You do know CoA: hardened makes up for Luffy's weakness against blades, right? And you also know Zoro doesn't have Laws ability which makes cutting things easier a la Vergo right?

Sword arent really his weakness, he is just more resilient against punches. A weakness would be something like seastone. Luffy will not be hurt more than any other character if he were to be cut with a sword.

Yes but unlike Law who has better CoA and has an ability which allows him to cut with much more ease than Zoro, Zoro's haki will just stalemate Luffy's hardened arm. Meaning when both fist and blade clash nothing will come up on top. Unless Zoro slashes his un-hardened body which will be near impossible due to Luffy>Zoro in speed.

I merely stated that swords arent a weakness. You said that zoro would win because he uses swords and luffy uses fists. That is such a stupid thing to say. By that logic: any swordsman>luffy because they use swords.

Thank you so much! The captain is always stronger than the first mate. I do admit that it is a tough fight for Luffy, but he would not actually lose it.

They were equal up until Luffy got gear 2 and a fight could go either way. Hyouzou was able to stop a gear 2 Luffy punch as well as poison him and Luffy said he's strong. The very same guy ate a lot of those steroids and was fodderized by Zoro. Fight between the two would be somewhat like Akainu/Aokiji imo with Luffy being on top since he's the main character and what not. Imo, they seem to be equals again post timeskip.
