OT- I don’t think it's fair to compare Nagato and Toneri and their fights. Keep in mind Nagato was special even Madara saw it and decided to give him his rinnegan. Nagato had enough power to wield the Rinnegan while someone like Obito only used one as stated because two Rinnegans would overpower him. Also Nagato fought a far weaker Naruto here.

Meanwhile Toneri is not even special. He's Ototsuki Chakra but he isn't really strong. He's a huge arsenal of techniques but his durability sucks. He also fought a much stronger Naruto. But regardless Nagato would destroy Toneri with the lowest of difficulties.

Doesn't the Rinnegan consist of Rikudo Chakra? I thought that can harm the TSB? Or do I mix things up here?

Yes the rinnegan is from rokudo chakra, rokudo yin(Indra) and rokudo yang(Ashura)

Rinnegan can see it and RSM can sense it. While everyone else is completely helpless against Limbo. these are the only facts in the manga. Whether you can accept that or remain delusional for the rest of your NB career shall be witnessed by all.

TSB doesn't > Edo Tensei if you tried to say it destroys the body entirely without any chance of regeneration.

Because the technique which negates ninjutsu is onmyoudon (yin yang release) applied to the TSB

For that to happen Toneri has to hit Nagato with one of his green spheres which consists of chakra thus we have to disuss which absorbtion technique is superior since Nagato has Preta Path and Gakidou.

If you talk about the end scene from the movie. Toneri needed hundreds of Byakugans and the energy of the Sun to accomplish this feat.
