exactly ..but he is using sasuke as a wepen to atac konoha... he is laing.... his plan was to turn him against konoha so hi can obtaine control... but i don't think that sasuke is beliving him

I think Sasuke might just fall in that trap! Remember when Kakashi asked team 7 to introduce them selfs, Sasuke said he wanted to kill a certain man, and 'Restore his clan'. Well he have killed that certain man, but if Madara is smart, he will spin that trump card and tell Sasuke that he also wanted to do that and that is why he wants to take Konoha back. Sasuke will then fall for it hook line and sinker. We can definitely expect a battle between Sasuke and Naruto in the future.
defenitely more about itachi, about was his part was in this betrayal. I stil wonder what shodai did to beat the kyuubi. Maybe he even put the kyuubi against madara. I guess that is not what matters in this case. In this case we want to know how Itachi is involved in killing almost the entire clan. Now i am thinking crazy things, because Itachi was just a spy. I think ANBU was the real killer. I think now kakashi was involved in killing many people. Crazy thinking......i know....

The way the Uchiha are I would not be surprised if it went something like this
Madara: Brother I need your eyes with our eyes combined I will be able to protect our clan
Brother: Why can't I have your eyes I can protect the clan?
Madara: No brother it will be too dangerous I am the eldest I will take the risk give me your eyes
Brother: What risk we are the second most powerful clan no one messes with us if it is such a big deal why not just give me the eyes
Madara: Brother without your eyes not only will the clan die but I will too
Brother: Yeah but without my eyes I will be blind and besides I bet it will hurt if you take my eyes
Madara: It will not hurt I have anesthetic right here what person could hurt their brother, If you give me your eyes I will make sure you are leader of the clan
Brother: ok you talked me into it five minutes later Well this sucks I can't see shit why couldn't you just take one
Madara: Wow I see great now hey everyone I am leader of the clan and my first decree is all weak must be killed to make our clan stronger lets first take care of the old, sick, weak and blind

And thus was the rise of Madara and the fall of his brother whose sacrifice was for nothing

Why, it's definately in his character. He took to sasuke with an almost obsessive nature for no apparent reason. They tried to play it off as though it was because he reminded him of himself, but think back, Kakashi hated the person he was (that's why obito died). His dedication to sasuke could more likely have been a type of pentance for his involvement during his time in Anbu. But then again, it's also possible that he had been retired from Anbu at that time since we know for a fact he had been an instructor for several years (as he never had a graduating class).

He could still be Anbu. He can be like Batman, teacher at day, and Anbu at night? 
Anbu disguise them selfs, to not reveal there ID, so he could still be part of Anbu.
My personal opinion would be that he was not involved in the massacre, all of those how have helped Itachi have died that night.

That's not unusual for a weekly manga not to plan the rough plot more than a few months in advance.
There had never been the slightest hint of shodai or any other hokage being part of a clan until very recently. In the asuma arc the sarutobi clan was brought up out of the blue, and now it's the senju clan. Considering all the hokages have just been hinted at being senju, Kishimoto might even have forgotten about his other recent addition (sarutobi clan).
These clans, the rinnegan, Naruto's mom, the yondaime-like frogs and their prophecies, the elemental affinities/chart...these are all brand new additions that Kishimoto undoubtly had no idea he would ever introduce a year ago IMO.
Wether you like these developments is up to you but they have certainly not been planned all along.

I have a Q, If the Sharingan have been derived from the Byakugans and in the past there were 1000 of clans and not villages like now, that means that there is probably some relationships and things going on between them. Remember how it was said that the Hyuuga's was the nobile family of konoha., and look how they treated the branch family. It would not be unlikely that they could have influenced the Senjus to further execute their plans?
