The one in the war was with the chakra of all the tailed beasts + RSM. The one against Toneri was using the chakra of Yin+ Yang Kurama + RSM. I ain't going to sit here and explain it to you, so you can save face by going around in circles. Naruto used RSM against Toneri.

I consider the Rinnegan and the Tenseigan to be at the same level but the users may not be. Especially when the eyes that they're using aren't their own. Both Nagato and Toneri were using someone else's eyes. Hagoromo and Hamura were portrayed to be equals until Hagoromo became Juubi Jin.

And are people really comparing the KCM Naruto that fought Nagato to the perfect Jinchuuriki using KCM, Sage Mode, and Six Paths Chakra? I'm sure he wasn't able to fly until he got RSM anyways. War Arc KCM and The Last KCM are clearly not on the same level.

I'm pretty sure it's awakened by combining rokudo yin(Indra) and rokudo yang(Ashura) chakra to achieve Hogaromo chakra which is rokudo chakra.

The second scenario kurama had been healing Naruto and increased his endurance he didn't once say he was tired. Naruto was also using 6psm and Sasuke didnt use all of the little chakra those tailed beasts had to use Indra's arrow. 3rdly kurama gathered all the nature energy to counter him and even during the fight kurama pretty much claimed he wasn't a master of the rinnegan.

I hardly think of Naruto defeating a Toneri a feat. Toneri had his Tenseigan for 10 minutes and no previous experience at all and he was never fighter type, all his life he was alone on the Moon.
