Tell me how stealing a sharingan would be more difficult than stealing a senju dna?
Fact is to unlock rinnegan, you need uchiha eyes and senju dna.

Obito and Shisui had Kaleidoscope Sharingan, yet they never awakened the Rinnegan. The Rinnegan can only be awakened by an Uchiha who has the eternal Kaleidoscope Sharingan. The eternal Kaleidoscope Sharingan cannot be awakened by an outsider.

I don't see the word JUUBI there, I saw BIJUU, with means ANY of the Tailed Beasts, and so far, we've only seen him interacting with the Nine-Tails, we can safely assume the Perfect Susanoo has a power compared to the NINE TAILED Fox, not TEN TAILS.

Even if that was true, he would still pale in comparison to the Ten Tails. If it was so powerful, why doesn't he summon it until the Ten Tails was complete?

NO YOU DONT rinnegan came over time you dont need to even touch senju blood, he says it iin manga "they came over tiime" he was old AF when he got it, he would've had it earlier if all he needed was senju blood, he got his blood at his prime so why didnt he get it then .....-_- ANSWER PLZZZZZZZZZ

Using common sense (something you don't seem to have), the Rinnegan was a direct result of the Senju DNA being inside of his body. You're wrong.

Uchiha seem more over powered because they have had way too many screen time while the Senju had close to None.

Also Madara and Obito are using the Senju DNA to get stronger.

Senju can obtain the Rinnegan if they had a shringan transplanted in them.

Just like Madara needed Senju DNA to get Rinnegan, Hashirama would need Uchiha DNA(Sharingan) to get Rinnegan.
