(Fūton: Boufuu Gekido Kabe) – Wind Release: Gale Raging Wall

Description: The user swings their Giant Fan and creates a giant vortex that swirls around and lifts the opponent into the sky. They are then zapped by three bolts of lightning before falling to the ground, giving off black smoke.

Swing your giant fan, and release a swirling, vortex of wind after focusing your chakra into it. When it hits my clone, it should launch him into the sky, there you then strike him three times with lightning bolts.

How i performed it
Sasuke takes the fan from the clone, he then opens it up, sasuke then starts to build his chakra, channeling it from his hands and into the fan, then using nature manipulation transform it into wind. Sasuke then swings his giant fan, releasing the wind chakra, as the wind chakra is released sasuke uses shape manipulation on it, forming it into a wind vortex, the wind vortex hits the clone's earth slab, and then raises it up, sasuke releases his lightning chakra into the sky, and the stone slap is zapped by 3 lightning bolts, reducing it to nothing.
Advantages
The jutsu is fast, a mere swing of the giant fan, and the damage doesn't end there but also the victim is struck by 3 lightning bolts, causing more damage.
Disadvantages
The users hands are locked on the giant fan, which means to perform a secondary or counter measure jutsu the user's reaction speed will be reduced, being as they would have to let go of the giant fan, or do a jutsu with the giant fan, but if the jutsu coming at the user is a fire jutsu, they would have to ditch the fan.
your counter
In a way your counter is valid, in a situation where by the vortex is just to hit something, the opponent can state that the wind vortex hits the stone(earth) slab and then lifts it up and strikes it with three bolts of lightning instead of the opponent hinself. But then again due to its just the swing of the fan, I think the wind vortex will hit you before you can spit out the slab of rock.

Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

Focus your chakra and perform the necessary hand seals, Rat → Rabbit → Dog. Then deep a large breath, and exhale several small, but powerful blasts of wind. Release them so they cover a large width-wise area. The blasts of wind should look like little bullets. Launch the bullets at my clone.

Advantages
Its very good, its fast, it functions similarly to a bullet, that is also what makes its fast, the users eyes are on the opponent at all times becauses this jutsu doesn't block eyesight or it Isn't opaque enough to obscure the line of sight
Disadvantages
I don't see anything wrong with this jutsu Or rather I can't think of one..
your counter
I don't know about your counter, i'm not sure rather, seeing the size of the vaccum sphere and also, the fact that multiple vaccum sphere can be shot at once, i'll say you need a sharingan, to skillfully shoot down the vaccum sphere with your fire shots. Without the sharingan, I think you'll get hit with atleast one of the vaccum bullet depending on how many is shot at you, but then again your counter is valid, the vaccum sphere and the fire shots from you would collide and cancel out.
The Speed Rate
This jutsu is fast, a skilled shinobi can perform up to 3 hand seals in less than a second. And seeing how danzo used it on sasuke, well this technique is fast.

Its absolute, since thus is a wide range and all angle jutsu having the golem stand infront you is the best idea.

Coupled with the fact that your already being damaged/cut by the wind(sorry for being almost rude.) now to elaborate more on it, if you use this jutsu right before the tornado hits you, since its a ball that is thrown then you safe from being burnt, but it doesn't change the fact that you'll be cut down by the wind, and also I would have more than enough time to evade the fire jutsu you used. Then again if you use the fire jutsu while my tornado has already hit you, though I don't think you'll be able to perform 3 hand seals while your in the tornado, but if u do spit out the fire, sorry but you'll be burned to your death.

I would definitely say this is a slow technique. The idea of the counter is that the fire technique can only be truly used on the ground. Since it must make contact with a surface before it expands into the firestorm, releasing it into the air will not do much.

Channeling it from his gut to his mouth, sasuke then forms 7 hand seals as he performs the hand seals he makes use of nature manipulstion, which he uses to transform the chakra into wind, after the formation of the hand seals sasuke opens his mouth and spits out wind, while he spits out the wind, aiming it towards the clone, sasuke makes use of shape manipulation to turn the free wind into a tornado with great force, ensnaring the clone into it, sasuke still spits out wind which he directs to the now made tornado, sasuke uses shape manipulation again as he spits out the second stream of wind, he makes a second tornado but this time he makes the second tornado have sharp wind blades in it, sasuke then releases more chakra thus combining both tornadoes together to poof the clone
Advantages
The first tornado Isn't my opponents only problem, if he manages to evade the First one, he has to be on the look out for the second one. Once ensnared there's no escaping.
Disadvantages
The formation of 7 hand seals just too much(my opponent would grow old before i'm done), no matter how fast you are at forming them, with you forming a single hand seal or even none i'm a goner. Then the tornado one can narrowly escape the ensnarement of it but would have to be on the look out for the second tornado.

It all depends on the technique you use to defend from the fireballs.

This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

A blade of wind to cut you, and the gust part to throw/push you back, interesting jutsu this is, a good counter for lightning jutsu's
Disadvantages
The forming ulof four hand seals can be a bother, as proven with your counter, this jutsu can be sent back to the user(with fire jutsu Ofcourse).

A bit of gambler, you are here, now your counter is valid because, you can form 1 hand seal and release your lightning spear, when i'm in my 2 or 3 or even fourth hand seal but before I release the wind. Which means you've killed me, but putting range into play, if we are at mid range I would have very little amount of time to form my 4 hand seals and spit out a blade of wind, which would nullify your lightning and still come at you(putting elemental weaknesses and strengths), the fact here is that I would narrowly escape being impaled by your lightning spear.

I would say medium, its 4 hand seals and release and shape manipulation into a blade which is furthered into a gust.

Advantages
A blade of wind to cut you, and the gust part to throw/push you back, interesting jutsu this is, a good counter for lightning jutsu's
Disadvantages
The forming ulof four hand seals can be a bother, as proven with your counter, this jutsu can be sent back to the user(with fire jutsu Ofcourse).
your counter
A bit of gambler, you are here, now your counter is valid because, you can form 1 hand seal and release your lightning spear, when i'm in my 2 or 3 or even fourth hand seal but before I release the wind. Which means you've killed me, but putting range into play, if we are at mid range I would have very little amount of time to form my 4 hand seals and spit out a blade of wind, which would nullify your lightning and still come at you(putting elemental weaknesses and strengths), the fact here is that I would narrowly escape being impaled by your lightning spear.
The Speed Rate
I would say medium, its 4 hand seals and release and shape manipulation into a blade which is furthered into a gust.

Urm what i'm thinking is that, let's saw you and I are in a spar, and then we are short range from each other, I start to perform this technique, now you seeing me bring my hands together would like to react, you form a single hand seal and release lightning which travels extremely fast, due to us being at short range, your could have performed your hand seal and released the lightning when i'm probably at my 3rd hand seal, what i'm saying is, I require four hand seals and you require one, you can intercept my formation of hand seals anytime.
