Hmm...let's see what I remember...

When the SO6P fought the Jyuubi, the battle waged on years and years and the foul chakra the Jyuubi exorted was so great that it scarred the earth, so dangerous that it was almost living, hoping to find someone to live off of in exchange for power. It latched itself onto Anshoku, burning the clan's symbol of Demon on his palm, the same very symbol you have on the inside of yours. Trying to get back closer to it's orginial master, it traversed back to the moon, where the Jyuubi was sealed. However that symbol on Anshoku's hand allowed him to summon this chakra through the use of portals.

As for the abilities, I'll going to post a section of them and explain each to ensure you got it.

"The abilities of the Nekura center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls "Keigoku".
The chakra is warped from the moon by a clansman opening the dimesional portal, through which the chakra enters the battlefield. This is much like a Summoning jutsu, which brings objects from a different place through dimensions. The portals can be opened anywhere on the battlefield. However, note that they cannot be used for transporting the user, opponent etc. over dimensions. Only Keigoku can transport itself through the portals. The portals are silent and do not actually count as a jutsu, however the release of a Keigoku technique from them is a jutsu; furthermore, it's not as if the portals possess any use outside of transporting Keigoku anyway.

Essentially the main ability of the clan, we access this chakra we called Keigoku through the use of portals we open up. Think of it as a s/t hallway of sorts, one door is open on the moon, where the chakra of the Jyuubi travels through and another portal is open somewhere on the battlefield, in short wherever you choice to open it. We can only send Keigoku through these portals, nothing else. Opening a portal doesn't count as a move but seeing as to merely opening a portal does nothing and doesn't prevent a jutsu from hitting you, you can see it as completely useless unless you channel chakra through it in the form of a jutsu.

The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master

The Keigoku doesn't do any physical harm to a foe. Well, that's to say it doesn't affect the opponent's physical being. The Keigoku is a chakra so foul, so corrupt, that it rots away a foe's conscious and mind. Once contact has been made with a foe, even the slightest of brush against exposed skin, causes great agony upon their brains and mind, taken the concept of mental torture further than genjutsu can take it. Prolonged exposure can cause great damage to their brain, leaving the foe in a comatose like state until they receive training. Because it focuses on the actual conscious and soul of an object, it is able to pass through solid material, such as trees, buildings, waves, etc. However that all depends on the rank and experience of the user. A seer's Keigoku is unable to even pass through a door while the Clan Head on the opposite end of the spectrum can send his keigoku through something as large as a mountain range, depending on the rank of the jutsu used. If the Keigoku touches the mind of a summoning, it causes the mind to go through great pain, not enough to disburse, but enough to corrupt the mind, turning it against it's master, making it a temporary ally as long as it's on the field, depending on the rank of the technique.

Skilled users of Keigoku have been rumored to shift its focus from merely shattering minds to bending them or manipulating them with even direct eye contact initiating a transfer of Keigoku between people. However, this can only be done by extremely high-level Nekura and requires special training from the Clan Head. Similarly, skilled Nekura above a certain rank possess one of the most useful powers. The Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, istead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normall would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.

Two of the strongest techniques of the clan, the Evil Eye transfers Keigoku directly to the face of the foe, causing intense pain near instantly. The Drain does exactly what the name says, drains the target of chakra and brings it back to themselves, powering them more and allows you to fight longer despite injuries you might have sustained. Of course, these jutsus are advanced and only the Cla Council and up can learn the Evil Eye and Possibly Black Knight and higher for The Drain, I'm not sure atm.

Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes. An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.

Due to the Jyuubi's chakra, the Keigoku, always surging through off, it makes it impossible to inject any form of foreign chakra inside of us, including Sage Mode, Curse Marks, Genjutsu, Jyuken, Kiyoshi and other techniques/abilities that might inject chakra in you (however attacks that use chakra as brute strength still work). It is due to this same chakra that Bijuu are unwilling to attack us, even in their incomplete forms. They associate our chakra with that of the Jyuubi, believeing us to be one of them. The Jinchuriki can attack us but his Bijuu will be unwilling. However, we can be healed after battles, once our body is worned down and defenses are lowered. They'll have to work 3 times as hard, likely using higher ranked jutsus to heal small wounds. Luckily, we have a very special cloak, that blocks most weapon strikes, including kunais and shuriken.

You got the rest right.

Now then. Every Nekura has a different method, so you'll have to work out what yours is. We've already had insane laughter, ruthless ambition, and violent bloodshed. Try to feel the connection the cursed chakra has with you in your body. You do this by different methods; some Nekura feel this initially only when they have particularly viciously killed someone, myself being one of them; but everyone has their own methods to establish contact.

The Joker begins by furrowing down in to his thoughts, what truly made him his darkest self, was it the laughter...The violence, the mayhem, the innate unexplainable desire to destroy.
But no...Joker knew the real dark place, it was outside the door.
Madness is the emergency exit. You can just step outside, and close the door on all those dreadful things that happened. You can lock them away... forever.
He knew walking out of that door and closing it meant the true end, the true end to his humanity.....But the price well it was a cheap one, for the power to walk as a lion among lambs.

Joker then spoke.

You see Akuma, i don't remember what it was that first made me feel this power. Remembering's dangerous. I find the past such a worrying, anxious place. "The Past Tense," I suppose you'd call it. Memory's so treacherous. One moment you're lost in a carnival of delights, with poignant childhood aromas, the flashing neon of puberty, all that sentimental candy-floss... the next, it leads you somewhere you don't want to go. Somewhere dark and cold, filled with the damp ambiguous shapes of things you'd hoped were forgotten. Memories can be vile, repulsive little brutes. Like children I suppose. But can we live without them? Memories are what our reason is based upon. If we can't face them, we deny reason itself! Only when i dig deep in to my memories, can i truly discover what awakens this power, and it turn's out the key is forgetting....Ha! HAHAHAHA!

Hmm...I had you pegged for a madness type of guy and as you know...Madness is just like gravity. All it takes it a...push.

Attempt to open a portal and draw Keigoku through it. This might a bit strenuous at first.

Ha! I like that line, i might use it old chum.

The joker obeys instructions, focusing on the foul energy in his body, finding his "happy" place, he projects the energy from this place in to the brand on his hand, raising his hand slowly as he focuses intently on a spot in the air in front of him, he forces the energy outwards from his body in this focal point, slowly causing a dark rift to begin to open in mid air.

Plans, plans, plans. They always have their plans. But the problem with their plan... is that when you take an insane person to the asylum, you're just taking him home - the very place he knows best Ha! Ha! Ha!

Good enough. Now I want you to use that same principle, but on a larger scale. I want you to focus your chakra in different points along the field and open portals.
Oooh...Haha...I wonder if this is leaving a carbon footprint, i'm not sure if you noticed the hair color, but it shows how much i care for the enviroment. Ha!

Joker following the instructions repeats the same actions as before, however as he is summoning up his foul powers he uses his eyes to mark several spots in the air, one over to the left around 10 meters high, one on the right further away and 20 meters high.
Then another two fairly close together and low to the ground only around five meters, the final one is literally on the ground facing upwards just in front of him.
Focusing again he expels the foul energy, watching happily as the portals all begin to slowly open.

Now that you have the basics of making portals, we can move onto the actual jutsus. Now, I first want you to manipulate a small amount of this chakra into a projectile form, shooting it forward. Create a small, golf ball sized piece of keigoku.

The joker listening to his sensei, manipulates the foul energy he feels on the other side of the portal, it feels like a huge hulking mass of energy, so with that image in his mind he attempts to rip a piece of this energy away from the whole, taking the energy and with his willpower along shaping it in to a small golf ball shape, dragging it forcibly from the portal and hovering it in mid air truimphantly.

I did it! I pulled foul corrupt energy in to a world full of loving wives and innocent children, now fetch me Santa claus!!

Nice fix xD

Good, good. Now, with that portal open, attempt to release a slighter bigger ball of keigoku through it while you shoot a fireball outwards, using the fireball jutsu.
Joker focuses again, this time manipulating a larger portion of the foul chakra, and tearing it away from the host body, he forms it in to a larger ball roughly the same size as the fireball he has been instructed to use, once the ball of Keigoku is formed he opens a portal in front of himself.
Blasting the ball of Keigoku forwards out of the portal he releases a moderate sized fireball from his mouth behind the Keigoku after it has been released.

C-c-c-c-c-Combo breaker!! Ahaha!!

Nicely done. ^_^ A small note to add, obviously this jutsu can only work with projectile style jutsus as they are likely the only ones that can be sent towards the enemy. This jutsu lasts until you deactivate, meaning you could use it at the beginning of your turn and Keigoku will be released with every technique you use, without having to post the jutsu. With each hit, the damage adds up. First it only incapacitates the foe for 2 seconds. The next time, 4 secs, then 6, then 8, and so on and so forth. Tell me a few ways this can be used in battle though, just to see if you are grasping this well enough.

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Self
Chakra: 30 (+10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.

Now for the nest jutsu, you will have to open up a lotta portals so get practive opening them up. Start with two and move your way up to.

Oooh it's like a suprise, i love suprises!

Joker after listening to the advice of his sensei, continues onwards, focusing on multiple focal points, he focuses on one's in the air this time, directly up above them slowly opening one after another, all spaced two to three meters apart, he continues opening them until nine portals are hovering in the air.

As for the uses of the last one, it would be very good for any of my projectile attacks really, except for wind release since you could see the Keigoku pretty clearly, myself i would most likely use it with fire, or blazing lightning, or even caramel to be honest, thats never a suprise you want in your life..

LOL @the snickers line.

Good, but that was the easy bit. The hard bit is creating eight portals to surround a target in all directions and then summon Keigoku simultaneously from each, and then shape them all before you can think of creating the ninth technique.

Joker sighs loudly.. That tree over there will do, focusing on the tree Jokers eyes quickly flicker around it marking the focal points with a tiny chakra surge to make the portals open faster and simeltaneously, as he does so he notes what his sensei had said, making sure to form eight all around the target, complete 360 degree coverage, which meant a bit of imagination on his part, opening the portal behind him was slightly trickier but Joker was feeling more and more confident to open these portals with less eye contact at this point.

Once all eight were marked he focused ripping all the portals open at once, surrounding the tree.

Life's a bowl of cherries and this is the pits. What next for our wooden friend over here Akuma-san.

Good, now use shape manipulation on the chakra to form ropes to restrict the arms, legs, and head of the target coming from eight different directions.
Joker takes the words in and does as instructed, tearing large strips of Keigoku away inside the portals and forming them in to ropes individually, firing the ropes from inside the portal outwards, binding them around the targeted tree from multiple angles, the ropes constrict themselves tightly around the tree holding it in place (Ha in case it moves geddit)

Oooh, murder, pillage, and now BDSM...I love this clan! Ha! Hahaha!
