A good counter you did, but you'll be damaged from being thrown back by the wind jutsu.
The Speed Rate
I would rate this technique as fast, its just a swing of the arm after multiple blades of wind, eventually a wind scythe is released. Nothing more to it

Bad counter. As you stated, it will break through the earth defense.

How i performed it
Sasuke starts to build his chakra channeling it to his mouth, forming the chakra into wind through nature manipulation, sasuke then opens his mouth and begins to inhale a large amount of air using the wind chakra that already in his mouth, the suction drags/pulls the clone along with it, sasuke then closes his mouth using shape manipulation to form all the inhaled air into a bullet which he instantly releases at the clone once its made.
Advantages
The sucking of air can also augment the speed of certain jutsu, depends on how the user uses it. If he preoccupy his opponent with a clone while he uses this jutsu he will be able to spit out the powerful Wind bullet which should be able to make a crater I think
Disadvantages
The user is open to attacks as he sucks in air, he is able to suck in debris from the surrounding area which Isn't good for the health. Lol!.
your counter
Excellent counter, no matter how you see it, if I use this technique as a starter when i'm attacking you, the moment I start sucking in air, means that I have used the technique, allowing you to form a single hand seal and spit out flames(thus not breaking time frame), now due to me already sucking in air, and you spit out the flames, the suction of the air would accelerate the speed of the fire jutsu, causing it to travel faster than it would, but that's not the only thing that makes your counter excellent, the fire jutsu would move faster and hit me, toasting my tongue and causing more damages to me. In a situation whereby somehow I managed to spit out the powerful wind bullet, I think that due to your fire jutsu allowing you to spit our several fire dragon heads(let's say 5), 2 of the fire dragons heads can collide with this wind bullet and cancel out, but still other fire dragon heads would come at me
The Speed Rate
I would rate this technique as fast, for the sucking in of air part, then I would rate it as Medium, cause he would have to suck in a reasonable amount of air, in order to release the powerful wind bullet

As sasuke hears the "begin" call, he immediately sends his fire chakra into the earth, causing 3 pillars to rise from the earth, with even space, causing the third pillar of flame to rise up beneath the clone

The unseen pillar of flame is meant to scorch the clone, after the pillars of flame had risen, sasuke then forms some hand seals(3) and he opens his mouth to spit out multiple blasts of wind, which has the properties of a shot bullet. And sasuke makes very sure that the multiple bullets cover an expansive range by tilting his head from side to side as he releases the wind jutsu.

As his opponent is then occupied by his secondary jutsu, sasuke pulls out the fan that his sensei had given to him, opens it and then he swings it from his left side to his right, thus releasing a tornado of wind which is then meant to trap the clone, and sasuke using his fan is able to control the tornado which the clone is trapped in, hour swings it up and the clone follows, and finally sasuke crushes the clone on the ground. By swinging the fan towards the ground.

Sasuke Has a giant fan on his back(substituting his sword of kusunagi for it) the fan was given to him by his favourite sensei!! The dragon(ancalagon)!.

How i performed it
Sasuke starts to build his chakra, channeling it to his mouth, from which he then forms the Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog hand seals, while he simultaneously uses nature manipulation, to manipulate the chakra and transform it into wind chakra, sasuke then opens his mouth to inhale air/take a deep breath(it can be through his nose), sasuke then closes his mouth ready to release it on the clone, right before its release sasuke uses shape manipulation on the wind, to shapen it into wind blades as its released towards the clone sasuke tilts his head from side to side upon each release, the clone gets hit by the blades becomes sliced to bits and then poffs.
Advantages
Its releases a blade of wind, which is capable of slicing, and it doesn't just release one blade of wind, but multiple blades of wind, which means it can attack more than one opponent, but if its focuses on one then that one would have a had time evading.
Disadvantages
As he releases the multiple blades all his focus are on it, allowing him to be open to attacks from either behind or beneath him,
your counter
I don't think your counter is valid, but that's in a way, your counter is invalid if we are both at mid range to each other and its my first technique to attack, where I form the necessary hand seals and take a deep breath exhaling the blades of wind, you'll be sliced to bits before you can run up and meet me even though your flame rasengan is already made the distance put you at a disadvantage. But if we are at short range and its not my first technique to attack, then when you see me performing hand seals, you'll start your preparations for rasengan which is quick, as I start inhaling air, you'll start running towards me(getting close to me with less effort since we are already at short range), once I look over to release the wind you can strike me with the rasengan. But majorly, i'll day a bad counter.

Sasuke starts to build his chakra, he channels it to his mouth as he forms 2 hand seals, while he simultaneously makes use of nature manipulation to transform his chakra into wind chakra, sasuke then inhales air and then uses shape manipulation to compress and compact it, making it increase in its destructive power/capabilities and just before its releases sasuke forms it into a sphere, and then he releases it at the clone, which gets smashed,scattered and blown away. Poofs#
Advantages
Formation of 2hand seals thus it being quick, the large destructive wind blast can bread through some defenses, but not all, can also redirect fire jutsu's but not all.
Disadvantages
The user has to be careful how he uses the technique, cause with the jutsu's description, I think the user can damage himself depending on how he uses it.(especially using it in attempt to throw himself into the air, by aiming the blast towards the ground)
your counter
Your defense is good, it will protect you from the disastrous blast of wind. So its a good defence.

its defendsive and offensive which means that the opponent has to be careful, i think it can be infused with fire.

i think it can be infused with fire and due to that, it can be sent back at the user, if the opponent uses a high rank fire jutsu

Like due to the force of the fire jutsu's, let's say I use the s rank fire jutsu great fore annihilation, as the 5 tornodaoes are sent to me, now the tornadoes would be infused with the fire, but due to the pressure at which the fire jutsu is used and coupled with the stated facts then I think that it could be redirected back at the user.... :shy:
