this is in my opinion Sasuke's most underrated technique
most people just write this technique in vs scenario's against naruto's clones because the would"just dodge it" or "it was only fodder zetsu".
I don't believe this to be the case at all. this techinque Is very useful for sasuke in any fight where sasuke can use ninjutsu.
I believe the main reason this technique is underrated is because of this scan

this scan give the impression that he just shoots a one shot barrage like a shotgun blast. just a one shot burst effect. I think its more like machine gun fire.

Notice in the original scan how the zetsu are sent flying. this means the magatama are traveling with a considerable amount of velocity.
similar to a mounted machine gun sasuke can just continuously fire a barrage of magatama at his opponent, and even follow them if they try to run( like naruto's clones would try to do)

How this technique would work on naruto:
Now most would say naruto is mostly protected from this attack due to his BM cloak or his KCM cloak.
BM cloak: Now Im not suggesting this attack would end naruto, but it could potentially get naruto to remove his entire cloak.
when sasuke fire on BSM or BM naruto his cloak would be pelted with these his speed sticky flames. Now naruto cloak would take that damage fine; but how long before naruto entire cloak is cover by small amaterasu flames. naruto can just shed tiny patches of his cloak, and while trying to shed them he is an easy target for a stronger attack.
KCM: this form of naruto stands no chance of countering these magatama. naruto would most definitely dodge the initial barrage, but when sasuke allows him, the wide spread and rapid fire of this attack would make dodging futile. all sasuke would need to do is shoot in front of naruto. and he can't move at top speed forever. One hit and his body is engulfed in seconds. Same goes for form of naruto sage mode and below.
Clones: naruto's clones being weaker than naruto himself would prove no match for the wide spread and speed of this technique. naruto's clones wouldn't even get close to a hit on sasuke, and moving at top speed is only momentary.
Conclusion: the wide area this technique covers and the fact that it travels at a speed makes it like a machine gun and shotgun mixed. because it can do both simultaneously is what makes it this dangerous. Sasuke's ability to track foes with his sharingan and spin while using this technique would make it virtually impossible to dodge(barring ftg, or kamui). Once hit,the rapid succession with which one would be hit again couple with the unquenchable black flames makes this sasuke's most underrated technique
