[Discussion] Sasuke's Plan

I kinda see where you're going with this but at the same time I don't haha Could you explain?

Basically Itachi tells Naruto if you do everything alone you will fail which happened a lot in the past. Since Sasuke is kind of like Indra he does things alone rather with consulting people about their opinions on the matter. As a result, if Sasuke thinks he could just make decisions on his own, he will fail.

Second part about the Hokage. The village have to acknowledge him to become hokage because if the village don't he's not a hokage. Since everybody in IT he still have a chance to redeem himself before everybody thinks he's unworthy of becoming Hokage because I'm pretty sure people are changing their opinions about him little by little. So he has to work to be acknowledged by the people of the village

Oh ok thx for the explanation. I guess that makes sense. I also believe that it will be hard for sasuke to become hokage bc of what itachi said. However I must say that I'm disappointed in sasuke then cause I was really hoping that he would turn out different at the end. His decision is pretty much the same as madara and kaguya and even pein I think.

Sasuke's plan seems to involve tearing the current system down and rebuilding it.That would mean getting rid of the elements that made the old system bad such as the kage and bijuu.

His actions are very illogical, but that is kishimoto's doing. He turned suckske from a misguided EMO into a true douche. Doesn't make sense to me, but it kishimoto's manga so he can do what he likes with his characters.

Yea I agree but I feel like it coulda been so much better. First if kaguya never appeared but whatever. And sasuke had a nice progression as a character. I thought he had come to a point now of coming full circle with everything he has been thru and being able to come to an agreement with Naruto to break the cycle... Nope, complete opposite haha

Sasuke is killing the 5 kage because they simply are not what he sees fit to be a Kage... they don't share his ideals. Their rule has and will not lead to peace and he knows that as we do also. so by killing off the 5 Kage he will gain some dictatorship and he even made it clear that anyone who's on his way shall be eliminated, he will rule the world through fear to make anyone acknowledge him, thus is why he said about the revolution. Sasuke is simply taking no chances and similar to Danzo he is protecting the shinobi world even if it LOOKS bad.

I think Sasuke stated his plan to gain the upper hand against Naruto and then deal with everyone else afterwards. After they all are dead, he would take care of the Gokages and end the Genjutsu, being the only one left when the rest wake up. He can then give them any story he wishes to gain power. If the Gokages were still alive, then he wouldn't be able to do that.

Great so essentially it Become just like when kaguya ate the fruit and ruled the world. Which by now we know it was fake peace and failed.

Sasuke's sudden turn last chapter is no surprise to me either. Since he joined the battle, there have been hints of his upcoming betrayal. Sakura's fake smile when Sai asked if he could be trusted, his answer to Hagoromo, and his silence when Sakura asked what his true intentions as a Hokage candidate were.

I don't think he's evil, I believe he truly thinks the only way to prevent history from repeating is to take full control of the situation and prevent others from interfering.

Hahaha yea exactly. He will obviously have to kill kakashi and sakura. I'm sure he must have smth in mind to release people from IT but his plan sounds pretty dumb right now since he needs naruto lol

He did look pretty evil, but I think it was a mix of vengeance for Itachi and the Uchiha clan, plus Indra's thirst for power overcoming him temporarily.

Anyway, I don't understand his actions either nor what he's trying to accomplish. If he does succeed in killing the kages and bijuus than he's going to be defeated by Naruto + The Alliance short after anyway.

It's basically a stupid suicide plan. He wants to become the new hokage yet he's doing something what everyone DOESN'T want him to do, And it's gonna make everyone hate him even more.

No I don't believe he is evil at all. What he's doing is seen as evil in the eyes of peacemakers like Naruto, but to him it's the only way to prevent what happened to his clan from happening again. His actions are wrong in the eyes of the good (kill for the sake of peace), but his intentions are not. If he can overcome Indra's hold on him and just listen to Naruto, he would realize he's making a huge and costly mistake.

Wait so you're thinking he's not really acting on his own free will and that it is because of indra's influence that he has decided to do this?
