No, Frog Kata's range is not the slightest bit impressive, it's fairly limited. It is pretty useless against even moderate ranged jutsus. Chidori Nagashi has a much greater range compared to it. Frog Kata will get fodderized before application.

Shadow clones are unimportant because they don't increase the range of Frog Kata. They will just apply the same technique from different angles and will get fodderized as well.

And BTW, Sage Mode is not allowed for Naruto (according to the OP's conditions) so Frog Kata is also not allowed. But I'm still being lenient with your argument because Sage Mode and Frog Kata won't do jack to Sasuke.

It is already started that chidori can't be used without sharingan.I don't think sasuke would be able to see anything properly without his doujutsus active

Chidori can be used without Sharingan. It just won't be as precise, but a trained Sasuke can hit it right even without Sharingan. And BTW, Chidori is only the parent jutsu. All other Chidori variants can easily be used without Sharingan.

Weren't you the one who imposed the condition that Sasuke was purged of Sharingan? So in light of that, how does he have genjutsu? Yeah, both of them can potentially utilize genjutsu (especially Sasuke), but since they don't have any genjutsu feats, we aren't giving them free genjutsu feats to fill up their arsenal. Sasuke didn't do any genjutsu without Sharingan and Rinnegan, and Naruto didn't do any genjutsu at all.

Sasuke run ration through his sword and Naruto has absolutely no counter.. He could take out all 1000 clones with this one jutsu.. Naruto has little to no chance of winning.

Lmao did you really say chidori nagashi? That attack that naruto took on in base and got up like a few second later? This is SM naruto with durability speed precog strenght and Frog kata to throw ghost punches and you are saying chidori nagashi counters lmao? And thats like only if sasuke has lightning on him while fighting chidori nagashi is a stand still technique. I refuse to believe that you think chidori nagashi would do anything to SM naruto when he fell in rock spikes without even feeling a thing. Use a better counter

Well no there's to many levels to a fighting with a shinobi.
Sasuke has the advantage in Nin,intell,Gen, and seals
Naruto has strength and chakra
They tie in Taiand speed. But are still equal.

No Sharingan means no chidori, which is the only threatening technique in Sasuke's arsenal. Base Sasuke gets steamrolled by Naruto.
