[Discussion] I rly think zoro could beat luffy

They were equal up until Luffy got gear 2 and a fight could go either way. Hyouzou was able to stop a gear 2 Luffy punch as well as poison him and Luffy said he's strong. The very same guy ate a lot of those steroids and was fodderized by Zoro. Fight between the two would be somewhat like Akainu/Aokiji imo with Luffy being on top since he's the main character and what not. Imo, they seem to be equals again post timeskip.

That was the biggest PIS Goda has done.

Okay, lets get things sorted out.

The captain is always the strongest in their crew, now onto the deal with Luffy and Zoro...seriously Zoro fanboys have got to be one of the worst fanbases out there in one piece as there are only a few that speak sense.

Zoro implied Luffy was stronger than him at fishman island also Luffy is the one to always fight the strongest antagonist in each arc while Zoro fights the first mate or second strongest.

While I agree when both are fighting at their full power they are nearly the same level however Luffy will and always will be stronger than Zoro.

Also if both where to have a fight Luffy would win with extreme difficulty.

Luffy is much more faster and his haki is more powerful.
he has the advantage with strength if he uses gear third and also he has a devil fruit which gives him the advantage from mid-long range attacks.
