Upon being placed under the Genjutsu, the sky will turn a dark shade of marone. Then, a massive, red sigil resembling a bird will appear in the sky. The victim will be paralyzed during this time, and within moments, they will imagine themselves dying from a fatal stab or slash wound that they inflicted upon themselves. The victim will take damage due to the mental stress placed on the mind, but it is all an illusion in reality.

That clan was the Hokuto clan of the Hidden Moon. The main purpose of Hokuto Shinken is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shinken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. This rule would lead to the demise of all the Hokuto clan except one...the one who would be chosen by Ryuken, the previous successor and his adoptive father, as the true Fist of the Northstar! His name was Kenshiro, the youngest of the Hokuto brothers. After Ryuken chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh in a fit of jealous rage, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Roah left bent on taking the title from Kenshiro by force, but not before Ryuken spoke to Raoh of Hokuto's Ultimate form, Musō Tensei, an ability Ryuken, laughing in the face of death, said was unattainable by Raoh, his great ambition stopping him from ever knowing true sorrow.
Now aware of Roah's true intention's and with a blood lust for vengeance, Ken seeks out Raoh to avenge their father.During the course of battle, the pain of loss of friend and foe alike took a toll on Kenshiro, and the deep sorrow that he bared eventually awakened the state of Musō Tensei, and a revelation of the style's future form. This shook Raoh to the core, experiencing the sensation of fear for the first time as he remembers Ryuken's dying words to him. After an hour of fighting, Raoh had fallen. Kenshiro, now battered and bloody, drops to one knee next to Raoh, who smiles at Kenshiro and expresses his regret for killing their father, and that he knew Kenshiro was truly worthy now. As Roah, the only person Ken truly considered a friend died, he decided that the bloody cycle created by Hokuto Shinken's "1 successor per generation" rule must be changed.

Upon thrusting the hands forwards, seven bullets shaped bursts of wind chakra will shoot outwards in a tight grouping towards the enemy, capable of piercing straight thru the enemy, sending them flying backwards ~Notes~

(Denkiteki Subeta Kiai - Zed-Ken): The Sword of the Fighting Spirit - The Z Sword
Type: Weapon Rank: A Rank Range: Short Chakra: 30 Damage: 60 Description: The Z sword was a weapon forged for those who are truly warriors at heart. The creator built the sword out of the finest materials around. Forging the metals needed to form a proper alloy that would allow for the blade to be light, but still very durable. The core of the blade would be interlaced with a series of cells that act as both storage devices and passage ways for chakra. This allows the wielder's raw chakra to flow through the handle of the blade, to be stored into the cells. After the required amount of chakra is amassed, the user could then use nature manipulation to convert the chakra to their choice of element. This would coat the blade in a representation of that element (i.e. flames for katon, static for raiton, etc) allowing the user to slash through techniques by utilizing their elemental weakness. But that is not the main purpose of these cells. The main purpose of these cells is to assist the user in achieving heights that exceed the limits of normal men, in a sort of Zen-Kai blast of power.
Slowly, throughout the battle, whether being directly held or not, the blade will absorb the wielders raw chakra and store it into these cells. Zantetsu - Iron Slicer Type: Supplementary Rank: B-rank Range: Short (Self) Chakra: 20 Damage: 40 Description: Zantetsu refers to the skill of a swordsman in there ability to cut through object that are equally as hard as, or stronger than their own sword. By adding more chakra to their strikes and adding emphasis to the core technique of their swordsmanship, honed through years of training; the user is able to boost the rank of their Kenjutsu strike by one rank in order to overcome the strength of any opponents steel/earth/bone/crystal based jutsu. This jutsu must be applied during the kenjutsu strike, applicable to anything listed as non-elemental kenjutsu, and costs an additional jutsu slot on the turn of use. The defining purpose of this jutsu it to allow the user to continue using their sword(s) even against such users as Kaguya's, Steel Users, Crystal users etc, for their abilities are generally stronger than a standard kenjutsu strike can take on. Notes:
- This technique is applicable only on non-elemental based kenjutsu, meaning any elemental chakra channeled into the sword itself to deal damage.
- This applies to all swords the user is holding/using during the attack and ends the moment the strike has been completed.
- Takes up one of the three jutsu slots each time it is used, meaning that when used (with an appropriate kenjutsu technique) the user has only one jutsu slot remaining and thus by default, can only be used once per turn.
- Can only be used five times per match.
- Can only be taught by Shinta.

Nope.. It was brand new.. And the chakra blast is the only reason I made this stupid thing. I could care less about the elemental stuff. I hope no one else compares this to Samehada, because Samehada takes everyone's chakra, is sentient, doesn't have a cap to how much chakra it takes, and adds to chakra reserves/stamina where as this one would only take the wielder's chakra, is a weapon only, has a max of chakra it can handle, and gives a power boost (leaving the user exhausted after). Similar to the samurai technique taught in samurai specifically I renember it from when i had my mifune bio.possibly could get approved cause its targeting specific clans/types but yeh similar to samurai exclusive jutsu/kenjutsu.

Weapons should only be the one rank, you can then post the rank of the abilities within the description itself, as well as the restrictions on the ability. Also, elemental stream has been done to death .__.

Zantetsu - Iron Slicer Type: Supplementary Rank: B-rank Range: Short (Self) Chakra: 20 Damage: 40 Description: Zantetsu refers to the skill of a swordsman in there ability to cut through object that are equally as hard as, or stronger than their own sword. By adding more chakra to their strikes and adding emphasis to the core technique of their swordsmanship, honed through years of training; the user is able to boost the rank of their Kenjutsu strike by one rank in order to overcome the strength of any opponents steel/earth/bone/crystal based jutsu. This jutsu must be applied during the kenjutsu strike, applicable to anything listed as non-elemental kenjutsu, and costs an additional jutsu slot on the turn of use. The defining purpose of this jutsu it to allow the user to continue using their sword(s) even against such users as Kaguya's, Steel Users, Crystal users etc, for their abilities are generally stronger than a standard kenjutsu strike can take on. Notes:
- This technique is applicable only on non-elemental based kenjutsu, meaning any elemental chakra channeled into the sword itself to deal damage.
- This applies to all swords the user is holding/using during the attack and ends the moment the strike has been completed.

You're going to have to link me the jutsu you think it is similar to, as I had a quick glance through the kenjutsu thread and can't see anything at the present.

I'm not at all familiar with your CSC, but this technique seems like it could back fire. I mean, if you used this on me, I would allow you to summon these legions of magpies, but as soon as the first few arrived, I would send some sort of really fast technique your way. I would do this in a hope to pre-detonate the magpies, getting you caught in your own technique. Maybe if you added a part where they appear around your opponent or something.

This is awfully close to Suigetsu's technique for turning his body into water, generally speaking. It would work well as a Hozuki custom, but it fear it would be declined if it were submitted as a water technique.

I really like this one. I would add something about it being really fast though, or another improvement. I mean, you have two restrictions on it, and it's only a sealed wind shield. Also, you could add something to the effect that you could channel fuuton chakra back into the mark to 'refuel' the technique. This could also be used well in combination with other techniques.
