Bashing characters, making people feel bad by calling them "stupid", "retarted" etc., and being mean in general. Just an assumption and it is IMO. That is just my take though.

Kabuto would simply cut his muscles tissues with Chakra scalpel and cut his throat, his taijutsu and speed is better than Zabuza's.

Tsunade has a 5 in taijutsu in Kishi's databook. If you were a bit informed you would know that.
Kabuto > Zabuza in taijutsu and speed, Zabuza isn't going to cut his head so easily, Kabuto can just use his chakra scalpel and tear him apart.

Base stats. Not enhanced. If you were informed that I was talking about base stats you would have an argument.

You still did not say anythng about Kabuto being faster. Zabuza kept up with Kakashi in speed during there fight. Kakashi's speed > Tsunade's speed.

Kabuto plays dirty and I could go into a full depth analysis why he could win this fight but quite a lot of people seem to know it all already so...

Offensive medical ninjutsu and genjutsu counter or overpower most of Zabuza's techs. Even though I love both of these ninja.
Also Zabuza lost to Kakashi because he was intimidated of the sharingan...? Ummmm... I'm pretty sure it was because Kakashi was the more capable ninja...Zabuza went full power at Kakashi, he may of being a little surprised but i'm sure that shock didn't last like 3 days.
