Note: I used the Japanese version of Tern, Ajisashi, as the summoning animal name. The reason for this was it just sounded cooler and will be more fun to RP with. However if it is a major issue this can be rectified. I have already named the boss for this summoning however I have not yet created the actual jutsu for the summoning as I don’t have the necessary training yet for my idea for him. So for lore sake I included him. He’ll be coming soon though.

Origin:
The Ajisashi originate from islands surrounding the south east of the Land of Water. The Ajisashi are proud sea birds and have existed since before the era of villages. Upon coming in contact with shinobi for the first time the Ajisashi decided to provide their services to only the most noble of Shinobi who followed their values.
The Ajisashi chief is named Zhi the Wise. There are four other elders of the Ajisashi. They are Ren, Yi, Xin, and Li. The Ajisashi value benevolence, loyalty, knowledge, and integrity. They do not sign contracts with shinobi with no personal values and moral standing or a sense of justice.

General Description:
The Ajisashi all are very large birds, capable of carrying at least one human even from very young of age. They have long bills and have very streamlined bodies, allowing for extremely fast dive actions. They have forked tails. Ajisashi feathers can vary in color. Most young Ajisashi have a blue color to their feathers. While the elder Ajisashi all have very distinct colorations. Their wing spans can reach a maximum of 10-11 meters and their bills and talons are very sharp and strong. Combined with their ability to dive at fast speeds make land and sea targets very good prey if undefended against. Some Ajisashi have parasites in their mouths and bodies. Some Ajisashi are capable of using these to eat through materials.

Summoning General Abilities
All Ajisashi are capable of speech and flight. They have a minimum wing span of 5 meters and a maximum of 11. Ajisashi with a wingspan of 8 – 9 fly at the greatest speed among all other Ajisashi. They are very graceful while flying. Since their bodies are streamlined they can dive at fast speeds into both the surface of water and onto land. All Ajisashi have strong bills and talons which are capable of dealing strong damage with a direct hit.
Young Ajisashi are incapable of molding their chakra and as such do not have special abilities. However adolescent and elder Ajisashi are capable of molding their chakra to amplify their voice. Ajisashi have a very unique vocalization. Their alarm and attack produce a KEE-yah sound. When used in conjunction with their chakra (only those that are old enough) it is capable of deafening opponents if the sound lands a direct hit as well as interrupting their chakra flow. Elder Ajisashi are capable of accessing their unique abilities. The five elders all have unique abilities from each other. Additionally, elder Ajisashi are capable of jutsu that do not require handseals.

Chi the Young is one of the younger Ajisashi who recently became usable as a summon by contract signers. He is fully capable of speech and has a playful and rambunctious personality. However while in combat he understands the need to focus. His body feathers are a dark blue in color while his head is black. His beak and legs are also black. He has a wingspan of 6 meters and is capable of carrying one human. Chi, like all other Ajisashi, has an extremely strong beak and talons and is capable of inflicting severe damage with a direct hit. However due to his young age, he has no special ability arsenal and is unable to fully mold his chakra to produce the loud sound that older Ajisashi are capable of producing.

Description: An ancient longsword forged from the purest and strongest iron in the world. It is 40 inches long from hilt to the tip of the blade. The blade guard is winged shape at the top of the hilt. The blade itself, like all others, deals slashing damage when making direct contact. Vel'Arek, dubbed the Guardian Sword, lives up to its name through the fearsome ability it possesses. Successful strikes made that connect with an opponent, blocked or direct, will drain their vitality from them. The vitality taken through Vel'Arek's ability will be then stored inside of the blade to be released at the user's command. The vitality stolen from the enemy is chakra. The opponent will merely begin to feel slightly winded after blocking or being struck by Vel'Arek. Though a direct hit with Vel'Arek will inflict a normal sword wound and the pain will be much greater than the sensation of being winded. Each strike with Vel'Arek is linear and will never steal more of less chakra as long as the victim has enough chakra remaining in their pool. As the strike's made by Vel'Arek increase the victim will become further winded and lose stamina. Vel'Arek's ability can then transfer this chakra into anyone of the user's choosing by placing the blade of the sword anywhere on their body. The user can also access this ability by merely willing it as long as they are holding the sword themselves. The chakra will be granted to the user in the form of vitality and will not increase their chakra pool. The vitality does not heal or regenerate pre-existing wounds. It will allow the user to fight longer in more intense conditions.
Note: Vel'Arek will passively drain chakra from its target at no move cost through direct contact hits. However Vel'Arek can only drain three strikes worth of chakra after which it will require one full turn to allow for more to be drained. It can contain a maximum of nine strikes worth of chakra. Each strike drains 10 chakra.
Note: Even if Vel'Arek is blocked with another sword, shield, kunai it will still passively drain the target. This does not apply if it is defended against with ninjutsu.
Note: Vel'Arek can only steal raw chakra.
Note: Activating Vel'Arek's ability to transfer the chakra will cost one of the three techniques per turn for the user.
Note: The sword does not heal, mend, or regenerate wounds. It will only restore stamina and endurance.
Note: The user must be holding the sword to use its passive ability and activation ability.
Note: To use on an ally the user must place the sword on their body and still be holding it.
Note: Can only be used by Drackos.

Description: Chocobo is a basilisk the size of a good sized stallion, with four-toed feet, scaled legs and large webbed wings, and a scaled neck long neck. It carries a long and sharp beak, and beautiful crest head. At every joint, the back side of the legs and the chest, feathers emerge in dull yet calm colours. Running down from head to tail, webbed spikes emit. On the back inbetween the wings of the beastie, a saddle is desgined for the summoner to sit in, along with riding harness. Chocobo is fast and verstile, capable of both high speeds running and flight. With its inheriented ability, it's able to spread a venemous poison, however unlike its other family members, Chocobo is capable of unleashing a plume of poison from the pores of each webbed wing. Inhalation of the poison would kick in after two turns, making the affected, incapable of using their maximum power thus restricting affected targets to two jutsus per turn for the rest of the battle. Explusion of venom however can only be used thrice a battle, and stays on the field for two turns. While Chocobo carries a poison, its main feat lies in his swiftness, quick on feet and in air(x2.5 its owner), easily able to out-maneuvering incoming techniques and projectiles either through quick dashes, or heavy flaps of its large wings. Of course, using this ability would count towards the 3 turns per move. Chocobo stays rest of the battle unless dispersed. Chocobo's scales have proven resistent against Taijutsu, being unharmed from A-rank and below, whilst facing Ninjutsu(Elemental or not), they have been shown durable enough to deflect B-rank and below.

 Declined  All summons with abilities worthy of note need a time limit for being on the field, 4 turns the usual. They can only be summoned once. I need a rank for those poisonous effects since as it presents like a cloud of poison, wind is usable against it. Also, no on the x2.5 thing of speed.

Description: A common trait for Basilisks are their inheriented ability to ultilize their adamantine-like-hardened scales, to either launch or generate while applying their overall sharpness. This can be done from any part of their body being layered with scales, and can vary greatly in size, depending on their body size. A signer of the contract oft comes to inherit this ability as well, being able to generate scales from their body, which can be used in various ways such as being fired as shurikens. Durable against A-ranked Taijutsu, non-enhanced.

Description: The user starts by channelling his raw chakra into a few thousand bugs on his body then by feeding the bugs his chakra, the user controls the bugs with wings to gather around his hands forming a glove like shape on the user's hands then the user extends his hands forward to start shooting the bugs randomly one after the other(with large force capable of knocking one unconscious if it) at the target, launching all the bugs to hit and stuck on the targets body. The jutsu ranges depending on the amount of chakra passed into the bugs and the number of bugs used.
Note:
-Can only be done by an aburame clan member.
-Can only be taught by shonnen.
-Can only be used thrice in a battle.
-Lasts for a maximum of 3 rounds.
-The user cannot mold chakra when this jutsu is been carried out.
-No aburame jutsus for the rest of the turn.
-The bugs stuck on the target's body when this jutsu is done can be used for other aburame clan jutsus.

Description: The user will perform a row of hand of six hand seals and clap his hands, spreading his chakra through the terrain, creating a tri-dimensional seal deep underground in form of a sphere which immediately absorbs any chakra other than the user, that is channeled through the ground in a radius of 50 metros, centered at the users position. This makes it impossible for the opponent to use earth based techniques which use the ground as a source or channel chakra through the ground, granting the user terrain advantage. Unless the user has a Doujutsu, sensory or other similar ability, the technique can only be noticed by a small sealing marking at the users feet on the surface.

Description:* this is one of Guren's most feared jutsu's where she perfumes three hand sings and proceed's to form a round perimeter of surrounding swords made of crystal which rise up from the ground. the swords are very large in structure that once broken down into blossoms theres a thousand small blades. once the swords are formed the user will form one one handed hand sign and proceed to break down the swords into little cherry blossom like blades which she can manipulate freely all the cherry blossom blades with her hands similar to how gaara uses his hands with sand. the small blades are not big but rather small and work in a swarm like cloud of pink crystal. the crystal blades can be manipulated for up to four turns but the user cannot make any other jutsu's in that time as it takes immense focus to control the high number of blades regardless of the size of them. the blades can be used to block attacks forming walls and or large spears and whatever else the user can imagine to form even platforms to fly on. once the four turns are completed the crystal breaks down into a crystal like dust and can be used on the fifth turn to engulf and surround the enemy if they inhale the dust as it goes into the blood stream, stomach and mouth it begins to slowly solidify the liquids in the body to crystal this takes one full turn. so at the end of the fifth turn the enemy would be unable to move if not countered.


Restrictions:
+ no other jutsu's while active.
+ can only be used once per battle.
+ dust uncountered will turn the enemy to crystal on the insides.
+ must have a guren bio to learn.

-Decline- This is two techniques in one, definitely not S-rank, also fire doesn't impale, it burns, unless it's very compressed, the thing i don't get is, why would the ball be attached to the ground? fire isn't sticky, and if it's a continuous technique then you can't use chakra for anything else other than maintaining it's shape and range.

The user can also launch it at the opponent, after performing the Ram handseal upon which he explodes into 100 small sized lightning bolts, which are enough to kill the opponent. As a defense, the figure surrounds the user when he channels additional chakra to it and weaves the Tiger handseal. It can bear up to B Rank lightning attacks. A Forbidden Rank lightning however, destroys the figure. The figure lasts only for 2 turns, after which it disappears with a bright light. Summoning the figure damages the user's hands after the jutsu is over and the user suffers 2nd degree burns on his hands.
Notes:
-Can be only used by Nāruto
-The user has to maintain focus over his chakra for the figure to retain its shape and form.
-Can be only used once per battle.

Whoa, whoa. At the bolded part. You need to emphasize, good sir. How do the lightning streams work? How many exactly and what's the nature of them? How powerful are each? Shouldn't it also count a move?
For the second ability, what do you mean by "a hundred lightning bolts?" Are they small in nature or just an explosion? How does that kill the opponent? And, can you only send him up to mid range?

Description: The user performs a single hand seal while focusing and releasing a burst of Ice chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of Black Ice is released from his entire body, that sprouts outwards into every direction from the user, the Ice is released as Vine/root shaped black Ice with large thorns and roses quickly growing from the roots, all thorns extend rapidly while the roses of ice would bloom swiftly, as the roses are fully bloomed, the user manipulates it to scatter into multiple shards of black ice appearing as rose petals which he then directs towards the enemies position.
Note - Can only be used once per battle.
- No Ice above A Rank for the following 2 turns.
- If the Ice is not destroyed and rather just evaded, it remains active for 2 turns on the field before then melting to normal water.
- The user suffers a -15 damage due to the chakra strain.
- Can only be taught by Yashiro.

Can the roses be triggered at any time, or do they burst naturally as they come into full bloom? How is the strength of the vines/thorns and the roses split up? They can't both be F-ranked, as then the opponent would essentially need to defend against two F-ranked techniques in one. And what is unique about it being black ice? I know what that is in the real world, but does it have any special properties here? Or is it just cosmetic?

Description: The user at first performs a simple gesture with his hands like waving it, snapping his fingers or performing a single hand seal, at that moment the user would also focus his chakra into the mind of the target and generally cast him within an illusion where the target is made to feel and believe that his body undergoes a drastic change, although the illusion is purely mind and body based, it doesn't affect the targets main senses one bit, meaning the target would still have his regular sense of sight, smell and hearing, but the illusion would however affect the targets sense of feel, in said illusion, the target would experience an altered skeletal muscle performance in his/her muscle tone, like an unusual "tightness", stiffness and/or "pull" of the muscles, making it hard for the target to grasp things like kunai's, swords etc, along with failure to perform hand seals and/or move around correctly.
Note - Can only be used twice per battle.
- Effects of the illusion lasts for a total of 2 turns unless released.
- No genjutsu in same turn as well as the following.

-Declined- Why is this Forbidden rank? where is the drawbacks for forbidden rank? so this acts as a defense when initially released, and an attack when they are scattered and they can explode as well, with only a single handseal. Well, reword, rewrite, reduce, or do anything you can to make this reasonable while including the Forbidden rank drawbacks, one more go and this will be DNR.

Description: The user performs a trigger for the illusion, which can be waving his hands, snapping his fingers or performing a single handseal depending on the situation in battle, in order to put the opponent in an illusion. In the illusion the users body undergoes a drastic change. The target would experience an altered skeletal muscle performance in his/her muscle tone, like an unusual "tightness", stiffness and/or "pull" of the muscles, making it hard for the target to grasp things like kunai's, swords etc, along with failure to perform hand seals and/or move around correctly. This change in body structure within the illusion would trick the opponents brain into believing that grasping things and performing handseals in reality is just as difficult, resulting in failure to perform hand seals and/or move around correctly.
Note - Can only be used twice per battle.
- Effects of the illusion lasts for a total of 2 turns unless released.
- No genjutsu in same turn as well as the following.

Description: The user casts the target within an illusion after performing the Ram > Boar hand seals, the target would see and believe that a cloaked figure appears before them in place of the user, almost as if the user had transformed into the cloaked figure, said figure has a full body red cloak with a hood on and a white mask, as the cloaked figure has just appeared, the user would hear an irresistible and charming voice ask him/her, 'What do you prefer, Red Cloak or Blue Cloak?' Due to the voice being so charming and irresistible, the target would feel as if he wants to answer, If the target says Red, the figure slits your throat or chops off your head and the blood flows down the target's back, making it look like the target is wearing a red cloak. If the target says Blue, the figure grabs the target by the neck and chokes him/her until their face turns blue and they die of suffocation.
Note - Can only be used 3 times per battle.

Description: The user performs a single handseal, casting a genjutsu that affects the opponent's brain, more precisely his hearing sense. In essence, the user of this technique would be able to take control over his opponent's hearing sense, by putting him into a rather simple yet useful illusion in order to mask the sound of the next technique, causing confusion for the opponent. He is going to hear the next released technique as that of another element. As we know every element in the naruto verse has its unique sound: water techniques - gushing water motion; lighting techniques - crackling bolts of electricity; wind techniques - gusts of wind; earth techniques - the motion of the natural earth; fire techniques - the intense flames etc, therefore this particular technique is able to cunningly play with the opponent's brain into making him believe that he is seeing for example a fire release technique but yet hearing the motion of the water. Of course, it is used immediately before an elemental technique or an advanced kekkei genkai (e.g. crystal, ice, wood, steel etc).

Description: The user performs a single handseal and inserts his chakra into his opponent’s brain, disturbing his chakra flow and placing a genjutsu upon him. It is a very powerful technique, that is classified as a special genjutsu of the highest caliber, which consists of tricking the opponent’s brain into believing that he is experiencing a series of very painful cluster headaches which completely overwhelm the individual’s ability to cope or integrate because of the pain involved within that experience. In the genjutsu the actual pain is focused in the area of the opponent's eyes, usually located behind one eye or in the eye region. At first the pressure starts out as a light pain, however it erratically begins to increase and getting worst as time goes on, evolving into incredibly agonising pain. The relentless frequency granting no time for relief from the torturesome pain. Of course, to compliment the situation the scalp may be tender and the pulsing in the arteries often can be felt. Making movement will be either incredibly difficult, or in a few occasions impossible as long as the opponent remains in the illusion due to the pain and the feeling of the opponent's eye being burned and torn within the genjutsu. The excruciating pain felt within the illusion will likely have an impact on the opponent's mind, leaving him completely drained of strength as well as ailing him with mental exhaustion. At that point, from the pain in the eye region, the opponent will eventually start, in reality, to progressively faint away. Of course, all of what he experiences is but an illusion and his lost of conscience is due to the excruciating impact caused by such headache occasions. The cluster headaches occur when a nerve pathway in the base of the brain (the trigeminal-autonomic reflex pathway) is activated. The trigeminal nerve is the main nerve of the face responsible for sensations (such as heat or pain). When activated, the trigeminal nerve causes the eye pain associated with cluster headaches. The trigeminal nerve also stimulates another group of nerves that causes the eye tearing and redness, and discharge associated with cluster attacks. The pain of cluster headache is almost always one-sided, and during a headache period, the pain remains on the same side. Since the genjutsu is classified as high caliber in the arts of torturing, using another genjutsu on the opponent after this martyr genjutsu is active will dispel it due the requirement of delicate chakra control in order to provoke such symptoms on the opponent’s brain.
Note: The opponent has to release the genjutsu in his immediate counter or he will lose conscience in the beginning of the user’s following turn due the pain and mental strain

Some sources describe vanadium as "soft", perhaps because it is ductile, malleable and not brittle which gives it good flexing ability without breaking but still very solid and nearly unbreakable in this form of weapon. when not being wielded tengumaru is wrapped up similar to how samehada is wrapped.

Batter Up tengumaru has the naturally gifted ability of being able to bat a jutsu out of the air that has solid form up to C Rank jutsu only. the only thing that it cannot bat out of the air would be anything electrical in nature as this is a metal weapon and would just transfer the electricity to the user.
Restrictions:
-Can only use this once per turn.
-Can only be used five times per battle.
- Can be used to redirect (bat)he jutsu back at the enemy.
-Cannot be used in the same turn as chili pepper protusions.

Spicy explosions The user of tengumaru also has the ability to channel fire chakra to the spiky protusions on the club which have a unique chili pepper coating, and proceed to fire them off of tengumaru while holding tengumaru above head. the user does this by forming a single handed handsign and which in turn sends fire chakra into the spiky protusions and charges them. upon contact with any jutsu or enemy, that of a any object the protusion spikes will explode and also leave a chili pepper smoke behind which clouds the battlefield. the user can also charge the protusions with fire chakra and simply hit the enemy without firing off the spiky protusions but rather making the hit a solid impact with an explosion effect. this however can slightly damage the user from the backlash of the explosion but not cause the same damage as that to the enemy. once the protusions have been fired once a new set of spikes take the old one's place
note:
- spike's used either by hitting or exploding shots are A rank in strength.

- Can only be used a maximum of Two times per battle.

Why'd ya have to go and add some random metal? >.<

Remove the vanadium stuff and leave it as normal everyday iron/steel or whatever they use for weapons. Also, for the batters up ability, batting things back will only work with solid objects like earth or metal. Things like fire, wind or water would simply not work.

The shells are a meter in diameter and are visible through the green hue they give off. When a shell goes off it releases a flurry of tiny wind blades in every direction that reach up to short range from where the individual shell had gone off. The shells will go off by a large collision like with the ground, but can also be set off when ever the user wishes using their chakra link.

Just like an artillery shell, which explodes upon impact with the ground and sends shrapnel flying, these fuuton shells upon impact with the ground or a hard enough object will explode and send wind blades flying up to short range in every direction. Alternatively the user can also make the shells go off mid air without contact via chakra control and if done this way all the shells go off at the same time. If somehow not all of the shells go off at once, the tiny wind blade will collide with the remaining shell(s) and make them go off as well.

This serves as as an alternate way to bring iron sand onto the battlefield, the only real direct offensive ability the jutsu has would be to crush the opponent by having a massive amount fall on them. The sand falls as fine sand and not as needles and so on.

In reality however the victim is standing still paralyzed from the supposed force of the stream, slowly gasping for air and trembling.

Creating a Variant of my Solid wind technique approved here (3rd jutsu)[ ]

(Suiton: Nami no tsūru) - Water Release: Tools of Nami
Type: Offensive/Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: C-S
Range: Short (Mid-range reach)
Chakra: 15-40
Damage: 30-80
Description: With the use of simple hand motions and water chakra, the user will be able to materialize water from the water molecules in the air and have a certain amount of water appear from the index finger. The concept of this technique is heavily based on shape manipulation and chakra manipulation. By manipulating the water created in front of him/her, the user will change the properties of the water into the properties of sticky water, similar to that of (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field, making it denser than regular water. The user will also use shape manipulation to shape the sticky water into denser and concentrated items, making it so that it would be able to interact with the user with physical contact without dispersing into water. The shaping happens pretty quick, giving the user the ability to shape out offensive weaponry like axes and hammers quickly with the use of simple hand gestures, and shields for defensive purposes as well. The weapons created can be thrown towards the enemy, reaching up to mid-range, and with the use of a single handseal, the certain weapon would lose its compressed nature, transforming into a wall of sticky dense water traveling towards the target in an attempt to cover the target with sticky water and limit their movement greatly. The size varies on the rank of the tools created. C-ranks would create a 1x1 wall, B-ranks would create a 3x3 meter wall, A-ranks would create a 5x5 meter awll, and S-ranks would create a 7x7 meter wall. The actual ranking of the tools created vary, depending on size. Something like a kunai would count as a C-rank, basically about the size of a hand. Weapons/Shields like a sword or katana would be ranked as B-ranks, basically weapons that are about the size of a limb. Weapons/Shields like hammers, Axes, and other larger and complicated weapons will be about A-ranks, about the size of half the users body. And something that is deserving of "S-ranks" would be weapons and shields that exceed the users height but does not exceed 10 meters.

3. If the user uses this technique offensively but by the weapon alone, 10 damage will be deducted from the original damage points. (Basically, if they dont use the handseal to have it expand to a wall of sticky water)

Description: The user will release a large amount of wind chakra from his body, carefully encasing his body with sharp wind chakra, creating a coat of wind around the user. This mode is only accessible to those that have mastered the wind element. Upon activation, the user will take damage from the coat of slicing winds surrounding their body, dealing 30 damage to the body and creating small cuts throughout the body and 5 damage per turn. Upon deactivation, the user will be left exhausted from overexerting a large amount of chakra in a short-amount of time for one turn, and the user will take the +30 (initial activation)/+5 per turn damage due to the continuous small cuts dealt while the mode is activated. Entering this mode allows the user access to multiple abilities. The most notable being the ability to completely negate and neutralize most Lightning Release techniques that come in contact with the user; by using the large amount of continuously moving winds throughout the surface of the body, the user can neutralize the lightning before it pierces through the armor and make contact with the skin. However, this ability is limited to regular lightning. Natural lightning, like Kirin still affects the user because of its tremendously fast speeds. Secondly, the ability to turn any body part into winds. This ability allows the user to transform any part of their body to the wind element rather quickly, easily having physical-based attacks go through them. If used to defend against physical attacks, or physical-based elemental attacks, it will count as a turn and can only be used twice while this mode is active. If the user transforms the entire body into winds, he/she will still be able to travel by walking through the ground, or simply hovering above ground by taking the form of see-able winds. To elaborate more on this ability, the user can manipulate the wind, or the portion of the body that is wind into a shaped form of that body part, like a leg made out of solidified wind, or change the body part to see-able wind, transforming into a gust of wind and then transforming back into the area it belonged to. While in this form, the user will be extremely vulnerable to fire-based techniques, and while any part of the body is made into wind, he/she cannot mold fire-based chakra. Should the user transform the entire body into winds, he/she will be able to sense foreign chakra by the air currents surrounding them. While in this mode, the user will adapt to the wind chakra and combine efficiently use the properties of wind into their advantage, giving them the ability to travel 3x faster than usual while this mode is active, because of the wind elements' nature of being able to travel quickly. While this mode is active, the user gains +20 damage to all wind techniques, and +10 to all taijutsu-based techniques, due to the slicing winds empowering physical contact with the target. This mode is a risky mode, primarily because of its side-effects listed below.
Notes and Restrictions:
Counts as a F-ranked Full body surge and can be deactivated at will.
If the user transforms a body part of their body into wind, and the wind is somehow struct by a fire-based technique, the user will take an extra 20 damage. (The damage only applies when the fire technique makes contact, therefore, if the enemy launches an S-rank technique towards the area of the body transformed into winds, the rank of the technique will stay the same but if executed successfully, the user will take an addition of 20 damage.)
Can only be used once per battle, and after it is deactivated, the user will be left exhausted for one turn and unable to perform wind-based techniques for two turns.

Description: The user will perform the Seal of Confrontation, creating a portal similar to that of (Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop. Channeling water based chakra from the portal, the user will materialize a large mass of water from the portal and change the properties of water into something sticky, and resembling glue while maintaining a transparent colour, like (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field. It is summoned about ten meters above the target and as it falls, it shapes into a large dragon of sticky water. It slams its large and dense sticky water-based body into the target, dealing damage with the brute force and also sticks them to the ground. The explosion of sticky water it creature is large and reaches anything short-range from the target. Anything within that range will be stuck in the ground, therefore, performing it in short-range is risky. The second part of the technique begins when the user slams his hand on the ground. He/she will channel lightning chakra through the ground to create a medium-sized but pressurized bolt of lightning, which would travel through the ground and towards the mass of sticky water. Once it reaches the sticky water, the lightning bolt would expand to a current of lightning that would travel through the sticky water and would electrocute anything stuck within it.

Hold up, I get your first part, but need to clarify the lightning move. Does it only affect the sticky water and nothing else? Since you said it travels through the ground, it doesn't merge until it hits the sticky water, correct? So if your first part wasn't carried out, it should be fairly useless. Doesn't seem this has to be two jutsus in one though, not creative enough.

 Declined  Issues: cotton and cloth by definition is actually a bad lightning conductor. Its also highly flammable thus fire would simply ignite it. Not only that but for additional elemental usage you'd need more chakra. And remove the individual strings part. There are customs which allow similar things and that would collide with them. I also want a clear note you cannot use this on the opponents clothes. Its strong enough to consider you can use this in your own clothes to make an A-Rank armor so don't go stacking too much into this. Mid range max.

Description: A technique based on Earth Release: Mud Wolves, this jutsu is a trap set by the user through the release of a breeze of wind which covers the area 3 meters around the user. The Wind would then seemingly dissociate, disappearing completely from the view of both the user and his opponent. However, the chakra would remain until activated. Activation would come upon the presence of foreign chakra in the region in which the Wind had dissociated, with the entrance of the Foreign chakra causing it to suddenly come together and form dense constructs of the users choice, each being able to reach up to long range after creation. The constructs are simple in fashion (user can create spears, tentacles, walls, lances, arrows etc but not complicated formations which require extreme detail), but are able to be controlled with great precision, allowing the user to create something such as spears which would expand and be sent outwards and forwards, all whilst being able to turn, spin and make other complicated movements through movements made by the user through the use of hand motions. This activation is almost instant when foreign chakra comes into contact with it, however, in order to set the trap, the user must first state that he sends his Wind chakra 3 meters range all around him, at any time before the use of this jutsu (excluding the same turn the jutsu is used), this wouldn't do any damage nor have any other effects as it's done passively, it's merely a preparation for the use of this jutsu. Moreover, the user can choose the constructs to be made upon the activation of the jutsu as the Wind would form together and leave the shape manipulation to the user, however, in a situation where foreign chakra is 3 meters from the user but he cannot react to it, the jutsu would create a specific combination of both shield and spikes, in an attempt to both protect the user and harm the opponent/neutralize opposing jutsu. The shield which has spikes coming out of it would go outwards from the point of where the foreign chakra is sensed, in the case where the chakra comes from all around the user, it would simply be a shield and it'd be released as 360 'blast', with the user at the epicentre of it all. The main aim of this jutsu is to create a defence from attacks which the user might not normally be able to react to or has not seen due to any sort of circumstantial difficulties.

Description: A jutsu made to counter both matter based elements as well as avoid close quarter combat, Resonance Shield is a jutsu which focuses highly on being defensive and supplementary as compared to dealing damage which would be fatal or extremely harmful to the opponent. In order to use this jutsu, the user would release sound waves through his mouth and/or palms, letting the sound waves cover the area short range all around him, finding anything solid and vibrating at that objects natural frequency by using their sound mastery to hear that objects frequency. Vibrating the sound waves at the same frequency of the solid matter causes it to smash into small bits of debris, making this an effective technique for all solid based elements, regardless of rank. When used against humans, this jutsu merely causes the opponents bones to vibrate whilst pushing them away slightly (2/3 meters), preventing fast movement as long as they're within short range, this doesn't prevent movement normal completely but makes it extremely difficult. The moment this jutsu stops, the opponent would be able to regain their movement with no real damage, their bones would however ache the next turn, slowing down complicated moves. Although extremely effective against solid/matter based things, this jutsu is completely useless against anything energy based, meaning it does not affect Fire, Wind or Lightning, as well as any CEs or other jutsus based on the use of energy. Moreover, despite the name, the jutsu is not actually a shield but is instead a circular dome of chakra with the user in the middle, resembling when using his absorbing abilities.

Description:
Crashing Demon Spawn also known as the Raging Axe, is a powerful kicking based technique of Akuma Homura. The user will invoke theere fire chakra into there most dominant leg, to which thye will infuse there chakra. The fire of this attack appears much more darker then normal, giving a hue of dark purple instead of red or orange. The user will then attain a stance, lowering there body slightly while awaiting a moving target, then will proceed to rise there leg above the targets head and slam there foot covered in flames, into the head of the target. This manouer is known as an axe kick, to which when used by a Satan’s Flame user, the target users servere burns to there head as well as broken facial bones(nose, jaw etc) do the the raw force being used behind the attack.
A sligthly different variant exists, in which the user rather then rising there foot above the target, the user can simply use the rising foot filled with fire and kick the target in on the chin, snapping there jaw in the long run. This is know as Rising Demon Spawn.

The difference between the established technique called "Iaidō", is that Charge is slower and as the user strikes the target, the "crimson" chakra is released in a precise and powerful blow causing the target to be pushed back as well as receiving damage as opposed to simply sheathing, striking, and re-sheathing again. Although the force of the strike pushes the target back, the target remains in the same range namely short range. So if a target is struck back he still remains in short range. Slightly confused. I've watched the GIF too many times for my own good and I can't really tell from your description how this would be any different from a normal sword strike. Is this a supplementary/offensive move that allows you to burst forward and then return back to your normal spot? And what's the whole point on the target remaining in the same spot even after being struck?

Naffy's demeanor is stoic and focused, which allows him to maintain his composure during difficult battles. Out of all the summons, Naffy is the only one who requires a little explanation from the user as he can quickly assess a situation and act accordingly.

Pfeffer's flamboyant cuttlefish, Metasepia pfefferi, are truly amazing animals and well named. A favorite of underwater photographers and videographers, flamboyant cuttlefishes display stunning changing colors and patterns and actually "walk" along the bottom of the sea (the only one known to do so). M. pfefferi has a maximum mantle (the part behind the head) length of 6-8external link cm with 3 pairs of flap-like fleshy papillae (fleshy nipple-like protuberances) and a V-shaped ventral (underside) fleshy ridge. These cuttlefishes also have large violet oblique V-shaped patches on both sides of their dorsal (topside) mantle. Papillae are also present over their eyes. The papillae are used for camouflage to break up the outline of the cuttlefish.

Like squid, these cuttlefish have two tentacles inside their arms used for capturing prey whose ends are called tentacle clubs which have flat surfaces with 5-6 suckers, 3-4 of which are relatively "enormous" and located in the center of the clubs. Their fins are yellow and their arms are purplish with margins of yellow. Pfeffer's flamboyant cuttlefish undergoes incredible color changes possible due to three types of structures contained within its skin, called chromatophores, leucophores and iridophores, which are small structures filled with colored ink which can be rapidly expanded and contracted to communicate or are used as camouflage within its habitat. These structures allow the cuttlefish to rapidly reflect a myriad of colors and change the textures of their skin (see this for an example).

The formation and rotating of this disk happens simultaneously and can be used to target either both feet or one foot or even an immobile object on the field providing it can fit within the 7 meter diameter.

Getsurō is a katana that was once wielded by a man of great power, an infamous Shinobi of the Wind country named Ōkami who was believed to be cursed. It was said that he asked for power to defeat Konohagakure, and so he was given power by someone unknown - this power was cursed though, he used it to destroy armies worth of leaf shinobi and he gained his fame from this. Until one day, he was fueled by power, driven mad and he killed his own Sand brothers; the curse took to effect and it turned Ōkami into a monster, the monster was said to be nearly twice the size of an average human, with dog like features, sharp teeth and sharp claws - A werewolf. Ōkami went wild and slaughtered innocent villagers, shinobi of both sides until the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure - Minato sealed him within his own blade and hidden, lost forever, or was it? The Blade was picked up by the 'Lonely Assassin' and it spoke to him, he learned to wield it and control it for his own, becoming Getsurō's new owner.

Getsurō the blade has the soul of Ōkami within it, Ōkami can speak to the user within the Blade and others can hear him also, though he was once a violent and power lusting man, he has learned his lesson from what he did in the past; though he will never properly forgive himself. The user of the blade can release Ōkami temporarily by feeding the seal that is imprinted all up the blade with their chakra and then draws their sword, the sword turns into a black mist that then takes the form of Ōkami as he was described above as the monster, Ōkami is a lot stronger than most humans and so can over power them in close combat with ease, his monster form also gives him great strength and he can withstand B-Rank or less ninjutsu. When Ōkami is released he takes a quarter of the users chakra and can use it, when he is defeated and/or returns to the form of a sword, the chakra that he didn't use will become the user's again.

Ōkami is able to use very limited ninjutsu, which is why he takes some of the user's chakra so he is capable of using this ninjutsu, even in beast form he is able to create hand seals as he has 4 fingers, 1 thumb on each of his hand, they're just larger with sharper nails. Ōkami can use all fire techniques up to B-Rank with hand seals, his fire is more red than usual flame, this does nothing to strengthen or weaken the technique, it's just an effect of the curse.

Description:
Getsurō is a katana that was once wielded by a man of great power, an infamous Shinobi of the Wind country named Ōkami who was believed to be cursed, it was in fact a forbidden type of transformation jutsu. It was said that he asked for power to defeat Konohagakure, and so he was given power by someone unknown - this power was 'cursed' though, he used it to destroy armies worth of leaf shinobi and he gained his fame from this. Until one day, he was fueled by power, driven mad and he killed his own Sand brothers; the transformation jutsu took to effect and it turned Ōkami into a monster, the monster was said to be nearly twice the size of an average human, with dog like features, sharp teeth and sharp claws - A werewolf. Ōkami went wild and slaughtered innocent villagers, shinobi of both sides until the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure - Minato sealed him within his own blade. The user will gather up large amounts of wind chakra into every single pore into their body. Once done, they will release it all at once, creating an immense and powerful breeze of wind from their body in every single direction up to short range. The breeze is so powerful that if one person is in short range, the wind pressure would blow them back into mid range with ease, and even then the opponent can still feel the breeze all the way up to long range (It would feel as if its simply windy from Mid-Long range) It is able to blow away objects giving them more speed (If a kunai was to be thrown at the user and this jutsu is active. It would blow the object back twice as fast due to the wind propelling the weapon backwards) This justu essentially makes it extremely hard to get within short range without being blown back violently. Luckily this jutsu does no physical damage except the small blunt impact of being blown back but that isnt strong enough to do damage. This jutsu is very unique, cause just like chidori has the chirping sound, this jutsu gives off a loud whistling noise, to give off its unique nature of a jutsu as the air currents makes the noise from the users body. Once the opening is created the user will channel every single ounce of earth chakra he gathered into the tip of the sword as it comes in contact with the opponents body powerfully blasting their body back with major blunt impact. The impact is so powerful that the impact would send a violent shockwave through the whole body, not only breaking the body part that was struck with ease but bruising the whole body. Once this technique is thrusted forward, the force would be so great the the earth from behind the user would lift up when the sword is thrusted forward (This has no affect on the technique. Its just for an epic visual)

The barriers would attempt to close in on the opponents body from both sides causing pain to the body while at the same time restricting his movements. In the genjutsu the user is keeping the snake handseal active in order to make it look like its a technique that he is keeping active while in reality the opponent is taking damage from mental stress leaving him immobilize and open for an attack. If the opponent does not break out of the genjutsu by the 2nd turn, they would faint due to the huge mental stress but the genjutsu would have also been broken due to the massive pains inside the genjutsu

This illusion requires it to be raining then when the illusion is casted, it is done so that the victims suddenly see the rain subsides and finally stops like how a normal rain would. The target would not hear sounds prior to rain again nor feel rain touching him in the illusion. While also their sense of smell and taste is not able to percieve an ambience that rain is still perhaps falling. The wet environment/terrain aswell mimics the illusion, blending with its foul play thus the target also sees the ground or things that has become wet not getting more wet depicting no more water is adding up to it. Outside the illusion, rain is still falling.

-Declined- It's a bit unreasonable if this is done without using chakra, then why would Kakashi spend all of that time to develop chidori to pierce through things, you don't see anyone in Naruto having that kind of strength without using chakra, there's Earth release chakra which makes your body stronger, and there's lightning piercing techniques.

Description: Hebi No O(Short version:Hebi) was after Dei Dei made is stretchable scarf. He made this sword whip out of the same material just more stronger. Hebi is a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

Hades till this day can't find the staff because it changed its look from its original look.

Ablities:

1. The staff its self can extend/expand to great distance(mid range). The user can even use the staff to ride on to reach longest distance in matters of seconds.(counts as a move; C Rank)
2. The staff is made of chakra metal that can with stand the weight of the wielder and even defend/attack against B rank and below wood/earth jutsus.(defend/attack counts as a move; B Rank)
3. The color and look of the staff can change at will and is a passive ability.

The user of the jutsu performs the Dog> Tiger> Ram hand seals in quick successions and casts his opponent under a horrific illusion where he sees himself being bound to a wooden table and his ribs being sawed open from his vertebral column by a masked man. The victims ribs are broken in the process and are shaped to resemble the wings of an eagle which are stained and soaked in blood. In reality the user is not physically harmed but is traumatized after experiencing such gruesome and frantic events.

The user of this technique performs the Ram And Tiger hand-seals and slams their two hands on the ground bringing forth several footprints to appear on the ground up to tens in numbers to both pointing to different directions and paths of the battlefield/terrain. Each Footprint is embedded with a piece of the users chakra making it difficult for sensors and other opponents to pinpoint the exact location of the user. This technique is used to its optimum potential when it is combined with (Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu as it can be used to completely fool ones senses and even that of dojutsu users[Excluding Byakugan] and fool them into believing the opponents is everywhere which in reality is far from the truth as the opponents is still within their presence.

-Declined- This is not an Earth technique, this should be a sealing technique, in which you infuse portions of your chakra into scrolls or Kanji formulas, not to mention it's easy to know the real location, since the amount of chakra is not divided equally like it is when you use a shadow clone, it's easily perceivable whether being a doujutsu user or a sensor that you have the biggest chakra portion of all, thus you are the real one >_>

Description: A historic and ancient weapon forged in the early Japanese era before the formation and establishment of ninja villages and the shinobi system. It is elegant both in structure and the way it is able to be used. It has a long wooden handle extending well over 15 inches which is connected to two metallic balls surrounded with spikes capable of piercing targets, and this is accomplished by a series of chains which are attached to its wooden body. The flail known for its versatility can be used both in short and long ranges thanks to the chains which extends up to 20 meters allowing the user to quickly grab or get hold of their desired target. The spiked metallic balls attached to the weapon are very large in size and weigh well over 30 kilograms each and are capable of wreaking havoc and devastation on their targets[S rank damage], it can also be used to destroy solid structures such as shirukens or earthen structures like pillars, and however this ability is limited to brank and below. The metallic balls are manually detachable from its wooden body and can be used alone in combat, however their strength is then reduced to that of B rank when done and it cannot be reattached for the duration of the battle.

-Declined- The idea itself is good, and unique from what most people use in CW, but it needs a bit more clarification, like, this is a long range weapon, it can't be used in short range of you that freely, plus extending 20 meters is too much for you to be capable of controlling it easily. anyway i'm fine with the S-rank blunt hit, but it has to be limited to 3 turns per battle, the earth techniques destruction part should be against projectile type techniques, not techniques that come from the ground underneath you, like the Earth spikes and similar techniques.
