now guys it's just an idea, so go easy on me... would it work as a cj?
it would be based on lightning what gathers iron powder from the ground and form it into a sword. the iron would move with high speed inside the sword what with the lightning in it would work like a chainsaw. then if the user wishes, he could use the lightning to change the shape of the sword and use it as a whip.

This will get decline. Not because it is infused with chakra or elemental chakra. That doesn't matter because of the reason I posted below. It will get decline on the lines of it trapping and dragging the opponent back to you. How can a small weapon infused with a little bit of chakra do that? It doesn't have the chakra or weight to handle an adult or a child to drag towards you.
Lies I tell you, lies. Here is a thread for everyone to reference to when thinking of a weapon or jutsus and also go through the two custom jutsu threads to see what the mods approved or decline and left comments about. It helps to do that.

Also chakra infused swords and blasting swords aren't allowed but not other weapons. I had an approved elemental infused weapon approved when these rules came out. Now I have another infused weapon just approved.
Take out the "Power Pole Retract" line doesn't need it. The last two restrictions take that out. Also the extend length, make it shorter.

Description: The Rasengun is a gun made of steel, so it has a sturdy build and near to impossible to destroy. It has two rectangular plaque in both sides, and is silver color. The front and the back of the gun is also silver, but the metal covering the two rectangles are black. There is a small hole on the back of the gun where you insert a rasengan you made with your palms into the gun. Once it enters, the shape of the rasengan takes the form of the tube of the gun. After it passes through the tube and is hanging out, that is when it takes the form of a rasengan. When you pull the trigger, the rasengan is released towards your target with great force and at high speeds. To make an oodama rasengan, you must insert more chakra into the back of the gun, and because of the circular form of the tube, it shapes into a sphere once it is released. Odama Rasengans take more chakra to make, but it also increases the damage of the attack.
Notes:
* Odama Rasengans can only be used twice
* Each rasengan used counts as one jutsu
* This gun can only be used once per battle
* Only people who's learned the Rasengan can use this gun, same goes for Odama Rasengan.
* Can only be used by EdwardSama (not sure if you can teach custom weapons to people o.o)

Description: The user takes out a scroll, channels their chakra into it and throws it into the air. He forms the sheep handseal and hundreds of explosive tags are summoned through the scroll. To the target however, the explosive tags seem like leaves. Within a few seconds, the explosive tags ignite and this may seem like burning leaves to the target. The explosive tags [Leaves for the target] soon explode leaving the target completely shocked and injured

The explosive tags would fall down just like leaves so I think it would be difficult to determine if they were in a Genjutsu

It forces the target to see leaves while in reality they are explosive tags. Seems like a Genjutsu to me
The user causes 5 small wooden pillars to erupt out of each finger in his dominant hand. Whenever the wooden pillars touch water, the water will turn into wood. The amount of water turning into wood is limited by the amount of chakra spent in it. The user is also able to point his hand towards water, and shoot the pillars out of his hand, and it'll get stuck to the water and turns the water into wood in a relatively high speed (like when shooting a waterbullet, and a clone shoots the pillars at it, it'll be a wood bullet). The user can also simply touch a water source with the pillars, the pillars will get stuck to the water, the water changes into wood and the pillars break off the finger.
