Jin Gaara and Kabuto don't belong a tier above either Killer B or KCM Naruto. Especially since either one would beat either one with about mid difficulty.

Well yes, but Kabuto already said that him and Oro are far superior to Tobirama at using edos.(he meant the percentage of power they come back from their alive forms)

Not a whole tier stronger though. Unless you think bsm naruto was more powerful from the fight against juubito. I didn't see any great feats to say otherwise.

That's just common sense. Think of the difference between base naruto and SM naruto. Apply the same differential to Naruto's BM, and you see that BSM is much stronger.

Kurama alone would get slaughtered by madara's PS. But yeah again of course it's stronger but a whole tier? Madara did say hashirama's sage mode was disappointing and he did struggle a bit with ems sasuke. The shinsuusenju was very strong too but a whole tier above wood dragons?

True that Madara's PS beats Kurama in a fight. But PS +Kurama>>>>>PS. And Shinsuusenju is FAR stronger than wood dragons, since it basically stalemated with PS-Kurama fusion, whereas Wood dragons were defeated by the kyuubi alone. I definitely think EMS madara with the kyuubi is a tier above EMS madara alone.

I know why Gaara lost. Looking at his feats, regardless of him saving his village, he isn't taking B out.

I assumed Jin Gaara was the same Gaara that fought Madara with his BM. If this is the one that fought Deidara, then I agree with where you put him. But SM Kabuto is in fact above KCM Nardo and Killer Bee. Manda 2 alone is a big threat. That combined with the rest of Kabuto's arsenal would be too much for them.

Nope. That refers to Jin Gaara at the beginning of Part 1. With no cooperation from Shukaku and he doesn't have his war arc abilities.

I still fail to see how SM Kabuto is being underrated here. He is tier 7 material, as he should be on par (slightly weaker) with/than Rejuvenated Nagato, stronger than KCM Nardo, etc.

He's only on par with Nagato when there is no intel and when he has the location advantage, otherwise Nagato beats him. And he definitely doesn't beat Naruto, not when there is full intel both ways.

Then again, since these aren't VS based, I can only assume in a canon situation, neither of them would have any intel on each other. So why you are basing everything on intel scenario's is beyond me.

1. Not everything is based solely on a VS scenario, though it doesn't change the fact that VS scenarios are taken into account. If most people on one tier mid diff a certain character, then there is no way that I'm going to put that character on their tier.

2. Intel that isn't full always gives someone an advantage. If Kabuto needs an intel advantage and a location advantage to fight on Nagato's level then he obviously isn't on his level. If he was on his level, he would need no kind of advantage to beat him, or fight on his level.

Kabuto vs the Uchiha Bros is an example. They were holding back against Kabuto, yet they still gave him trouble when he had the intel and location advantage. Nagato would take them both out regardless of intel or location. That's why Nagato is above Kabuto. He's a bigger threat to the stronger characters, and he'd perform better than Kabuto does in most fights.
