Description: As an application of advanced fire manipulation, the user begins by channelling his fire chakra into the ground. The causes a countless rose flowers made of fire (6 inches high) to erupt from the ground. The crimson red flowers glow so brightly that it starts hitting the eye, forcing everyone to close their eyes. The flowers when they erupt, are in their unbloomed state, that will pierce anyone and anything like a spike, and also burn them at the area of contact. The user when he wishes, can form a single handseal to make the flowers bloom and face the opponent before firing a stream of fire from its centre, that has the ability to evaporate a huge ocean if all the flowers fire together. The fire will burn the opponent into crisp, before consuming him entirely.
Note:
- Can only be used twice.
- Once the flowers have erupted, the user needs to bloom it within 3 turns, or else it disappears.
- No techniques above S rank in the same or next turn.

Take away the blinding part of it, and re-word the "pierce anyone and anything" part. Evaporating an ocean is a large over exaggeration, change that. If you want it so you can activate it another turn it needs to count as a move when you activate it. If its not like that you're basically giving yourself 4 moves on the turn you choose to activate.

Also, I'd prefer if you didn't include the credit bit. Obviously people help others with CJs, and that's fine, but this makes it seem like you just had the CJ written for you and you posted it, which I'm sure happens somewhat often and can't be stopped, but don't make it so obvious.

✦ Declined, this is beyond the scope of fire jutsu and makes little sense as well; Sand when superheated turns into glass. And you will not be able to utilize it as it is still sand. Unless you have Sand Release, you're not manipulating Sand. ✦

Description: The user gathers raiton chakra in the ground underneath the target and makes a motion with his hand, lifting up. This brings about several sharp branches consisting of dense bright white raiton chakra to emerge up from the ground piercing through the target's body all over and pinning them up in the air as the branches rise farther to resemble a dead tree. This technique paralyzes the targeted areas and splits up into more spears of lightning as it pierces through the target. It is up to the user how large the tree becomes and it may even become large enough to capture a bird up in the sky or a giant summon such as Gamabunta.
-Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
-May only be used twice per battle

Description: This is an enhanced version of the Samurai sabre technique where having acquired better control, the user gathers a large amount of very dense heavy black colored chakra with a red outline around their sword. The user executes a slash to send a huge crescent blade of the chakra through the air in a great menacing wave. What makes this unique is that the user may give the projectile a spin while executing the cut so that it may swerve around and change directions in mid flight. The user may execute a very large horizontal slash to turn it into a very long crescent blade wrapping around and surrounding the user in a ring to fly outwards away from the user in all directions on the horizontal plane up to long range. The user may also stab their sword into the ground to unleash a destructive surge of chakra in an omnidirectional short range attack. Doing so grants the user protection from all directions including from below by engulfing the user in a wave of chakra blasting all around momentarily.
-Is capable of countering ninjutsu of equal rank due to the chakra surge technique.
-Must know the Samurai Sabre technique

(Hikasazanami-Ken: Hakai Pentaguramu) - Chop Hanging Rippling Fist: Destruction Pentagram

Description: This technique requires a high level of precision and chakra control, but when done properly is a devastating hand to hand technique. The practitioner will strike their target with five quick and seemingly weak strikes. With each strike they will release a ripple of chakra into the enemy's body that radiates out from the point of contact. These five strikes are delivered in a the shape of a pentagram, and each must have the same exact amount of chakra released. This causes the ripples to travel with the same wavelength along the skin and muscles of the target. When the ripples come in contact they build off each other due to constructive interference. They rapidly grow stronger until they create the phenomena of destruction, making the opponent feel as though their muscles have exploded inside their body. This leaves them almost incapable of movement as their muscles are torn to shreds.

Description: A long range based Chop hanging jutsu created to repell jutsu from a long range or hit an opponent from mid range. The user will begin by taking the CHRP stance before channenling chakra into his palms. Once ready the user will, with both hands strike the air infront of him. To the opponent(without a doujutsu) this first act will look like nothing more then a practise strike. As the user does this he will channel the chakra into the air particals themselves. As the chakra enters a cluster of air particals it will send a strong ripple through them. As the ripple reaches the end of the air partical the partical will explode sending out even more ripples into the vicinity creating a chain reaction of ripples throughout the air. As this technique takes time to build up it is useless at Short range and as such the user won't be hurt by this. As the chain reaction spreads the explosions will get stronger and stronger and the ripples will move faster and faster causing the technique to slowly build into a shockwave which will hit almost anything within a 360 degree radius as it spreads outwards. This technique is capable of Shattering earth jutsu of the same rank due to this turning into a powerful shockwave. If this technique hits the opponent he will have several of his bones shattered and he will be sent flying backwards into long range. At first, without a doujutsu this technique cannot be seen, but once this technique leaves short range the air itself will look like it is shimmering or moving, the dust on the ground will be pushed away from the ground or water will begin to cause ripples on the surface which is what gives this jutsu away.

Description: An extremely powerful Lightning jutsu used to take out everything in the vicinity of the user. To start with the user will begin to channel massive amounts of Raiton chakra to every point of his body. As he is doing this he will be straining his body to the point where the chakra will actually begin escaping his body while he is channeling it which causes strain and pain to the users body. Once the chakra is completely built up the user will raise his arms up unleashing a small amount of the raiton before slamming his hands onto the ground unleashing the entire amount. The result is a 360 degree wall of lightning which erupts from the users center. The lightning it so powerful that it cuts through the ground itself and creates a crater up to mid range with the user in the dead center. This technique is aptly named due to the lightning being so condensed and powerful that anyone hit by this technique will be shredded to dust. This technique also turns the earth to dust and after being used a large dust cloud is surrounding the user. This technique being so strong and unfocused hurts the user leaving burns all over his body from the lightning backlashing.

Descirption: The user channels his suiton chakra into a weapon of his choice( kunai, shuriken etc..) and projects it towards his target. Upon contact with a body or intended target, the chakra infused in the weapon erupts violently, in the form of a rushing stream of water. The stream of water has enough force to knock a person, off his feet. The amount of water formed is directly proportional to the number of weapons, which was infused with suiton chakra. Each infused weapon can bring forth 1m3 of water.
Note: Can be channeled to a maximum of 5 weapons at a time.

Description: For this jutsu to work, the intended target should be wearing some sort of garments or be made of substance than can absorb water. If these garments were soaked in water(prior), the user can use his suiton chakra to manipulate the water molecules in order to twist the garments, tightly around the intended target. These garments stick to the opponents skin, constricting him. The pressure of the constricting garments against the opponent's body will restrict his movements preventing him from bringing his hands together for seals. If used correctly, this technique can even choke a person to death. Being soaked in water, coated by the users chakra, these garments cannot be cut with normal weapons like kunia's,swords etc. The jutsu stays active as long as the user pressures with his chakra and when released, the garments will return to normal. If the user doesn't release the jutsu after 3 turns, the opponent would faint due to the rise in blood pressure.

(Genjutsu: Suisuāmīnaifu) – Illusionary Arts: The Swiss Army Knife

Description: The Swiss Army Knife, is a unique pocket knife or a multi-tool. The Swiss Army Knife was a multi-tool object, which could be unfolded to reveal several tools such as a knife, fork, spoon, scissor etc. This illusion is based upon the Swiss Knife, in the aspect that this illusion can tricker various effects. To perform the illusion, the practitioner must perform the Snake – Tiger hand sequence. As a result the opponent will be put under the illusion that the practitioner shoots forward with such speed that it is untraceable. They will see the practitioner slamming them into the ground with a hand on their throat, while then disappearing in a blur. As a result when they are slammed into the ground the air would be knocked out of them as well as their rips bruised. This will then proceed to tricker one of six different endings of this illusion.

Flaying Knife: The Flaying Knife is where the illusion will proceed, with the opponent being paralyzed in their lying position, while the practitioner will proceed by literally skinning them with an incredible sharp knife, starting with their face. This will cause the brain to believe that they would be in a large amount of pain, caused by the skinning of their face.

Heretic’s Fork: A more patient illusionary ending, where the opponent will simply feel that a tool is strapped to their neck, that object being a double headed fork, pointing at both his head and chest, so if he tries to move, the fork will pierce his head and his chest at the same time, the tool is of course irremovable. If the tool pierces the opponent, they would feel excruciating pain before dying of blood loss.

Maiden’s Spoon: Here the opponent will see two spoons like structures rise from either side of them, as they are lying down. These spoons will encapsulate them similar to that of the torture device known as the Iron Maiden, resulting in the opponent being pierced by hundreds of senbon like needles, causing seering pain before they would die.

Seering Scissor: The Seering Scissor. The opponent will feel that they would be restricted of their movement, while the practitioner would be seen holding an extremely hot and sharp scissor, which he would utilize to cut off parts of the target, which could be fingers, toes, tongue, nose, ears, crotch etc. Of course this would also make the opponent feel excruciating pain.

Crushing Corkscrew: Here the opponent will feel two fanged wooden bars appear around various articulations of his/her body, attached with spinning corkscrews. As the corkscrew spins, the bar tightens in, progressively crushing the flesh and bone, at great pain expenses, similar to the medieval Knee Crusher torture.

Tearing Compass: The opponent will suddenly feel as if they were strapped to a table which had risen out of the ground, and they would be lying on this compass like table, which they would be tied to. Afterwards, the rope would slowly began to pull the arms and legs and head away from the body, which would cause a large strain on the human body before the limbs and head would be ripped off of their body.

- May only be performed trice per battle

(Genjutsu: Chesapīkurippā) – Illusionary Arts: The Chesapeake Ripper

Description: An illusion where the practitioner will perform the Snake – Bird hand sequence, whereas they will induce an illusion upon their target. In this illusion the opponent will literally believe that they fainted due to the practitioner’s technique or some kind of poison. As they are fainting in the illusion they will feel their eyes going blury and their body going numb. When they “wake up”, they will soon realize that they are strapped to a surgical table, restricted of movement. They will then notice several surgical tools lying on the table besides them, and a person bending over it, picking up some of the tools. Furthermore there is a mirror situated above the table so that the person can see himself. The person holding the tools is the practitioner, whom will continue to walk up to the target and start cutting them open and with surgical precision take out the liver and other vital organs from within the target. A true nightmare for a person to witness, especially in this situation, as the brain would not seem to react to the pain, as the brain has also been induced to believe that they have received an overdose of Morphine, resulting in them feeling little to no pain. All they can do is watch as they are cut open and the practitioner takes their vital organs. Of course this is merely an illusion, in reality the target is immobile and open for an attack.

Summoning Contract:

(Fuzakeru mitsugo) - The Playful Triplets

Description: Quite the interesting summoning, where the practitioner will perform the necessary steps for the summoning technique. This will result in the summoning of three individuals. These three individuals are known as the Playful Triplets. These three baby storks are no taller than they would reach the height of half a human’s leg. The three stork babies are completely white, with red beans and they all have diapers on. Of course they have names, the first is named Cynthia, second is Claudia and the last his Cathy. They would usually come off as cute and sweet, yet when you get to know them, you would realize that they are in fact very playful and dangerous. Cynthia and Claudia both carry their own toy, Cynthia carrying a small doll resembling a monkey. At the same time Claudia always carries her little bucket filled with candy, and Cathy is in the possession of her own little red blanket. Together these three babies possess three unique abilities. Cynthia with her little doll, she is capable of throwing it at the target like a shuriken and on impact it will expand in size and wrap itself around the target restricting their movement. Claudia on the other hand with her bucket of candy, is capable of sending it into the air and when above the target she will activate her own ability causing the bucket to also expand rapidly in size, trapping the target beneath it. Little Cathys ability, is to control her little blanket, to extend or retract, using it like a whip or to wrap it around a target or any of the likes. The triplets are incapable of flying whatsoever, due to the fact that they are very young, yet they are very agile and capable of jumping around, performing front flips, somersaults etc. and they can all move at the base speed of a Kage ranked shinobi.
Note:
- Cynthias ability to throw her doll and cause it to expand, she is capable of performing once per battle, and it counts as a B-rank Ninjutsu
- Claudias ability to throw and expand her bucket to target the opponent, she is capable of performing once per battle, and it counts as an A-rank technique
- Cathys ability to manipulate her blanket like a whip or to wrap around a target counts as a B-rank technique, which she can utilize twice per battle
- Any of the triplets abilities counts towards the move count
- The triplets stay on the field for a maximum of four turns
- If one or two of the triplets disperses, the others will remain until their time is up

✦ Declined, Cythias and Cathys' abilities are indirectly a rip of Oversoul and Bandage Arts, and Claudias' ability to expand her bucket can be done via canon jutsu. ✦

Description: Tanroketto, or better known as Rocket, was the former commander of the Tanuki B.O.M.B squad before developing his own personal skills to a point where he could operate solo. While not skilled in elemental ninjutsu or genjutsu, he excelled in hand-to-hand combat and weapon based ninjutsu. With an appetite for explosions he outfitted all of the weapons he uses with his ninjutsu with explosive tags using the (Fuda Kakusu no Jutsu) Tag Hidding Technique. He carries a large scroll on his back as well as several smaller scrolls across his body on a strap going from his left shoulder to right him. He uses these scrolls for the manipulated tools set of techniques as well as other similar weapon based ninjutsu such as rising dragon dance. Rocket has two clips on each of his forearms where a small scroll can be attached. When doing this he can then point his arm towards a target and release a barrage of kunai. Using one scroll in this fashion releases a C-rank barrage of kunai, using two scrolls is B-rank, three scrolls is A-rank and four scrolls is S-rank. Each scroll can be used twice for this ability, meaning if all four are used simultaneously, the S-rank variation can be used twice per battle at most.
-Rocket's weapon based techniques gain +15 damage due to the hidden explosive tags within them.
-Can only used weapon based ninjutsu such as manipulated tools and rising dragon dance up to A-rank.
-Can only be summoned once per battle.
-Lasts for up to four turns.

Bōfūu no Bakuhatsu | Rainstorm Explosion

Description: Upon discovering his affinity for the intriguing rain element, Littlefinger. began seeking ways to perfect his usage of it. He began studying the intricacies of it, learning what is and what isn't, what ought to be and what oughtn't to be. During his recent course of study he accidentally created a special rain technique which would aid him in battle. He realized that by forming the Horse ~ Dog handseals and concentrating large amounts of chakra in raindrops just as they are being condensed, he could build up pressure in their individual cohesive bonds thus causing them to vibrate forcefully. Therefore, on coming in contact with any object, the raindrops explode violently, dealing severe damage. The impact force of the explosion of these raindrops can be likened to massive blows dealt on the impact areas. The impacts are blunt and are capable of dealing only blunt damage meaning they affect muscles and bones as well as having a concussive effect when they hit the head. If the user is somehow caught in this, they too have to defend from it although the possibility of this happening is low as the technique takes effect mid-long range from the user, not short. During his recent course of study he accidentally created a special rain technique which would aid him in battle. He realized that by forming the Horse ~ Dog handseals and concentrating large amounts of chakra in raindrops just as they are being condensed, he could build up pressure in their individual cohesive bonds thus causing them to vibrate forcefully. Therefore, on coming in contact with any object, the raindrops explode violently, dealing severe damage. The impact force of the explosion of these raindrops can be likened to massive blows dealt on the impact areas. The impacts are blunt and are capable of dealing only blunt damage meaning they affect muscles and bones as well as having a concussive effect when they hit the head. If the user is somehow caught in this, they too have to defend from it although the possibility of this happening is low as the technique takes effect mid-long range from the user, not short. Equipping their sword, the user removes their hand from under the lightning and rapidly slices their blade 4 times into said glob.  Declined  Good one though there is one small part missing: how does the insertion of senbon (that is the name of ninja ninjas btw) trigger illusionary states? You need to explain that. Be careful not to make it collide with existing CFS though which deal with creating illusions through physical/on touch induction of chakra fluctuation and therefore genjutsu. The idea, effects, etc are all good though you need to explain that part better to make it approvable.

Description: Following the principle of ejecting the high pressure soundwaves from his body, the user can use them to slow down his movement as well as prevent an opponents strike. By ejecting the soundwaves from his fist, for example, while moving it towards the opponent the user can slow down and stop the movement of his hand. Depending on the situation on the battlefield this can come as a very useful technique for situations when something doesn't go as planned. Following this principle, the user can also slow down and stop an opponents strike by ejecting the high pressure soundwaves which present themselves as an obstacle in this situation. Due to the high pressure buildup the opponent would need more force to overcome the "cushion". This application is very useful in hand to hand combat because it gives the user time to exploit the situation and quickly change his tactics as he sees fit.

The bugs release the carbon monoxide whenever they respirate which is done normally like a normal breathing process.
- The bugs can only be used by an aburame user that has the breed of bugs in his possession.
- The bugs cannot be used by a nano bug user.
- The user has to state that the special breeds of bugs are brought to the battle ground from the beginning of the battle and the normal bugs cannot be used throughout the rest of the battle.
- The bugs can only be given to an aburame clan member by Shonnen.
- The bug respiration counts as a jutsu and is B ranked and must also be stated by the user in the battle before the carbon monoxide can have effect on the target.
- The carbon monoxide does not have effect on the user.

Despite the simplicity in this, it carries high compexity in its desired result. ✦ Declined, this is too much to be an S rank, it'd be an F rank and as such, can only be used once, meaning you would need to redo your restrictions. Also, the part where it says the 8 attacks qould be equivalent to an A rank technique is off; if this was an S rank, it'd be equivalent to an S rank attack. Also, regarding the crater, is an enemy is not directly hit by this but is within mid range, what happens to them? How much damage does this wave/crater create if hit by it? ✦

The mental blind spot consists of an area of vision the brain simply chooses to ignore (EG; your nose is always in your line of sight however your brain see's the image as usless therefor it ignores it) This jutsu allows the person to guage that blind spot thr the opponents breathing patterns, searching for the moment when they exhale a breath. At the end of the exhaled breath is the moment someone is most suceptable to this strike as most actions like striking/blocking/etc occur as someone is exhaling, allowing the user to quickly slip in and out of the visual blind spot before an opponent can react.

✦ Declined, I get what a mental blind spot is, but this jutsu....how does you moving around them cause you to become their mental blind spot? I cant see it being plausible with just "synchronizing with their breathing" It seems more like a genjutsu instead of a taijutsu attack. ✦

Description: The user throws a piece of cloth in the air, before performing a single handseal (Rat), infusing the cloth with chakra. At that point, the cloth will shred and divide itself into multiple pieces, no more than 10, which will then turn into various small sharp-beaked birds, akin a kunai. They have a long neck and a small wingspan, like weird looking flamingos. After the handseal, the cloth shreds, turns to birds and shoots itself towards a target of the users choice. The kunai flamingos can be shot in a converging or a diverging trajectory for focused shots or a more spread out damage output. The low rank of this jutsu allows for an easier manipulation, meaning the user can split the group evenly and send one batch for an attack whilst the other remains active for more instructions (their power would be split in half should this be done). The distinct shape and size of the birds allows them to have great acceleration. Although normally they possess the users base speed, they have reaction abilities much greater, allowing them to track and move opponents who are travelling up to the first gate and lower. When colliding with opponent(s), the birds would latch on, spreading the cloth of which their body is made and covering whichever part of the opponent is 'hit', quickly spreading to all parts of the body, almost as if the opponent was being mummified whilst alive, binding and restricting movement completely, leaving him/her at the users mercy. Alternatively, the birds can keep their shape and aim to deal physical damage by piercing through the opponent using their sharp beaks.
~ This jutsu can only be used three times and lasts a maximum of four turns, assuming the opponent doesn't neutralize the jutsu. After each usage time runs out, or the attack is destroyed, the user must wait 2 turns before being able to use it again.

✦ Declined, okay a few things here: If it is able to use elemental affinities, I cant allow 5 usages, each lasting 4 turns. At max, it would be 4 times and 3 turns at most. In addition to that, your CFS revolves around creating animated creations through the usage of cloth. You'd create a bear of elemental cloth from this, but this cloth isn't capable of producing pure elemental attacks; what would work better here is different bursts of elemental cloths that hold certain abilities, such as a collection of cloth infused with B rank fire that causes severe burning on contact, etc, or earth cloth that is dense and incredibly sturdy and causes brute force on impact. This could even be taken further with another version of this that is able to create smaller beings, such as an S ranked version that creates larger bears and releases smaller, somewhat weaker ones, but releasing raw elemental bursts of chakra, I cannot approve ✦

As soon as they are caught in this illusion, the opponent(s) would stop whatever they're doing, whether it'd be performing a jutsu or general moving and come to a complete halt. Following this, the opponent(s) would find themselves struggling to breath as a panic attack takes place, however, unlike their new fear, the panic attack is very real and a normal reaction to having a phobia of the open space and outside and finding themselves in such situation. This deals heavy mental stress which damages the opponent(s). Of course this jutsu will only be effective if used outside, and in open spaces and would not do anything if used in an enclosed space.

A panic attack would start, yes, but it doesnt mean you force the opponent to stop whatever they are doing; that's a trait of Sharingan genjutsu. I also dont see how fearing the open space would cause damage to one as they are simply panicking and if they are panicking, they would have difficulty focusing enough to even use chakra based jutsus, making this OPed ♦

✦ Declined, okay I almost approved this but then I noticed something: This is an A rank that would make any jutsus of 30 chakra and higher useless for a while. You later include that chakra bursts can break it, but that would be impossible by your wording; an A rank genjutsu would require an S rank chakra surge to break it, meaning 40 chakra. With this gen as it makes handseals impossible to form, and A rank and above jutsu useless as well, it leaves only a small window to break it. I can't allow both paralyzation and preventing chakra surges to break it, you'll need to fix that part some. ✦

Description: After performing the appropriate hand seals, the user sends a fair amount of chakra to an object or location in the form of a refined flow of electricity. This electricity stays on said object or location in a passive manner, and once it is disturbed it explodes with the power of a B-rank lightning jutsu, as well as the ability to paralyze someone for few seconds. This "bomb" can be activated through a variety of ways, with the two most common being with a handseal, or through impact with another object or form of energy. The explosion created by this bomb is fairly powerful, but it is very condensed, with its diameter being only about 6 meters.

Description: One of the few female Ligers present, the user forms the summoning handseals or wipes blood across a summoning tattoo and summons Atalanta, the greatest archer of the Liger species. Slimmer than other Ligers, Atalanta is much faster than most of them, being twice as fast as Heracles and slightly faster than Sinbad. Having being abandoned as a cub and left to die on a mountaintop, Atalanta survived the harsh conditions due to training she received from several hunter Ligers that were nearby. This rough environment caused her to become harsh in her actions and words, and a fierce warrior, her skill with taijutsu being notably proficient. However, it is her mastery of the bow that lead her to become renown. Trained by Hunter Ligers, Atalanta is able to make use of her bow and arrows for long ranged combat, using her strength to allow the arrows to fly slightly faster then kunais and shuriken manually thrown. She is able to use any arrow based jutsus of the user up to S rank as well as Taijutsu up to A rank. What is notable about Atalanta's archery mastery is through the usage of 2 key abilities unique to her archery skills: The first, named The Calydonian Hunt, requires her to release a small, slightly curved arrow, though this curve doesn't prevent it from aerodynamically traveling. Imbibed with chakra, this arrow is capable of remarkable travel through the body, causing more damage to the opponent as an arrow is capable of piercing, for example, his leg and traveling and cutting the inside of the limbs as it exits (must always exist that side of the body, a single arrow cannot enter an arm and exist the opposing leg) before detonating in a short ranged explosion, releasing this powerful tusk shaped arrow in the form of shrapnel, causing severe damage to the opponent capable of causing them to bleed out. These arrows can also be detonated prematurely. A common ability of Ligers is their ability to transform into useful items for the summoner, such as Achilles transforming into a set of armor and Icarus transforming into a set of taijutsu enhancing claws. Similar to this, the second ability allows Atalanta to transform into a dark gold bow with several of these tusk shaped arrows (5 of these, each B ranked). This bow is almost indestructible and can be wielded as a makeshift sword, capable of being used for freeform kenjutsu. After these arrows have been utilized, Atalanta's bow disperses as does she.

2. ( Kuchiyose: Ceto ) ♆ Summoning: Ceto

Description: Able to grow to lengths of 6 meters, Ceto sharks are a genus of sharks closely related to Hammerhead sharks, with Earth affinity. Light gray and have a greenish tint to them, their bellies are white which allows them to blend into the ocean when viewed from the bottom and sneak up on their prey, creating a process generally called countershading. As with all sharks, Ceto sharks have great sense of hearing, able to hear minute sounds and perfect sense of smell, able to determine the direction of a given scent based on the timing of scent detection in each nostril. This is similar to the method mammals use to determine direction of sound. The positioning of the eyes, mounted on the sides of the shark's distinctive hammer head give the shark good 360-degree vision in the vertical plane, meaning they can see above and below them at all times. They possess the characteristic elongated head, which is a chakra focal point, thus much more resistant and strong. Rather than biting, they usually slam their heads on their prey, beating them to submission. Capable of driving it's hammer like head into the opponent to deliver bone crushing blows, Ceto sharks are capable of breaking through B ranked defenses of solid based elements. With their chakra, they gain a passive ability of swimming through earth as well as through sea, though their speed in water is faster than when they travel through the earth. Moving at half their speed, Sharks are able to move through earth at the speed of the average ninja.

Should the user choose to attempt to summon a full Shark but fails, he is able to Summon a baby variant of Ceto sharks, spanning from 2-3 meters long and having the ability to bite through C ranked defenses and swimming at half the speed of the a full grown Ceto shark. Should a baby Ceto shark collide into a foe, he is able to cause bone bruising and cracking impacts, dispersing on contact. While only one full grown shark can be made from this summoning, up to 5 baby sharks are able to be summoned. These baby Ceto are also able to utilize an unique ability lost when they become fully grown as they move away from the school of sharks. As baby Ceto, they are able to swim under the user and and burst up from under the water (or earth) at max speeds, crashing into the opponent and causing bullet like impacts. As they collide into the user, they bite each limb with a fierce grip, causing damage as the last shark bits the skull of the opponent, before dispersing, causing A ranked damage. These baby Ceto are only able to attack and defend as a school of sharks.

Description: Able to grow to lengths of 10 meters, Achelous sharks are a genus of sharks closely related to Great White Sharks with a Lightning affinity. Achelous sharks displays countershading, by having a white underside and a grey dorsal area (sometimes in a brown or blue shade) that gives an overall mottled appearance. The coloration makes it difficult for prey to spot the shark because it breaks up the shark's outline when seen from the side. From above, the darker shade blends with the sea and from below it exposes a minimal silhouette against the sunlight. As with all sharks, Achelous sharks have great sense of hearing, able to hear minute sounds and perfect sense of smell, able to determine the direction of a given scent based on the timing of scent detection in each nostril. This is similar to the method mammals use to determine direction of sound. Like their real life counterpart, Achelous sharks, like all other sharks, have an extra sense given by the Ampullae of Lorenzini which enables them to detect the electromagnetic field emitted by the movement of living animals. Every time a living creature moves, it generates an electrical field and great whites are so sensitive they can detect half a billionth of a volt. Even heart beats emit a very faint electrical pulse. If it is close enough (within short range), the shark can detect even that faint electrical pulse. Due to this sense, Achelous sharks are able to detect lightning jutsus when they are being performed, and able to use the Ampullae of Lorenzini to absorb lightning jutsus passively up to S rank, making them essentially immune to the element. This works well with their ability to use Lightning jutsus up to S rank without electrocuting themselves, something that is much needed due to innate ability as sharks to live within water. Achelous sharks also have enhanced dermal denticle, giving them a sharp and strong teeth armor, capable of biting through B ranked jutsus like most sharks.

Inversely, the user is able to summon baby Achelous Sharks (each roughly a meter long) in place of a fully grown one with benefits and drawbacks of their own; Still having the Ampullae of Lorenzini, baby Achelous Sharks are able to detect lightning jutsus but unlike their adult counterparts, they can only absorb up to B rank lightning jutsu and use up to C ranked lightning. They are also able to bite through up to C ranked jutsus. As up to 10 baby Achelous sharks can be summoned at a time, collectively they are able to attack in the shape of a giant white shark, channeling A ranked chakra as they rush at high speeds, speeds of the average ninja, exploding in an electric shockwave that encompasses the entire short range before they disperse. While only one Achelous shark can be summoned alone, up to 10 baby sharks can be summoned, their powers only working when they collectively attacking/defending. These baby sharks are unable to affect singularly, instead attacking and defending as a collective school of sharks.

But if baby Achelous sharks are summoned twice, then the user cannot summon a fully grown version and if the fully grown shark is summoned, then the user cannot summon baby Achelous sharks more than once.
Note: They are able to use up to S rank lightning (Baby Achelous sharks are able to use up to C rank).
Note: Usage of lightning counts as a move per turn and the ability to turn into a massive Lightning white shark.


 Declined  My only issue here is the logic behind the electrical detection/sensing. Sharks do have that yes, but it works because they are immersed in a salt solution which conducts electricity. The air does not. And you didn't explain how this shark would be summoned. In theory, only in a water source right? Also, the biting through techniques...I've approved that in the others but just to make sure, it pertains only to physical stuff, not to energy.

Description: This ougi consists out of three different attacks, each being of a different kind, originating from the same source. To begin the user focuses chakra into his sword and then slams it into its scabbard to force all the air out of the latter. This pretty much creates a vacuum in the scabbard and the principle of the Magdeburg Hemispheres. The difference in pressure makes it so that the sword is firmly lodged in its scabbard because it's being sucked in. After that the user takes the traditional position of the Iai, the draw of the sword, grabbing the scabbard in one hand below the guard and the handle of the sword in the other and, by focusing an enormous amount of chakra into his arms and in the scabbard, he tries to draw the sword with all his might. When he succeeds it's the beginning of the three forms of the ougi.
First thing that happens is a massive amount of energy, created by overcoming the suction, that's released from the scabbard in the form of a fast pressure wave that can reach up to long range and does not contain any chakra. The principle is the similar to when a jet has broken through the sound barrier, which creates a sudden release of energy in the form of a shockwave that can shatter windows kilometers away.
The second attack is the draw of the sword itself. The user used all his strength to overcome the suction and the energy that's generated when this is done is released so fast that it propels the sword forwards because of the momentum that's transferred onto the sword. With other words the sword is gliding on the shockwave, which results in a sword draw that's far beyond the physical capabilities of the user, the only thing he needs to do is to keep a hold of the sword. This is an attack that's only effective in short range, however it's impossible to dodge it even for high-ranked Sharingan users. Visually the blade has also completely disappeared, which gives it the illusion that it's cutting a dimension open, even the user himself can't see it anymore.
The last stage of the attack comes from the chakra that was focused in the scabbard and the sword. When the sword is fully drawn and swung the chakra is, due to the momentum, stretched out to its limits, which creates a razor sharp chakra whip that can reach up to long range. When the user draws the sword vertically the chakra whip will follow the direction of the sword and will make a single powerful slash upwards, if it's drawn diagonally it will make a strong diagonal cut etc. The chakra whip just follows after the shockwave.

✘ This tech allows you to draw a sword in a way that surpasses your own physical limits. The final result however is that all the muscles and tendons in both arms are severed and the arm that drew the sword is dislocated. The user is not capable anymore of doing anything with his arms (taijutsu, kenjutsu, making handseals etc.) and is practically armless, even direct medical assistance can not change this in a short term period. This is also shown by -40 damage the user takes.

Description: The user creates a regular sized katana blade-shaped projectile made out of raiton chakra up to a max 4 of these projectiles, which can be used in a variety of ways and in conjunction with each other. First they can simply be used in the orthodox way of throwing them as an offensive projectile that, upon impact, expands to a chest-sized orb of lightning that destroys everything it touches. This can happen upon impact or, if the user wants, at a later time, when making a single handseal. This effect can be delayed by paying each turn 5 chakra for each projectile. For instance the user can impale the opponent with it, the lightning chakra will keep him shocking and numbing him as long as the projectile is still in him. This gives the user the possibility of catching him alive, but also to make hum suffer for a while and then kill him. Same thing with impaling a wall, structure or something else and let it be destroyed when the time is right.
These are the possibilities when the projectiles are used individually, however they can also be used in conjunction with each other. When two projectiles are used they can connect to each other with a lightning rope, however when three or four are used they can connect with each other in three dimensions in a common point or points. The area that is then surrounded by this structure gets destroyed by a rain of lightning. For example when using four projectiles that are stuck in the ground they connect with each other forming a square, but from each corner raiton is released to a common point: a pyramid completely made of raiton. Everything then within the pyramid gets bombarded by lightning strikes till nothing remains. This is ideal for an an ambush be hiding the projectiles and then, when someone walks into territory, make the handseal trapping them inside and killing them.

✘ Only when using four projectiles this jutsu count as an S-rank, using three or less counts as an A-rank.
✘ The S-rank version of this jusu can only be used 2 times per battle
✘ Whenever this jutsu is used, it can't be used again as long as projectiles remain from the previous jutsu

Description: The user begins by rapidly charging and releasing a full-body surge of rotating wind from all over their body that then expands outwards to short-range. This is done by charging their chakra and releasing it with the motion of extending their arms and legs in the star position (Arms outstretched to the side, legs outstretched and spaced outside shoulder width), the end result is that the user will be able to suddenly halt their directional momentum and hover momentarily using the spinning of the wind. This is particularly useful if one has been sent flying in the air and wants to regain a sense of control, by performing this jutsu they will be able to stop the uncontrolled movement and hover for a brief moment to give them enough time to assess their position. As a secondary application of the jutsu, the any jutsu that would normally cover the opponent would be pushed off and away from the user, so long as they are able to move their limbs. An example of this would be to prevent a massive amount of fire from burning the user, by creating a spinning current of wind that deflects the flame around the user, respecting the elemental advantages/disadvantages of course. It will also deflect solid object away from the user up to and including A-ranks (S-rank for specialist in wind) as well as people. Those who specialise or have a natural wind affinity will be able to create an S-rank version of this jutsu, other users will only be able to create an A-rank version. However, the momentum halting ability is not strengthened or weakened by the rank.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta.
- Can only be used four times a match.
- For the rank increase, Wind must be listed as either primary (one seal for jutsu) or secondary speciality (Faster seals), else they will only be able to use the A-rank applications.

✦ Declined, if I'm correct, -Naruto Uzumaki- has a wind jutsu that allows him to stop any movement of his body by releasing wind from his pores, stopping him instantly. Besides that, you gave the worst example possible; this would certainly not push fire off of you given fire's and wind's interaction with each other, and likely cause you to ignite yourself to great damage ✦

Suraidingu Gōriki Senpū - (Sliding Great Whirlwind)

Description: The user first steps towards their target, dropping to their knees while leaning back against the ground while their left hand used to catch their fall. This motion is to duck under a kick/punch/slash of the opponent in order to leave them open or can be a simple way to get in close to proceed with the attack. At the very moment the user catches their fall, they will perform a swift snap-kick with there right foot aimed at the opponents head. This kick would make contact at the point after the opponents countered attack should have hit for maximum effect. The user then pushes their weight off their left hand and rotates their upper body which is still parallel to the ground, acting as a pivot point to gain spinning momentum for which they will follow up the first kick with a second spinning kick to the back of the opponents head, this time using there left foot. Carrying the momentum through, the user then completed another rotation after placing there left foot on the ground, using it as an anchor to make a final kick this time with their right heel that smashes into the opponent's sending them hurtling short-range away from the user. Due to each kick being aimed at the targets head, it will induce great pain and will leave them possibly dazed from the sequence of kicks.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta
- Can only be used five times a match
- Instead of starting off on their left hand, the user can switch sides and start on their right hand instead, to change the side the kicks come from. For example, instead of starting with a right kick, left kick, right kick; the user may opt to land on their right hand, left kick, right kick, left kick instead.

Description: The user channels chakra to their feet , could also channel to the hands as well, and releases a burst of fire chakra that allows the user to launch/propel themselves. The user will be able to glide up to the next range if they put enough chakra into it. The jutsu most of the time allows them to move 5 meters in the direction of their choice.
Note: Must be taught by Korra.
