee or Raikage cud beat Itachi (healthy)!!! And he is in the same lvl as 4th but maybe 4th is more powerful but Itachi's around there.

bee really didn't win and if you go read it again he only survived becos sasuke cut of one of his tails and bee afterwards decides that he is gonna take this opportunity to escape from his brother.

Itachi wasent leader of Akatsuki, because he only joined to spy on them, since they were a threat to leaf village.- Itachi had no plans on being a leader because he wasent really down with them.

He was basically just hangin with them collecting info,

Although he was actually supposed to capture Naruto when he fought kakashi & Kurenai & Asuma, Itachi's only reason for returning to Konoha after the death of the Third Hokage was to remind Danzō and the other two village elders that he was still alive and not to harm his younger brother.

Itachi is respected and feared by alot of ninja:
Orochimaru, stated he was too powerful, so he failed trying to take itachis body, and almost got killed. Therefore he went After the baby, SASUKE.

Kisame fears itachi, and respects his strenght extra cautious of him, following his every command

Yes Itachi went back to tell them that he's still alive but danzo wasn't scared of him He himself does things in the dark and keeps his secrets sealed why would he want to reaveal that information.tobi said if he only really knew enough about me he would've killed him but can't because there still secret's to that person.that kabuto statement doesn't prove anything,the jutsu wasn' for him it was for sasuke but was used on him instead.

If madara killed him he could've used all of the 1st cells to power up zetsu instead yamato does that it wouldve been better for madara to get the 1st.Just having the nine taills in a fight is just saying you want to kill this person or just leave him on the brink of death.Tobi changes his stories a little so he's probably lying about his lost to the 1st was on purpose.

exactly he knew it was a hard fight and had to go all out, but still lost however got some dna.

no he didn't lie but he did lose cos all he wanted was dna if he was stronger why couldn't he just kill hashirama or take his dna. And he did get hurt badly considering he said that he could not recover from his injuries for decades.

i agree with you that madara did not lose on purpose madara if he was stronger than hashirama would have gotten his dna no problem and would not have let hashirama beat him so hard that he would not recover for decades. But when someone is dead you can't extract info from them just to let you kno.

Madara never quite said that he lost on purpose. He only said that his goal in fighting shodai that day was to get his DNA. However, that was not the only goal he had in fighting shodai that day. He also wanted revenge on the Uchiha for selecting shodai over him.

Like you said if Madara was stronger than shodai, he would have killed him, gotten his DNA and then proceedeed to destroy Konoha and get revenge on the Uchiha. We know that getting revenge on the Uchiha was a goal of his since 60+ years later, he was still looking for an opportunity to destroy them

And don't say : because it's naruto's weakness... i mean we haven't even seen the full power of minato, we just saw some of his moves against madara, where he broke the seal controlling the kyuubi, cut of madara's hand and sacrificed him self to protect the village and give naruto powers to defeat madara.

Itachi is great, i would rate him in my top 5, but guys and i mean all who says minato can't dodge genjutsu or tsukoyomi, there is no proof. And just because naruto can't dosen't mean Jiraya and minato couldn't.

I would say that itachi is about on par with nagato or Jiraya. Remember jiraya fought against 6 pains, not even itachi would be able to fight like jiraya did against all the pains.

Even though Madara might have lost to the First Hokage just so he can gain access to his cells doesn't mean anything. He still was putting up a fight for his life in my opinion. So he probably was using his full strength.

I don't think Itachi is strong enough to go up against the Hokages. You can say his Genjutsu is avoidable or unavoidable to most ninja and Susanoo is an all powerful defense but he surely he has no skills when it comes to Taijutsu that's why his Sharingan makes up for that. The Hokages skilled were said to be legend and it is being underestimated. We still haven't seen many of their full strenghts and what they really can actual do in a combat environment. This my opinion though, if you think otherwise please explain.

Out of all the resurrected ninja who are being controlled, itachi was the only one who broke free. the 3rd hokage got his ass kicked by orochimaru. the 1st and second hokage kept up w the 3rd hokage when they were resurrected. that makes orochimaru better. orochimaru was defeated effortlessly by itachi. i think itachi is kage level, and probably could beat the previous ones.
