Whoever doubted naruto's base form surpasses the Kage. I just find it far fetched naruto can outspeed Sasuke when literally all his speed gains came from the kyuubi chakra and not his training in base form

Naruto didn't show any speed feat there and barely reacted. Naruto blitzing kaguya is not impressive when he didn't make her use RS. Sasuke rescued Naruto from Juubito with mobility reducing Susano'o before Minato could use Flying Thunder God seals. Sasuke had better reaction vs Juubito even though Naruto has the emotion sensing which knows thoughts before the attack initiates. Naruto had a disadvantage by having a Gudodama spike incoming but yet he has the emotion sensing to make up for that and Kurama mode for better reaction but still struggled. In movie Sasuke outpaced Naruto with RSM cloak and that's not because of a strategy since one could argue ameno is a close mid range technique and takes up more chakra to use better option is foot speed. Sasuke blatantly takes it in speed department by feats and hype god like speed putting CM2 Sasuke in V2 A tier speed only A has god-like speed nickname for Lightning armour in the Databook. This is one thing Naruto fans shouldn't argue since that would only make you sound in denial.

Clearly he gained a lot of speed at Base, lest Momoshiki would had speedblitz him. It's likely the increase in speed at that level is a side-effect of continually using Kurama chakra.

It does, unless the speed difference isn't massive.
Amped Momoshiki had a massive speed upgrade seeing as he blitzed the Gokage. Up to that point, they kept up with him and Kishinki.

Naruto was able to react to him, which implies his speed was relatively close to Momoshiki. Comparatively, war arc Naruto at Base would have gotten fodderized if he had fought amped Momoshiki, implying his Base while at adult grew in speed since he was slower at that level earlier. The point finally is this; Naruto doesn't necessarily need to train at Base. As I said earlier, it's likely his Base strength increases as a side-effect of using Kurama chakra.

you're exagerrating Sasuke fight with Kinshiki just like you're exagerrating naruto base form against momo.all of Momo physical attributes were powered by Kinshiki that is true but Naruto was still getting overwhelmed and Sasuke never was that overwhelmed by kinishikj and infAct manage to scar him in their first fight.

This. Base Naruto is more of a dodger/Reactor than an outright speedster(at least among the god tiers). I'd compare it to a batter reacting to and being able to hit a fast ball, that doesn't mean the batter himself can run at that speed.
