And obviously it won't affect him. Also, Zoro may even have CotSK and if he does he has already shown it. And even though he has that, he still says Luffy deserves to be Captain. And in a crew, who is the strongest? Is it the Captain?

If he can't beat Zoro, Zoro would obviously know that. So what in the **** would be the point of Zoro following someone weaker than him? Your sentence makes no absolute sense.

Sword arent really his weakness, he is just more resilient against punches. A weakness would be something like seastone. Luffy will not be hurt more than any other character if he were to be cut with a sword.
