Tobi wouldn't attack Konoha, so he could avoid going against itachi.
Itachi didn't even think the "battle" with Kabuto was enough to be considered an actual battle.
Do you think Kishi avoided a battle between Itachi and Madara?

Perfect Susanoo can be beaten by the sacred weapons such as Totsuka/Yata.
Tsukiyomi oneshots all attempts to go into a physical battle.
A simple Danzo tier genjutsu which trapped a kage level shinobi is enough for him to pull off a decisive move with
Totsuka.
Madara can't trace his speed, he oversped a Perfect Jin and Sage Mode user like Kabuto.
Tsukiyomi manipulates space, if he gets caught in it he'll be killed by any amounts of pressure/torture Itachi wants to deal in his physique.
He's a better Taijutsu Combatant, he killed Naruto thrice (if he wasn't holding back) and he almost killed Bee four times on paper.
He can indefinitely control time in his illusions; even the ordinary ones (Refer to Tobi's comment in Sasuke vs Danzo).
Whereas Madara couldnt beat fodder shinobi of the SA in CQC and had to retreat. PS is his bread & butter, he's fucked once itachi deals with it.

Nagato was completely under Kabuto's control at that point though so nothing he did in that battle is neccessarily what Nagato would have done had he been in control.

dont know but isnt it commom sense that the original owner wouldnt have the same restriant than a person whho isnt like the chakra drain kakashi had to deal with obito sharigan plus that be the most dumb ms tech if even the original owner could only use it once a decade

Then you only have the 10year recharge limit...it can't be taken away, due to nothing contradicting said limit being displayed or hinted at...someone would've used the phrase unlike Uchiha Shisui(the people who used it knew Shisui well right?)... to highlight his superior usage/recharge rate. The way people who stole Hashirama's Dna kept highlighting the originals superiority in using Mokuton.

You ignore that Itachi was lying throughout that fight. He claimed lies like Izuna being killed by his brother which isn't true. Maddy being invincible immortal is false.
You ignore that Itachi was considered the greatest genius of his era. Hiruzen considered him omnipotent that he will never lose a mission. He left everything to him.
Madara may counter ordinary genjutsu but he hasn't fought anyone of Itachi's caliber. He is reputed to control people by bypassing the HQ's Sensor Team. That's an extreme level of genjutsu skill.
He can disappear from Maddy's eyes (through his speed) to prevent being caught in illusions.
He awakened Susanoo which contain unbeatable tools. He does have something other than illusions. Before you say he found those weapons in the wilderness; false. He awakened them, DB reiterates this fact.
Snakes couldnt hold susanoo. That was an anime only scene. PS is sealed by Totsuka. Yata deflects PS Slash.
It's a manga fact that it's unbreakable. Shikaku believed it can completely control a person.
obito doesn't know much regarding itachi. He did not understand how itachi sealed the amaterasu in his brother's eyes. He said "somehow" when having conversation about that meaning he was not sure.
He didn't introduce him to akatsuki, he entered of his own will be "marked" as a traitor in the eyes of the leaf.
He was not overpowered by DSM Kabuto. It was to fix the loop of Izanami, he got severed.

I don’t think itachi faster then madara you saying he kept up with naruto and bee but they were talking to him trying to get information about edo, and even if he is faster then them that was KcM- madara kept up with BsM something that’s why faster. The reason itachi used izanami was because they wasn’t going to be able to beat him in sage mode he dodge sasuke arrow with ease at full power so basically that was plot protection so they both would die in that cave plus the only why to catch him in izanami was to get stabbed through the chest he would be dead if he was edo. If we go by with manga say 2 Uchiha with the same eyes(meaning MS) can’t cast genjutsu on each other and that came straight from itachi mouth

Itachi was obviously lying when he said sharingan genjutsu can't be used on the same eyes. Koto was used on Itachi's MS, and itachi himself thought that Koto could be used EMS.
